Absolute horrible experience – all I have received since I joined is a $10000-$15000 loss in my super and now I’m trying to leave I’ve had nothing but problems 100% would not recommend!… RUN!….

The service is questionable? – I had Perth based S**n from Apex Financial Planning. I believed in the initial spiel, with words there comes action but there were minimal action from that spiel. That raised my concerns. For me and my experience, over several months there were errors made in transactions of authorization and minimal communication of updates which l found few people took responsibility for and in addition individuals continued to deflect. These are red flags!

STOP PHONING AND HARASSING ME! – Constantly phoning me and harassing me looking for my brother. I've told you I don't know where he is Yet you keep calling I've had to keep blocking your calls!

Great out come – Apex have been very easy to deal with , the information they supplied went above and beyond to help me get a better superannuation return thanks asher .

Perfect advice – Apex financial have reviewed my Superannuation and identified a much better return for my money which should set me up for a very comfortable retirement thanks Asher .

Very promising results – Good and friendly service,I just wait too see the future outcomes

Worth a try – Good service, easy to deal with and now hopeful of a good result. Made it easy to transfer super with evidence based on current data. No lock in or contracts.

Lots of talk but no action – Apex state they’ll do this they’ll do that they’ll change this they’ll change that but they do screw all as more time goes by …nothing happens just a complete waste of time

Good decision – Staff are very friendly and with the transfer of superannuation funds from another company, they made it quick and easy. Staff who I was dealing with in the transfer were very precise and explained how my superannuation would make a difference and were I stand now and in the future.

This great – Has higher pay out than my old super company less fees , I am new to this company an not the smartest person when it comes to this stuff but what they offer and do is more than my old company
