Despise upgrading - too many annoying glitches, spellcheck is a joke – Too many glitches with basic functions, not worth upgrading regardless of the fact the camera has a little improvement. Bid deal... The battery is running out quickly. Can’t connect to internet wifi. Copy-paste and internet links from Google for example to the phone number dialing function don’t work. I used to be able to click on the phone… Read more

provided by Google and automatically dial via iPhone. No longer working. Or if I copy from Google then the paste function on the keypad not working. I despise upgrading to this version more and more and I had iPhone 13 before. Much better I wish I kept it and saved the money too. Many more functions are not working will post more when I have them properly checked but it’s a constant hassle trying to work things out.

Update - another major issue is spellcheck which I have set up for English. I have turned off keyboards for other languages as I thought that was causing me problems with spelling. I type for example: "foundations" and I get "finkadatons"????!!!!! What is that?! And the same issue with other words, when typing text. Expensive and useless junk. Apple you are a huge and expensive disappointment. I am over it, constantly looking to fix something with this phone. Not happy.

Update 2024 - spellcheck still not working as it should be. it’s so annoying to pay so much money the product/ iPhone and have a basic feature constantly faulty. Apple you have failed your customers. Pls fix the spellcheck !!! See photo and an example.

Update Sept 2024 Constant issues with a battery life no matter how many functions are turned off. After a few months of use the battery life is already 90%?!?!?! I’d have thought (this word is supposed to be spell corrected by iPhone spellcheck !!!) that spellcheck would be fixed by now but NO that’s why this part of my review will have spelling errors not corrected by iPhone spellcheck. Also why in this modern IT world do I still have to manually select to enter menu for mobile phone number when adding NEW CONTACT? Apple please THINK ppl mostly use/add mobile numbers and NOT land line numbers so pls make it easier and not so time consuming adding new contacts. It’s really annoying after soooo many years dealing with iPhones that a ‘home’ is the first option on drop down menu. Pls. Hangę to (hmm the word is ‘change’ and where that weird word comes from Apple ???) mobile as default. After so many upgrades to new handsets NOT MUCH changed with the iPhone. Every new phone version is just a new number and little change to a camera that’s all. Plus for being made at a low cost of less than $100 and sold for some $2000 it makes you think…. Is it worth it???

PURCHASING NEW IPHONE Buyers beware no charger when you buy new handset and spend gazillions $$$$$ - step up Apple ! incredibly stingy !

A worthy upgrade for those of you on iPhone 11 or below – The latest iteration of the iPhone is an evolutionary step forward as opposed to a revolutionary one. This years model consists of a titanium outer body which definitely feels lighter than previous models. The slightly rounded outer design also makes holding surprising a lot more comfortable. Camera quality is also improved. If your familiar with… Read more

the iOS, then the UI and general usability of this phone is the same. Apple certainly make their phones easy to use for all people, perhaps including the luddites. Also, like always with each new release of a iPhone, there is an accompanying firmware (iOS) update that is supplied out of the box, which generally speaking adds more usability features. This model is no different, and I must say I'm enjoying Apple's clever response to making the 'notch' part of the UI. Dynamic island is actually quite useful, and is a intelligent way of getting around the problem of the need to have a cut out for all the sensors and front facing camera. Screen brightness is another stand out feature (Apple quotes 1000 nits) and to be honest this is very useful for using your phone outdoors.

What Comes in the box with the phone? 1 x USB C cable for charging As usual no power brick - the phone is fast charge capable, so you want to invest in one if you dont already posses it.

What are the specs? About 220 grammes 6.7 inch screen 1000 nits of brightness - really useful for seeing in bright outdoors! Titanium outer shell - more rounded design - easier to hold. Pro motion display very smooth user experience with scrolling etc

Any complaints/issues/cons? Obviously price of the phone is the elephant in the room. Over $2000 ($2199) can be a very limiting factor for people to acquiring this phone. A work around for some maybe getting the phone via a network carrier where the carrier will break up the cost of the phone on monthly (interest free) basis over a period you specify, for example 24 or 36 months. The typical Apple build quality will certainly see this phone being used for a minimum of that time and therefore it's 'value' could be viewed in this context?

The UI is arguable a little dated - but widgets any other changes make it a little more 'fresh' as it currently stands.

Pro's Battery life excellent - typically can get 2 days of usage with lite to medium usage of the phone. A full day of use is easily achievable with high usage.

Camera images are of typical high standard associated with the pro models - remember you get one extra camera in the pro models. You will not be disappointed with the image quality - many examples exist online and editing the images if required is very easy.

UI is familiar an easy to navigate as per usual, and works superbly smooth with the pro motion display which gives buttery smooth scrolling with its 120hz display.

Conclusion. As mentioned above, it is definitely worthy upgrade, but in my opinion from only iPhone 11 or below. People on later model iPhones, shouldn't rush to upgrade, unless the 'want' outweighs the 'need'. To this end, my 'wants' always outweigh my 'need', so therefore I do not judge.

Ali baba has dropped the ball in a big way – Ali Baba. You are being called out as being not legitimate! I needed the phones by a certain time so paid over $120 US dollars for the privilege and then ages after I didn’t receive the phones I was looking through the webpage of the manufacturer again and discovered that expedited shipping was maximum $70 US dollars- so I’m not sure what happened with my particular order - a rogue employee perhaps!? But no matter what ALI BABA you are ultimately responsible for your site and you have failed on a grand scale in this case - I can only hope that this review really digs into your business and gives you everything you deserve in the way of no sales - you just aren’t trustworthy

A Great Phone But A Typical Upgrade – The iPhone 15 Pro Max introduces several commendable features, but it's not without its limitations. While the design is sleeker, it might feel iterative for users who prefer a more radical change. The display enhancements, while notable, might not be a significant leap for those already satisfied with the iPhone 14 Pro Max. In terms of… Read more

performance, the upgraded processor is undoubtedly powerful, but some users might not experience a dramatic difference in day-to-day use unless engaging in resource-intensive tasks. Additionally, the camera improvements, while impressive, may not be a groundbreaking leap for photography enthusiasts who are already content with the capabilities of the previous model.

Despite potential battery life improvements, heavy users may still find themselves reaching for a charger by day's end. The evolution of connectivity features might also be constrained by the availability and maturity of 5G networks in certain regions.

Furthermore, as with any new release, there could be software bugs or compatibility issues that need addressing through subsequent updates. The exclusivity of certain software features to the iPhone 15 Pro Max might leave users of the previous model feeling left out in terms of software innovation.

While the iPhone 15 Pro Max raises the bar in several aspects, it's crucial to weigh the incremental upgrades against the context of individual user needs and preferences. It stands as a stellar device, but potential buyers should consider whether the enhancements align with their priorities or if the iPhone 14 Pro Max remains a robust and cost-effective choice.

if you're a photographer, video or into vlogging - this is a must-have – Despite its size, the device is surprisingly light. Made of titanium, the feel and finish is top-notch. The real standout quality was the ability to capture stunning images due to it's computational photography capabilities, and, for video you can now elevate your skill into the professional realm with the ability to shoot 4K and ProRez! caveat, be prepared to see very large sized files when you're shooting in this format. Another professional feature is the ability to shoot 'log' footage and this provides visuals that can be infinitely manipulated in postproduction. The accelerated hardware is quick with the upgraded chip, and the screen brightness is more than adequate to be visible during the day. Do you really get the most out of the 15 Pro Max, it would be recommended to get as much storage as you can afford. 4K & ProRez files are enormous! Notable differences with the phone is due to the upgrades with the IOS operating software. A great product. It deserves 5 stars!

A Bad Apple – After spending almost $2000 on this phone, I find that it doesn't come with a charger. Come on Apple. How much would it cost to throw a charger in with the pack. Bad Iphone ever had – The Iphone is very bad! I used to use Iphone 7plus for 5-6 years with no problem. Then I changed to 13 with no any problem too. Bought an high standard ‘ex demo’ level iPhone 15 Pro Max hoping for a great battery life. I received 84% and 997 cycle count. Using the iPhone 15 Pro Max feels like a refined and powerful upgrade that becomes easy to appreciate in everyday life. handle and feels solid without being bulky.

The screen is one of the most enjoyable parts of the experience. Everything looks incredibly sharp and smooth, whether scrolling through apps, watching videos, or reading. The responsiveness makes daily tasks feel effortless, and the brightness performs well both indoors and outdoors. It is the kind of display that makes you want to spend more time on the device without causing eye strain.

Performance is another area where the iPhone 15 Pro Max truly shines. Apps open instantly, multitasking is seamless, and even demanding tasks like gaming or video editing run without hiccups. The phone stays cool and stable, which adds to the feeling of reliability and power in daily use.

The camera experience is especially impressive. Photos come out detailed and natural, with excellent color balance and strong low light performance. The zoom capabilities add versatility, making it easy to capture both close up details and distant subjects without sacrificing quality. Video recording feels smooth and professional, making it great for both casual and serious content creation.

Battery life has been consistently strong. It comfortably lasts through a full day of heavy use, including browsing, streaming, and taking photos. Charging feels more convenient with the USB C port, especially when using the same cable for multiple devices. Overall, using the iPhone 15 Pro Max feels smooth, reliable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a device that fits seamlessly into daily life and continues to impress over time.
