quality in my place...I was waking up far less stuffy in the morning, but it wasn't until I looked at the filter that I was absolutely blown away by how much 'crap' from the air it had caught. And that was just the visible stuff. I am not an asthmatic, but I do have pretty crazy allergies, and this little machine is my best friend. 'She' is pretty cute too....so a pleasure to have in your space. Nearly forgot...on night mode it is close to silent and the light is minimal (very important to me). Oh....and on top of all this....you will go a LONG way to get the level of customer service that this company offers. Scott you are a legend. Can't recommend highly enough.

certainly feel the air in our bedroom is hugely improved, we have our dog sleeping with us and we no longer have that familiar pet smell when u enter the room. Recently my husband was positive to covid, and it gave me comfort that while he was recovering I had the air purifier working 24/7 to ensure the room removed the virus after every coughing episodes. The unit is so light weight we took with us on our holidays and left it running in our motel room to ensure we had a clean and air purified room to sleep in at night. unbearable. So I bought this Winix after reading product review on it and I say it works, it wont rid completely the problem which i bought it for, but it certainly has decrease the problem on massive levels.

The smell inside the house prior to the Winix was constantly, I am ringing up the environmental agency to complain about the fumes as you do your washing and the washing smells nice from being cleaned and then hang on the washing line to dry and the smell of the clothes are tainted when dried. So this Winix has majorly improved the quality inside the house, it has not eradicated it 100% but its a major improvement, i doubt any device would eradicate it completely.

I have had it only for about week, and started to noticing after 2 days the levels of the fumes - scents majorly decreased and less irritation on the eyes

The sound levels are adequate, and the controls are simple, do not know about changing filter yet and got the Winix from appliances online at a really good price with free delivery within 30hr period of it being delivered. Personally I would have preferred not having to buy it, though and if it was not for the brewery then i would never have bought it at all.

It does do what it claims, the levels of the fumes are gone - not eradicated as that would be impossible in my situation but based on what it has done it is extremely effective, its bigger than what i thought it would be - the filter is top grade and if you are out to buy one of these air purifiers I do recommend the Winix - my conditions are really not the norm and prior to the brewery building here and 2020 there was no reason for having this device

I've now bought three Winix Compact 4-stage Air Purifiers. I'm allergic to dust mites, mould and grass seeds, and it really effects my health. I bought two units recently because I was feeling awful at my partners new apartment. Maybe it was dust, maybe it's off-gassing, but whatever it was, it's hardly a problem any more! Excellent product. Copes with large open plan room and, as evidenced by fortnightly inspection of the filters it picks up dust, dander, kitchen smells and whatever else that I don’t want to breath in, even in a relatively clean air environment such as where I live. phone number for people to ring. I had to raise a dispute with afterpay before I got a response from ausclimate. They have now resent my order on the 29/11/25 according to an email I finally received, a label has been created by the sender on my auspost app on the 1/12 but no more movement since then. I wanted to put an air purifier in every room of my house but I will NEVER purchase from ausclimate again NEVER!!! I can not believe how bad the customer service is.

First of all, I didn’t know this machines is made in Thailand and if I know, I may reconsider to purchase them at the buy one get one free promotion One of the machine is quite noisy as it operates and always stay on the blue mode which I have contacted the office but without any reply. I have to stop it during night time as the noise is disturbing my sleep. I am not too sure if it works as good as the Zero Pro 5 and Stage 4. Show details

We bought two of these and they are excellent. I am not coughing during the night now and the air in the house smells much fresher. We live in the mountains and we get a lot of mould but having these and our humidifiers has dried our house and I am seeing very little mould. The air purifiers are so quiet at night. Overall happy, but the nighttime setting is too noisy for me – I've been happy with this so far. I bought it mostly to use at night as I need to sleep with the windows shut due to neighbourhood noise - I have found the nighttime setting still produces more noise than I would like. Show details

Fantastic – I love it I brought two one each for my kids rooms and sometimes I move it into our lounge room. I love the sleep mood too it’s super quiet for sleep with our kids I feel like it does a great job.

Excellent Air Purifier – This air purifier is excellent. It effectively cleans the air by removing dust, pollen, and allergens. Furthermore, it helps protect us from cold and flu viruses during the winter. Even when one of us was sick, and we shared a bedroom, the purifier kept the air clean and safe for everyone. I have three units around the house.

Waste of money, sensor doesn't work – The auto air quality sensor doesn't work, and that's a main feature we wanted. We had visible chemical smelling smoke in our house from a neighbour starting a charcoal bbq, and even though it sat in the thick of it, it still read the air quality as 'good'. The only thing it has sensed was when we literally blew out a match into the sensor. It also doesn't sense cooking smells or literal pollen flowing in the air. It's such a waste of money.

When we received the unit, the top fan was only half clipped in, the other half of it stuck up over the top and we had to look up how to clip it in properly.

Also, would it kill them to have a handle on it? It's so bulky and awkward to move.

Impressed – I purchased this to help with air circulation in the home. It works brilliantly, removing dust and particles from the air and keeping the air fresh at all times. Excellent for allergies (I'm allergic to dust mites, so this helps a lot).

Compact but very effective air purifier – Great compact air purifier that has a number of settings to choose from. Very easy to use control panel and the filter is extremely easy to replace.
