This is a great air purifier. I have one set up in our open basement and have it programmed to turn on and off throughout the day and night. Perfect for vacations can be easily programmed and controlled through the app. Show reply

We have been using this air purifier for over a month. We leave it on the automatic setting. It really does help clear the air of cooking odors and dust. We have older carpet (sad to say), that does add to our dusty home. Glad we made this purchase. Show reply

Good clean air – The Arovec AV-P152PRO-S is an excellent air purifier. It’s silent feature at night is great and makes for a great nights sleep. It keeps my home clean and fresh. To pair it with Bluetooth was a little tricky at first, but once paired everything works really well. Show reply

Product is fine, the app is not – We bought two of these because of the ability to control them with routines, set on a phone, this was our main deciding factor. The products are fine bur badly let down by an almost unusable app. The app hans no support whatsoever. I contacted them twice. My guess is that few users could actually figure out how to use the app, for example it says… Read more
press "reset" when there is no "reset" (it's power). Also they can not be set to on/of times. A great let down & I'm sure most purchasers give up & have to use them manually wasting money for automation. Very poor non existent product support!

Good product (mostly) let down by software – We bought two of these units, both white. Reviews indicated they were the best mid priced air purifier. Both were purchased from the Australian importer at competitive prices & free post. reset, you use the on/off button. It also says confirm the yellow light is on, again there isn't one! The included manual does NOT explain this! Also setting routines is a total nightmare if not impossible. As for the unit the stick on label (see image) is impossible to remove, leaving paper & glue. It took us 30 minutes & a half bottle of eucalyptus oil to remove them. Why do they do this? Otherwise after hours of issues we did get it sorted & they seem robust & quality.
Okay product but poor app – The product is fine but the phone app is near impossible to use & has no support (wrong geographical location). I twice contacted support over three weeks but they never responded. We have the unit on schedules but it was so difficult to set these up & they lack flexibility.

Great, does what I had hoped – Works really well. It does a slightly bigger area than I thought. Works well on burnt popcorn smell, but won't get rid of paint fumes though. Overall good value, would recommend for the price. Show reply
Trouble – I did not receive the parcel until yesterday. I had to involve Australia Post to search for it. They found out it was addressed to 5 Reservoir Road, Blacktown, and not to my address 5a/177a Reservoir Road. I had to go to that address (2km away) and luckily the person there handed it over to me. Excellent product – Totally worth it. Will definitely recommend. Planning to buy for the other room. Just the right size for our living area. The price is not that much compared to other product and it definitely serve its purpose.
I received a faulty unit – My unit arrived broken and didn't turn on or work properly. Really disappointing considering how expensive the product is. Hopefully the replacement works.. (once it arrives). The unit is a great size and simple design.

cooking dinner one evening, I ran the machine on high, and it cleared the smoke, and smell from the air. Nice to know it's doing it's job.
