making excuses, and refused to take responsibility. Now it’s been 5 months and I’m stuck with a broken phone. They basically scammed me and ignored my legal rights.

Good it for a great price – Just bought my Iphone 12 on Amazone prime for a really good price. Its a great phone, easy to use, lots of features, camera is brilliant. The phone has a 6.1-inch Retina XDR display and is 5G compatible. I was happy with my Iphone 11 but 12 is much better in camera and video quality also at night time. Apps are running smoothly. Constant breakdowns not fit for purpose – This is the worst iPhone 12 ever. My phone is 3 years old. To date the following: battery replacement $130 due to a bad update by Apple causing complete drains. The ‘green screen of death’ new hardware installed at $450. Just this week the right button broke repair bill of $600. The iPhone was once a quality product today it has become unfit for purpose and will simply drive away customers. Show details
Rip off – iPhone 12 sound stopped working due to manufacture issue, as stated on their website they would fix for free, they instead declined and said I had to pay $433 to repair, they are a rip off Company as they don’t care about their customers. Never purchasing any product from Apple again.
Good but battery doesn’t last – The phone is good overall, although it’s start to be slow after 2 years. Battery last 12 hrs sometimes less. My other Samsung last 2/3 days before shutdown. Display brightness under sun I would rate 4/10 Show details

Not a bad phone ever and a million times better than my android – I have owned my iphone 12 for about a year now and here are my thoughts. The performance is average not so slow that it makes daily use an issue but you can tell its not a newer model. battery life is surely the worst aspect of the phone its awful it will maybe last 1.5 hours on a single charge so i constantly have to carry around a power bank… Read more
just to keep it working. Cameras are pretty good actually great quality for a 4 year old base iPhone. everything else is actually quite good the screen is high res and looks great the build is good its a nice looking phone too the 5G connectivity helps to make everything snappy and it is just a reliable phone. However i don't know how much longer i will be using it for but for now it is great would recommend if your not too demanding on your tech
iPhone working well, took a while to arrive – Product received as described (case slightly scratched, however, I paid for the lower tier of product where scratches are possible). Delivery slower than stated (took about 2 weeks), however postage in Australia is quite slow in recent years. iPhone working as expected. Battery fully charging to 100%. Iphone 12 – My IPhone 12 is still active! This amazing phone is like my companion. It fulfills all my requests, demands and much more on a daily basis. Very easy to get used to doing things through settings, as it's user-friendly and teaches me much more than I knew. Manufactural fault – After a year of having my phone the sound completely went. I have to put her on speaker phone to talk to people. This happened after the years warranty on the phone so now I’m stuck with it. Also it heats up for no reason at all at times. Pretty terrible. Show details
Good little phone with average battery life – The iPhone 12 still holds up well in 2023 as a cheaper yet modern iPhone it remains snappy and gets the latest updates, the cameras aren’t anything special but do their job. My biggest complaint is the battery life barely gets me though the day, yes the phone is two years old and batteries age but even brand new I remember feeing like this isn’t adequate. Show details

Well its nice, not the best – Its not durable. Some spots of the screen has went darkness forever. The charging port also broke so I had to buy a new one because I dont want to just use wireless charging. The black glass also cracked, im not sure how, but it just decided to perish on me.

Generally amazing - has some bugs and issues though – The camera quality is amazing. We love that it is able to take photos at night without blurring the photograph. shooting and after contacting apple their is nothing they can do to fix it. Other than that this phone works wonderful however i tend to prefer the older generation.
