Even a single star not worth it. [Name Removed] from that company who spoke to me. After They took advance and apparently cleaners did not show up that day and because of the urgency I had to handover my house keys, I had to go with other company. [Name Removed] said she will refund the $100 which was advance they took from me. Even after a week I could not get my money bank to my account and still waiting and no response.
Looks like It's absolutely FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! Booked them for end of lease cleaning , they did not the job well at all. I was charged additional for extra hours which is a fraud. They did not refund the new invoice. Totally a scam company!
Used their services once and really not worth the money...cleaner got cancelled and we had to call to get a replacement cleaner who did less than half the job assigned to do...really not worth it
I booked them for a thorough spring clean and paid a $100 deposit. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to family reasons. I could only contact them by text as their email doesn’t work. I contacted them to cancel at least 3 days prior to me booking to get my refund returned but they said it’s non refundable. Under their terms and conditions it is refundable if cancel more than 48 hours prior to the booking which I did. After many texts and being ghosted now I am taking it to Fair Trading. Be very careful of who you book your jobs with as there are many unscrupulous companies out there just like ANNACON.
