DO NOT BUY FROM ARNOLDS – Made purchases in 2021 and 2024 and each time the company failed to provide the items and declared insolvent - I note they are once again trading. If you want items to be delivered, I suggest you DO NOT BUY FROM ARNOLDS.

Ripped off – Took my money and now won't reply to emails. Company in liquidation according to other reviews but website still taking peoples money?? Stay away everyone.

Disappointing – I paid for an item two months ago still haven’t got it . Have been totally ignored on my emails and now the phone number I had is now disconnected. There is no way of communicating with these people. Make sure you pay with PayPal so you have a chance of getting your money back. Beware

Excellent Service From Tom – I ordered and paid for 2 rash vests. Tom rang me and said he ordered them from his supplier but it could take a while, so he offered me a refund, which I accepted. The next day he rang again and said the refund was processed, so it was up to my bank. A few days later the refund arrived!! Thank you Tom for your excellent service :)

Great Service and communication – Order shipped in good and well packaged. We have to wait as it was out of stock but it was all so worth it and it arrived before Christmas.Well done guys. Quick release swivel snaps – I have bought these before, so I was familiar with the snaps. FWIW, I am using these for carriage driving my pony. Expensive, but a rated piece of critical hardware.

Took my money – Just spoke to the Liquidators, [Name Removed] from Pearceheers said Arnold hasn't gone into receivership yet but may do very soon. He took my details down. Purchased underwater camera $2000 in Feb 2024, multiple emails and calls with no reply. Pissed off!!!

Scam online shop – A scam DO not order from them....they are a fraudulent operation. have reported to the Consumer Protection Agency and they confirmed that Arnolds is not a registered Business and is acting fraudulently

Avoid – These people have taken my money and no goods delivered 2 months later. Not answering emails. I read online they are subject to a class action. Steer clear.

Arnold's boat shop is a scam – DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!! They have stolen $4000 off me. I brought an autopilot and they never sent it and will not answer calls or emails my bank is now trying to recover the funds. SCAM ARTISTS

Poor Communication - Return Goods – I Purchased the wrong part - my error. Contacted Tom who advised the return address for post return. I sent the Aust Post tracking details to Tom The package could not be delivered to Arnold’s and was taken to the post office for pick up. Have emailed Arnold’s many times to advise with no reply. No phone number to call. Very poor communication - maybe very busy - very frustrating.

Haven't received order – Not very happy. Still waiting for my items after 4 weeks and had no replies to the 2 emails I've sent. Certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Worst Service Ever! – Ordered a tin of paint. Chased them up after almost 3 weeks with no word. They blamed "supply problems" but said they expected delivery that week. 10 days later, having heard nothing, I chased them up again (twice with no reply). I'm now having to raise a Visa dispute to get my money back, 5 weeks after ordering.

purchase of boat parts over a month ago, and after numerous calls, failed delivery of the items they have turned off their message bank. I have sent a letter of demand and now initiated legal process to recouperate losses.

I strongly recommend you do not use this company and read the reviews as evidence of their poor business practices. Due to the filtering on this website, I am unable to describe the legal process I have initiated, but please see the attached image for further information, and contact me if you have been adversely affected by this company and would like to be part of this process to recoup losses.

Lack of customer service. No mechanism within the company to lodge complaints – Poor Service. Arnolds Boat Shop Australia. Thus you cannot communicate with a customer service officer. Arnolds Boat Shop operates as a Ghost company - ie there is no one employed to handle complaints. They simply take your money and do not deliver the products promised. The order was placed on the 11 Dec 2023. It is now the 14 Feb 2024. Do you need to wait 2 months to have something delivered online.

They don't reply to emails – Made 3 orders. After a couple of weeks 2 had not replied. I have written 3 emails and they have not replied or call me to explain. There is no phone number on their website either.

Mixed feelings – My autohelm helm pump died so I ordered a new one from Arnold's boat shop online. The site stated 3 to 5 day shipping time. The next day I received a call from a staff member of Arnold's saying the that would be supplied would be different from the pictured item. fittings would have to be purchased to make it work, no big deal. A week later I had received no tracking information, so I emailed them and discovered that they didn't actually have the pump but were waiting for one to come from China. Then circumstances beyond their control happened and the shipment was delayed. Several emails and phone calls were made to ascertain what was happening but it was nearly three weeks later that I received a call from the manager informing me of what was causing the delay. In the end, nearly a month later the pump arrived, which was good, but a little late for my intended Christmas cruise. So I have purchased 2 items from Arnold's, a marine water heater and the autohelm pump. Both items met my expectations of quality and the staff were good to talk to when I had questions.

Good mail order boat chandlery – Great to find that Arnolds had what I needed in stock and dispatched it promptly. Some other online shops make it look like they have items but in fact they have to get them from another supplier.

Service was terrible – Sold product they don’t have and won’t answer emails when you try and find out where your product is. In the end I made a complaint to PayPal to get them to answer emails. I will not be using them again

Why advertise goods that aren't available? – What a terrible seller, what's advertised as in stock actually isn't. If I had of known this, I would not have ordered. Also took 4 days to get an order update. Terrible service, do not recommend at all.
