This company has to be the worst [Content Removed] I have come across personally... They charged us for a call out and fitted the wrong part and our fridge is making a terrible noise. The service is rude, disrespectful and they lie constantly. Save your money and your patience Kit and Joy the owners excell with their deceiptful lies. They are a disgrace to their fellow countrymen!

Prompt same day service. Friendly and knowledgeable service person arrived on time. Bosch front loader autodosing washing machine fixed on the same day.

They sent me a very unprofessional technician and to service my oven and did not inform me about what was the service included and then charged me for just testing the “functionality” of the oven which basically just turned on the oven to do the testing. will lead to severe burn risk from my oven. Therefore, I’ve escalated this issue further and lodge a complaint, however, they were very slow to response to this issue and did not able to solve accordingly. So do not use this service.

I called Appliances R Us about my dishwasher. They sent me an invoice which I paid. They said the work would be done within a week. A month later nothing had happened. I called to cancel given the delay and they agreed to refund my money. A year later I am still waiting. When I call, I am fobbed off with “The manager is sick”, or “Maybe the manager didn’t get my email”, etc. Avoid.

Please stay away from these so called technicians who claim to fix your dishwasher, take your money and leave you with more problems. I have made so many attempts via phone and email, but to no avail. I should have read all the negative reviews before I called them.

Wouldn't answer the phone - I dialled twice with the same result. My number is silent but that's no reason to ignore a potential job, so they can jump. Plenty of fish in the sea to fix my dryer.

Absolute robbers. Will charge $200 call out. Do nothing say they will have the part and then say they don’t . horrid person yelling at me on the phone. Do NOT call these people. The “technician” actually had no idea! Had to google the error whilst boasting about being a Bosch certified technician. Was so rude and disrespectful . Honestly a scam

Called about broken dishwasher - Bosh reporting E09 error which is heating element problem. This was explained on the phone. Told about $199 call out fee but told that it would be deducted off the cost of the repairs. Technician rang to say he couldn't make it that day but would come tomorrow a Friday. explanation of the problem and he looked up the the type of the dishwasher and said he'll send us a quote the following week to replace the heating element and that will be $199 and not deductible from the quote.

It's Tuesday now and we're still waiting for quote for the repair.

Bunch of low effort crooks – Very similar experience to some other reviews. After the call out fee, we were told that we would need two specific parts to repair our oven, amounting to around $800. Once the parts arrived they were installed only to have them tell us we needed another two parts, amounting to around $700. I encourage everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible service. Don’t call Appliances R Us – AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! through on the phone again. Every call there was a new hang up or forwarded to answering machine. New appointment for the Monday without an expected ETA : wait at home for the whole day. Was told the Boss of repairs would come himself. No one came Monday, Tuesday, nor Wednesday. Had to chase up again : was told I would get a call back. On Thursday I had to chase up again - Was told Boss will defo be with you Friday ;Wait at home the whole day …. PLEASE DON’T CALL THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Damaged property – I highly recommend thoroughly inspecting everything before the repair technician leaves. Unfortunately, I noticed too late that both panels on either side of my dishwasher had been damaged during the repair process.

was so distraught prior to us speaking with ARU, they saved us from a Xmas gathering with no food. We love ARU, they are so obliging, skilled & prices are fair.

If you want the best service for your appliances, ring Appliances R Us, you will just love their great service & the Czech serviceman is the best in the industry.

Professional, helpful and friendly service – I've approached Appliances R US when my Bosch S8 oven broke down 10 days prior Christmas. Adam Eastern suburbs technician was appointed and within 7 days my oven was fixed. Andrea (Head office coordinator)kept me on a daily update with the required Bosch replacement parts delivery and by the moment the parts arrived, Adam was available . Andrea and Adam were professional, friendly and helpful all through the 7 days. Thank you both

Unsatisfactory – Everything said about this company in previous reviews is correct based on our dealings with Appliances R Us. Their serviceman had very little knowledge of the product, failed to fix the problem and charged $199. Stay away from this company.

Easy money, no real help, 5min is $199 for some it seems – The guys came, 5min after it a leak was diagnosed as the possible cause and a new dishwasher was the way to go, and left. Don’t waste your time and money here folks.

workmanship. He didn’t assemble the pump properly hence the machine stopped working. His recommendation was to spend an additional $500 for new pump or buy a new dishwasher.

Had called them as they promised to come on the same day where as Miele technician were not available for 4 days. In the end, had to book with Miele.

Miele service Technician repaired for under $500 including service charge in half the time, the machine is up and running with no issues.

Please think twice before you deal with Appliance r us. As there is no negative rating , giving 1

Most pathetic service – If I could give zero stars I would like to do so They have my appliance for repair for over 14 months and they have not repaired on returned it They have not called to give me an update and have responding to my texts. Dont ever go these guys they are the worst you will find

Lied about service – Got a quote that included removal of old over, the technician installed oven and said it would be picked up later, no one ever came or called, I called to ask after no response to my email, and they said someone would come at 12, so stayed home, and no one arrived. Don't use them.

Borderline scammers – Paid $180 for a call out to be told they didn't have the part to repair but that they would follow up with a quote for the repair and a quote for total replacement. 2 weeks later and multiple emails later I am still following them up and haven't heard anything.

The worst company in Australia! – We needed a replacement hood, and a glass reflection panel for the inside the oven. They got the panel first, tried to fit it and it was the wrong panel. Onto the hood. To cut a long story they still failed to source the right one, and this is now well over a year since we started the process with them.

We have in fact sourced a hood ourselves quite easily.

My main beef with them is the appalling lack of communication or any urgency from them. Every single time I’m having to chase them for status reports or any information at all.

It’s now been 4 months since I requested a refund from the, less the panel they did fit, although with the nightmare they’ve caused me, they really should refund that as well.

The last e-mail I got from them wanted to know how much I’d paid up front!!! Even though I’d already told them in a previous e-mail, they still didn’t know!

WhT kind of an outfit doesn’t know basic things like that? Appliance R Us!! Don’t touch this outfit of you want to remain sane.

this all the time and have changed there names you can’t find them or on the net they have tried to remove all avenues of reviews so the can hide there scam.
