familiarities out the window. It’s like they changed things just for the sake of change and had a blatant disregard for the operators usability. The missing home button is painful and to do what was once simple has now become quite complicated, for example closing off apps on the iPhone X the user must slide up from the bottom of the screen, then hold their finger on the app and then close it off like they did with the ancient ios4 system. The reachability feature sucks and is far more complicated then the previous iPhones, the user must swipe from the bottom of the screen to lower the icons. I can only manage to get this right half the time and with the longer screen this feature is more important then ever. Then there is the screen quality, the screen has a yellow tint like it is stuck in permanent night mode. The facial recognition is temperamental and wastes time when it is working out if it is my face staring into the screen. They say the facial recognition lock is faster and more reliable then the fingerprint Touch ID but i found it to be the opposite. Especially because I like to hold my phone at waist height when I use it sitting down.
There are some positives with the iPhone X, the battery life exceeded my expectations. The camera quality is great and the new full screen is nice but it’s not enough to keep me loyal. After years of loyalty this will probably be my last iPhone purchase ever. If I wanted to relearn how to use a phone I would have gone out and purchased a a better valued Samsung instead.

scruffs. I realised it wasn’t going to survive terribly well. It’s sad because that shiny band when it’s new is just *love*. It did have that odd issue of the touch-chip lifting off the board and I couldn’t use my phone anymore. Just staring at a lock screen. That was fixed though, and never happened since.
The glass on the back is gorgeous and I am constantly mesmerised by the white.
Would still recommend this phone to new Apple users.
Perfect Phone – Been using this phone from last 3 years and I can say it’s amazing. No lags whatsoever. The Face ID is amazing and runs iOS 14 without any issues. I would recommend this phone. Show details

Dead on arrival – This "like new" iPhone 10, as received, was dead. It is hard to imagine how this could have happened, other than the phone and its new battery were not checked before delivery.

NOT DELIVERED – I am still waiting for 2 of these items. I have been told I would be able to speak to ACCC if I am having issues in resolving this, I would like a full refund as I have zero chance of tracking my item, if you can let me know where my items are as of current, I will be able to pick up from wherever, if that’s not possible and you can’t tell me where it is, I would like a full refund, preferably prior to me contacting ACCC. iphone use to be top of their game, now unethical – i use to have an older iPhone till they installed software to "slow" the phone down for performance reasons (by law is technically defined as hacking), so i was forced to upgrade to this phone now.. i have noticed every time a new phone is about to come out my phone becomes a little slower and more bugs, like i cannot open calculator or notes… Read more
anymore ever after restarting... recently all my data was corrupted and i was unable to retrieve anything due to apples now file back up system that's encrypted (which never use to be), and their customer support is SOOOOOO generic its a joke, i literally just got a "we will take a note and review it" aka no idea, don't care just buy a new iPhone... never heard anything from apple since... i use to really like iPhone but their business model has become too greedy and unethical, since they also made their new iPhone to only be able to be fixed if you take the phone to an apple store (even repaired with genuine apple parts).. TLDR: apple is greedy, and unethical... i will never buy another iPhone again, their product is past its best by.
Apple should be discontinued – Terrible phone, never ever worked properly. The battery was draining too fast, sharing is confusing, some strange face recognition is freaking me out. In the end it just got broken, the screen became unresponsive and now it is useless. fast, they are not water-resistant, they are working bad. Poor Steve Jobs is turning in his grave. Shame on Apple! They lost 10 years of a good customer forever. OCERPRISED! BAD QUALITY!

great so that's why I bought the phone after all. Sometimes, it is draining like in an hour after full charge and another day is working way much longer. (please, do not make me wrong, I am very good at technology I understand them and can easily operate). I can not click pictures to send, not working, not available, not loading. Then another day everything is loading. Really? Another issue, my daughter has iPad and I switched off the sharing. She still can control all pictures on my phone, deleting them and adding hers from school. For 1500 dollars the phone is supposed to work like 1500 phone, but it isn't. Also any time I am going to Apple for help, they don't do that and that. I tried to trade my old phone and IWatch I do not need, nope they can not do that. Not happy, next my phone is going to be not from Apple.
This is perfect. I love it – Iphone x has high camera resolution. It has DSLR option. I love this option. I can adjust its brightness by myself or it can be adjust by itself if you select automatic mode. I am using it for paying bill even i can manage all my financial things with it. Which is very handy. the new 'files' app its basically a portable laptop for me. Issues with apps are very infrequent and rare.

It’s a good iPhone and that’s about it – I got this iPhone through ebay and the price at that time is consider good price (cheaper than you get it from Apple store). Everything work fine like what you expected from an Iphone and the only downside is you only get 1 year warranty instead of 2 due to it’s a grey import phone. Show details

Brilliant Hardware – Absolutely love the iPhone X. Though Apple broke it with iOS13. Its an incredibly sturdy phone and great quality screen, camera and haptic feedback. It is very slippery though. Probably worth getting a cover.... but it feels so good naked in your hand. Show details

an extra layer of security with face recognition and PIN number. Like the portrait features and other camera features and clearer picture clarity especially when comparing to the iPhone 6. Had for over 12 months and probably not aware of all the features but great for a not so tech savvy person such as myself.
