If I could give 10 stars I would. The service was great from me booking the appointment with Natalie, Quote from Carl and Installation from Joe. Only 2 1/2 weeks from woe to go. We’re on the Far South Coast NSW, also known as the Sapphire Coast. Eddie was so amazing we had him do not 1 but 2 properties in the end. more expensive products/options because he knew with the first property we were renting it out. It had A LOT of windows to capture as much ocean view as possible, most being almost floor to ceiling covering full wall length, dual openings in bays with sliding/balcony doors. Being down here we also have to deal with high coastal winds (as an idea, they blew fences over on a few properties not to mention all kinds of trees). So Eddie went through options, best outcomes and costs. We had it decided within his first visit including full measure ups & approx quote on options for us to think on, which we’d already pretty well decided so it was just a call to lock it in. Everything was installed within 4-6 weeks, no 2nd call back for check measure. Suffice to say when we moved and decided blinds needed doing, he was our first call. We’d had other quotes previously on 1st house so staying with Eddie was a no brainer. Everything went as smoothly as the first time with 2 MINOR things he wasn’t happy with but sorted out without us having to do a thing. Good deals on the blinds when they are on sale. But service is an absolute pain. They came for a measure and quote which was the only part that went smoothly. the appointment not by phone but by back and forth SMS. They have sent SMS from at least 5 different phone numbers from at least 2 different person. You would never know who you are talking to because there is no names (or punctuation for that matter) in those SMS. You would reply to one SMS and then get a reply from them on another number. And they can only book in a date but not the time of the appointment. You will have to wait for the day before to find out the time with a 4 hour window for a 20 minute job.

More back and forth SMS for the installation. After locking in the date, I got another SMS from the installer saying he needs to change the date for the check measure on the day before. Finally got some of the blinds installed. But one of them was made too short. Booked in the appointment for the second install (yes more SMS). Didn't get the confirmation for the time until the morning of the installation date with 2 hour notice when I was told they would call me the day before. And the installer turned up late anyway.

Very inefficient process.

but there was at the time, an Apollo promotion and we all know, how that can go, sideways!...We, were given a date, with shutters to be fitted in the new year of 2024!...Now, "Reception", just at its' best with calls, updates' and certainties' throughout the process and everything regarding funds outgoing, was accurate, to a tee!... The fitting process, well the fitters arrived to do the external blinds first, as they had arrived!... Both of these guys, were experts at their job, so much so, that on both fitouts, shutters and awnings there was not a drop of dust left behind, let alone drilling materials and or package rubbish from the new fitout. etc; left behind with that said and the attitude, " She'll be right mate", they can fix that, spotless after completion !... Oh did I mentioned, all the old blinds and awnings were removed and taken away...We can say this was just excellent service, at all levels of fitout and customer service and the shutters', well they arrived before they "New Year" and they made a special effort to ensure we had them prior the the summer and it's hottest days'.... Far, from excellent, just way beyond that, thank you "Apollo"...

occurred with our initial Veri Shades installation, their team—specifically Kim—stepped up immediately to make things right. They organised a completely new track and extra fabric slats free of charge. More importantly, I was under a very tight deadline. The team completely understood my stress, rushed the re order through, and completed the flawless installation well within the timeframe I needed. Apollo Blinds proved they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them!

The Apollo boys were fantastic no mucking around, the job was over and done in no time. they even bought their own towel to wipe their shoes (it was pouring with rain) they were on time and were very helpful by removing the old window coverings and taking them away. Unfortunately what lets this company down for me was the poor customer service re. what i consider to be a fault in their material. I have a blind that has prominent creases in it , has been up for months now, and the creases remain. and they have wiped their hands from it. Keep telling me it will drop out but it's been 6 months......????? Unfortunately i won't be using them again for the other windows and won't be recommending to anyone.

Customer Service ZERO – Horrific customer service, ordered blinds after a consultation, the blinds arrive and the bedroom blinds where not correct, it was agreed on that they would be replaced with black out blinds, fit not great as I have sunlight coming through on the edges of the 2 windows, but certainly better, he came replaced the material only, then without asking… Read more

took the blinds already paid for with him. I have asked to get them returned before payment, and have been dealing with the same rude obnoxious person. Demanding payment, zero customer service from this company. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHO APPRECIATES THE BUSINESS.

Don't even waste your time with Apollo Blinds ! – Don't bother. After contacting Apollo Blinds seeking a quotation, I was informed the area manager and head installer advised they cannot assist with the job with no reasons at all given. Obviously too hard or couldn't be bothered despite 3 other professional outdoor blind companies attending for an onsite measure and quote promptly. None of these companies had any issue with the requested blinds and offered fantastic service. Shop around folks !

The vertical blinds and roller blinds installed on all top floor and bottom floor windows fit extremely well. They operate efficiently and effectively. I feel that these should last a long time and serve their purpose for privacy and provide thermal characteristics as expected. I feel that these blinds represent value for money. Show details ·  1
