This is by far the best instituion for quick personal loans. I got money in my account within 2 days at a very competitive rate. No early repayment fee or hidden cost. I had made an inquiry about a loan quote some time ago which I did not pursue and I just wanted to make sure that it 100% was completely out the system and he dealt with it very professionally and quickly. After having a few problems with communication between OOM and my insurance company I was a little frustrated. I connected with Zac and he sorted everything out for me. I did have problems with OOM responding to emails from insurance company which resulted in another payment rolling around and interest accruing. I can’t be too critical as you guys have been very helpful and your staff excellent.

Impossible to get a hold of. Their hours are 11am-4:00pm. In what world are those hours to contact a business adequate? Especially a bank. And a lender where funds need to move quickly. I need my car as soon as possible, the seller is ready to go, and everything is delayed because OMM won't allow him to submit his details until they call him. … Read more

They haven't called him. We can't call them.

I have my loan pre-approved and just need the contract to sign to transfer the funds over. OMM, no where to be found.

The seller cannot submit their documents due to an online error and it says they will call him. No word.

I eventually got a hold of them. They said their settlement team will contact him but it won’t be today.

That means the settlement team will have taken over 3 days to even get the sellers documentation.

They advertised loans approved within 24-48 hours.

DO NOT GO WITH OMM

Portal takes too long to update , this feed back has been provided to them. They called me after I wrote this review to resolve the issues, just a pity I had to do this to get a response

was already approved. I subsequently agreed to proceed and was asked to provide a number of documents. Day after day they asked for documents that were not initially required. Did everything they asked for and them every day new email asking about ubrelatable questions. Multiple emails sent, multiple follow ups made, multiple text messages sent asking for information and have received zero response after 3 days. Meanwhile, in the early stages I was called multiple times on a public holiday asking for information. I have also tried calling..... 90+ minutes on hold with no answer. Let’s say one month and still my way on loan not settled. I was also informed no credit was done however they have actually dont it multiple times. I would steer clear from this organisation.

Zac was very helpful to my urgent request to fix my access to my login details and also provided me with the 6 months statement which I need urgently. Thank you again Zac great customer service

Very helpful service everyone I have dealt with from my first loan to my second loan has been extremely helpful, Zac is one that stands out as well, sending me a text message while I was on hold to ask if he could help me with anything rather than being on hold and fixed my issue within minutes, highly recommended OMM and the staff they have.
