the digital clock. The bad. Although for the low price of $119 from Kmart Australia I would highly recommend this microwave. There are just a few very minor problems that would still not discourage me from purchasing this Microwave. 1. The cooking light is not very bright, 2. I could not seem to clear the time setting. I had something set for 30 seconds, stopped it at 15 to discover the item was hot enough but then I could not clear it back to clock. There may be a way but normally you just press the "stop" button a few times. 3. The turntable seemed to stop for a half a second then start again every so often. Again these are minor details - still a very worthwhile unit.

Looks pretty, but condensation is extreme – Had this microwave for a week. Other than the fact there’s a literal pool of water on the glass turntable, underneath on the actual floor of the microwave & on every wall inside, it does the job. inside after even a short use (2-4 minutes) is a huge inconvenience & is enough to have me considering returning it & buying something else. My last microwave lasted over 10 years & I never once had to wipe out water from the unit, let alone have to do it every time it’s used. I can see water getting into the mechanics/electronics of the appliance eventually & rendering it useless. I mean, it has a cheap price point (paid $125) compared to others, but if it’s going to be such a hassle to use/clean I’d rather pay more for something without that issue. I just don’t have the time or patience to wipe it out 3 times a day. Should’ve done more homework & spent an extra $100.

I was very hesitant after reading these reviews but bit the bullet anyway, and I couldn’t be happier. $119 from Kmart is a bargain. Yes, it beeps every few minutes after it finishes cooking. microwaves these days… yes, if you cook something with a lot aloft moisture it will create a bit of steam, and if you don’t take it out as soon as it finishes cooking there will be condensation - just like more expensive models. You can’t stop this other than by removing food as soon as it finishes cooking…. Maybe I was lucky with the other things: mine didn’t make weird noises when I plugged it in, it didn’t wobble because of uneven legs. It works perfectly. Probably the only thing I agree with here amongst the negative comments is that the light could be a bit brighter but that doesn’t impact its ability to cook… this is a great buy and I would buy it again, especially given the price…. It is a bargain!!!

Not heating – I have purchased this 34 Ltr anko microwave last year in August 21. Very unsatisfactied – This announcement 34l microwave is the worst I've ever had it fills with steam an water droplets an has now caused terrible rust inside the microwave I can't afford to buy another

Almost on fire first minutes of use – Blew up in first two minutes. Smoke billowed out of it, took a few seconds for me to get to it and pull the plug, smoke filled the unit so fast, every smoke alarm in the building went off. Had to take it back after owning it less than 24 hours. Kmart was good, full refund tonight, im a bit worried buying another, this was a significant smoke event, im actually scared. We bought a different model, so hope its better.

I think it's faulty – I purchased this microwave yesterday, plugged in fine with the display turning on. But I am attempting to use it this morning and it's not heating at all. I'm not sure if it's user error or faulty. I have checked the power level and it says its at 100

Not enough light – We bought it today works ok but we can t see anything inside while it is cooking. If something over boil s we would not know until we open the door. If I knew we would not have bought it. We are both in our mid 80 s so it is important to be safe. Show details

ANKO microwave – I Really don't advise to anyone the purchase of Anko brand products, it's just not worth it...Microwave last 7 nonths , other items bought also didn't last .

Warranty 12 months, microwave died 14 months – Terrible product, cheap and nasty. Initially microwave would shut off after 8 minutes of cooking, thought nothing of it, but now in hindsight, it reflects the poor quality of the product. Rust Box – The microwave was cheap, but it did not last 2 years due to rust despite regular cleaning. The thin painted interior deteriorated within a year; rust begins to show under the turtable. Terrible – Purchased in Dec 20 for $99. Excessive steam caused it to rust under the plate after a few months, even though I was trying to wipe it up after use. Rust continued to build up to a full deep ring around the base. The whole inside surface was also damaged by the steam so it wasn’t shiny any and couldn’t be cleaned properly. Show details
