Took iPhone 14 to have front and back glass replaced as well as screen and battery. So ends up they put a white back on my phone that was midnight. So after calling his boss finally offered refund. So he put old back screen glass etc back on. Now phone does not work at all. Also kept $50 for ‘service’.

Absolute rort !! Poor quality phones, pay the extra for the warranty though a third party. When you action the warranty, you’re charged a fee, then they say they can’t replace it. responded immediately. Within a hour I heard from the sellers and the phones were delivered shortly after. It's a problem that there is no customer service phone or email published. Anyway to the phones...both worked in good order and though advertised as Australian there was some evidence they had a prior life in Singapore and had been unlocked. Beware for all may not be as it seems...My story ended all right but next time I will look elsewhere. I suggest you read there online reviews by others. There are plenty, and many not so good.

storage, as I am already part of the apple ecosystem, it just works. It seems lighter than my 11 and the photo quality it better. Apart from that I don't really notice much difference Highly recommend the 14 it is, as you would expect from Apple. A good phone.

My only gripe would be the advances in technology between the models really seems to be slowing... I remember back in the day it was exciting to upgrade your phone as it meant you could do so much more. Now, nothing changes except maybe slighter better screen, slightly better photos and slightly better battery life. In a way though this is good for me saving money as I have no need to go to the latest phone. Additionally, as I am using things like Chat GPT more and more, Siri just seems like that incompetent worker that you can't fire because they are related to the CEO. I think apple have realised this and have recently announced their partnership with Open AI. They aren't there yet, with Siri still being basic. but this is an upgrade I may consider when it comes out.

To summarise, it is a great phone, works very quickly, all apps perform great, the screen display is impressive and the camera quality is great. We have discovered that Siri hasn't improved much over the years and is falling behind but overall a good phone... as you would expect, despite it not being the latest model.
