I was on hold to ask a simple question of this company for 10+ mins when a staff member (Zac) saw my number in the queue and text me to see if he could help over sms to save waiting in line while he was sorting other customers out. He solved my issue quickly and got me off the phone which I really appreciated. Not often you get service like that! Very impressed. Thanks Zac!

the interest. The interest rates have been the best offered to me out of every other loan company. I have previously been applying for a new loan after I had my car written off by another drive cutting an intersection and Ananya in the settlement team has been so helpful with some last min changes in wanted to make letting me know what was possible and what wasn't, I even had the phone call drop out and Ananya called me straight back to continue the conversation. It can be a little bit of a wait to get through but once on the phone the team at our money market will look after you. 10 stars service and great communication.

I can't speak more highly as to their professionalism and promptness. I engaged OMM at the eleventh hour regarding vehicle finance after feeling the dealership were not forthcoming with hidden fees etc. That was not the case here. 5.5% over 4 years. I provided full documentation upfront—income, expenses, bank statements, and details of my existing loan. Based on that, they initially approved a loan at 8.5% over 6 years, which I agreed to and signed even though i wanted 4 year term which they rejected.

I also asked detailed itemized breakdown how much interest and principle will be deducted each month for entire loan term as contract agreement was just superficial and does not mention any details. This is crucial as they will charge high interest at start . They told me it is fixed interest rate so no need to worry. This is level of understaffing of their staff or another misleading tactics for customers.

However, after the agreement was signed, they introduced a completely new condition: I would need to refinance my existing personal loan and combine it with the new loan at an interest rate of 11.5%. This was never disclosed earlier, despite me being transparent about my financial situation from the beginning.

What’s more concerning is that when I questioned this and considered backing out, I was told I would have to pay cancellation and administrative fees if I didn’t proceed. This felt like pressure tactics designed to lock customers into unfavorable terms after they’ve already committed time and effort.

Overall, the process lacked transparency and fairness. Key conditions were introduced too late, and the final terms were significantly worse than what was initially presented. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, read everything carefully, and not rely on advertised rates alone. Based on my experience, I would not recommend OMM.

mind. During the acceptance process, Jamie joined the call, he continued the excellent service, went through all the documents and contract details. What stood out most was their communication and transparency. There were no mixed messages, no unnecessary delays, and no pressure. They are efficient, and real solutions. They went above and beyond to structure the finance in a way that worked for my timeline and made a stressful situation with my current bank feel completely manageable. I can’t thank Joshua and Jamie enough for their support and professionalism. If you’re looking for a finance broker who actually delivers and treats you like a human being, OMM is the team to go with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I already had an application with ANZ verbally appraised as unlikely to be successful. Due to the parameters ANZ use. OMM started my application with having a much closer and personal look at my situation.

I found the whole OMM process easy. Email and phone communication was on point. I was given a loan offer quickly, and when I made changes to my request, the offer was changed quickly and resent to me. I understood my interest rate, and when I requested a lower rate I was given the suggestion of increasing my personal contribution to the purchase, which would lower the rate on my borrowings. And when I did this, the interest rate came down.

The funds were released to my seller quickly, and the deal finalised without any hassle. They had proposed a date for my first monthly repayment, and when I requested an alternative date to better suit my situation with my monthly salary, they were quick to make the changes.

I did receive daily email prompts to finalise my offer, when I was simply taking my time ensuring the vehicle was correct for me. This could have been construed as pushy by some, but since I was aware of the timeframe they try to work to, and my experience with the big banks where sometimes you sit waiting and don't even hear from them, these emails were fine.

All in all, I had a 100% perfect experience. I got what I wanted, and experienced none of the heartache others reported. I waited for the process to finish and monthly payments to be taken, before writing this review. This is why I rated this company 5 Stars.

as an initial new customer - wait times on phone are hideous, application times are even worse - unfortunately, the process was under way and I had to go with their service - now as a customer, the wait times are even worse - considering their crappy opening hours, staggering they make you wait so long - clearly running a string line customer service team on an even smaller budget

Did everything they asked for and then a number of days later received a text asking me if I wanted to try their in house lending panel as it was declined, mind you I still have access to their approved funding portal?

Multiple emails sent, multiple follow ups made, multiple text messages sent asking for information and have received zero response after 3 days. Meanwhile, in the early stages I was called multiple times on a public holiday asking for information. I have also tried calling..... 5 times... 60+ minutes on hold with no answer.

I was also informed no credit was done however they have actually dont it multiple times.

I would steer clear from this organisation. They are truly atrocious and the level of customer service is non-existent.

If I could rate a zero I would. Don’t waste your time. Approved for an unsecured personal loan at 11.95% then advised “oh! Sorry this should have been secured!” Spoke to some broker who then offered $55,000 unsecured at an interest rate of 18.95%, a broker fee of $2,000 and an application fee of $695. Have made a complaint via their preferred channel and have heard nothing. Just go to a reputable place and not these loan sharks. Show details
