refuses to turn on or be charged. Took it back to Apple in Doncaster, was served by a young lady who seemed to know what she was talking about. After over 30 minutes of trying to establish what the problem was , checking this , that & the other !!! Only to be told ‘ cannot get the phone battery to respond so Apple considers this as a dead unit & what we can do for you is offer you a replacement for $450’.......after a small pause in shock I asked if Apple would replace the battery & I would pay for the battery . I was repeated told Apple considers this phone as a dead unit & the best they could do is offer a replacement for $450.... YES ! I heard what you said the first 4 times.

When I asked what could have caused the overheating of the phone , the well trained employee again repeated the best Apple can do is offer a replacement for $450. When I said I was not interested in paying , she picked up her lap top & other equipment & cords & walked off on me !

What just happened? Did she just waiste over 30 minutes of my life in store & another hour travelling time ,to tell me to spend more money on a refurbished model that has so many well known problems .

DONE !FINISHED !!NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND ANOTHER CENT ON APPLE !!!!

To not even open the phone to see what went wrong is the worst customer service I have ever seen . I suppose that’s the best way to not find an ongoing problem with your products & therefore have to report that problem.

camera quality was mediocre at best. The iPhone 6S is a phone that can be bought for approximately $300AUD used (I got my Gold 64GB for $299 at Cash Converters) and I actually sold my 7 Plus for this as the experience was near identical. The camera is fantastic. The battery always lasts through a full day and has amazing standby time (something Android severely lacks from my experience), the 2GB RAM and A9 chip still power through everything to this day and the screen is vibrant, bright and sharp. Best of all, it is the last iPhone with a headphone jack. Honestly as much as iOS sometimes infuriates me, it really is the best cheap phone I've ever owned. Definitely recommend picking one up if you find it cheap.

Small issues but good overall! – This phone runs smoothly, looks sleek and is a perfect size. Some of the older models had screens too small for my liking and newer ones are a little too big to be practical for me. with this phone is that:

- There is a spec stuck in the main camera that creates a smudge in all of my photos. I've been able to move the spec inside the camera but I have no idea how to get rid of it.

- The screen cracks very easily! I dropped it once and the top of my screen cracked, despite having a glass screen protector on.

- My phone seems to rattle quite a bit when shaken, I think there may be some loose pieces inside (possible a loosened screw?)

Overall, I think this is probably one of the better models of iPhones. I'd probably replace it with the same model if something were to happen with it.

Apple iphone 6s – This is my third apple iPhone & I’m really happy with it. I find it easy to use & my next one will be an iPhone. I don’t update to a new phone very often unless there’s a good reason to.

Love my Phone – Before this phone, I had an iPhone 4 which lasted so long and was my favourite phone, the best size for me and it worked great with no errors for so long! Switching to this one when that broke was great, it is basically an improved 4S and works amazing, great camera and sound on videos. Haven't even used half of my storage yet and I have a lot of stuff! Looking at upgrading to the new iPhone models soon :)  Show details

Great storage – I got the best storage available, 128gb, and that's been super helpful because my last phone had no storage left. I love the rose gold colour and while there are newer versions out there, the 6s is still a great option. and I've only had it a year which is shorter than I expect it to start dying.

When I'm doing video calls or netflix or bluetooth it zaps a lot more battery I've noticed.

Great phone – I have been using HTC for a long time but the iPhone 6s is even now after 3 years still a good phone for day-to-day usage. Phone just stopped working and Apple Support suggests to trade in or spend hundreds to just replace – A 3.5 years old iPhone 6s just refused to connect to cellular network. Everything else is working. Took phone to Apple Support. Had a look and suggested to either trade in phone or spend hundreds to fix it. Just Okay – Apple is the best of the best in mobile-phone market like many people said but for me, it's just okay. App got crash, phone suddenly turn off, battery not last long like other android phone's problems after using it for long term. Iphone 6 = ok – Camera quality is good, not insane. Pretty ergonomic phone, fits in your pocket easily and doesn't poke out. The battery is it's downfall, loses charge after a year or so.

dramatically. Playing large games, which is common nowadays, the phone would heat up a lot. Other than that, there is no other noticeable degrade in performance, other than the compatibility issue that may happen soon.

Good Phone, Good software – Satisfied with this phone, very fast processor and does the job! Takes good photos, flawless but my only concern is that you can't download music from third party websites like you can with Android so that's a massive pain in the butt. Great phone, still hasn’t slowed down – Camera quality much better than previous models, I have lots of apps and it still hasn’t slowed down yet. Battery life seems to be holding up as well. Perfect – Haven't had any problem with it at all. Got it to do ApplePay and it does that very well indeed. I find the size much more convenient than the plus models, particularly for jeans pockets. Pretty good! – I do really love this phone! It is very good for photography, the storage is phenomenal! (I have a case on it) I have dropped it multiple times and it still works perfectly, apart from the battery. The battery on all apple products in general is shocking. Best IPhone I’ve ever owned and I’m sticking with it – I’ve had this phone a couple of years now and I still love it. I hear people having to buy new earphones on the 7 model and that you can’t charge your phone while listening to music which all sounds odd to me. Fantastic Phone – Love my iPhone! Easy to use, good camera and good battery life. No longer keep a laptop or iPad as I find my phone does everything I need and more. Only drawback is that there is only one port for both charger and headphones. All you need! – still using the iPhone 6 I Like the even the smoothness of 3D touch, so you quickly access some features of the phone. Best thing is all the apps I think apple apps a better than android. You can make music tune your instruments. Battery use is average - it requires a nightly charge for moderate use (emails, social media, internet browsing, occasional videos). Users who constantly stream data (videos, music) may find themselves needing more power. No issues with software updates, appears to be working as quickly as when I first got it.
