Pilar Fox of Asset Advantage has been managing my rental properties for over 14 years. She is a very polite and well mannered person always doing her best whether it be for the owner or the tenants. Dealing with Pilar has always been a pleasure and hassle free. She takes care of all matters on hand whether it be bills, tenant issues or body corporate matters. I personally recommend her services to anyone in the rental market.

coming in and out. They were still charging me rent then. Few days later they told me I had to move out of the apartment for sometime while they fix the issue. Although they provided me with alternative accommodation, they refused to provide storage of my furniture. I had to cramp all my belongings from interstate into a tiny bedroom where it wasn’t flooded. I finally was able to move back in after 6 weeks. But 3 months later the places flooded again. And I had to move out again. I finally had enough and requested to move out on grounds unable to remedy a breach. They then lied and told me I wasn’t allowed to leave even the law says otherwise. They then just stopped replying to my emails and didn’t acknowledge my request to move. The property also had other issues like the curtains were falling off and they just ignored my request to fix anything Luckily I had help from the RTA in how to safely end the lease and getting my bond back. They didn’t even bother releasing my bond but luckily the RTA rule was that it needs to be release automatically if there’s no ground of keeping it. These people are the biggest liars and scammers. Unprofessional - stay away! – Had to terminate my lease early and move out due to a restructure at work. The experience was so stressful and terrible; they were not supportive and gave out the impressions they were only interested in money (tried to charge me over $4k). Always make sure you have everything in writing! Would give zero stars if I could.

For the first few years we had Virginia as a property manager - we loved her and were sad to see her leave, but Morgan, you've been fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. You've been there every single time we needed you (and we'd like to think we're pretty low maintenance tenants) and especially through the big disaster a few years ago when our pipe burst and the apartment flooded! Changing tenants in the middle of a Covid pandemic was not an issue at all, Katrina got us a fantastic new tenant with no lapse in incoming of rent. All maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely manner with cost effective solutions. Transparent communication between the tenant, Katrina and us has been fantastic, there have been no unwanted surprises at all.

When we sold the property in January 2021, again Katrina orchestrated the transition of the tenant moving out just 2 weeks before we settled, a brilliant out come for us!! Overall we have been looked after so well, Katrina is amazing!

Shonky – They so not even deserve a star. They do not organise repairs, they allow you to go without nessecities, and you can NEVER get anyone on the phone in the office. They will automatically take your bond and come up with an excuse.

The worst ever agent I worked with – Do not trust them, as they do not keep their word. Try to make everything official and claim first in any dispute. They do not listen to you and your concern at all. They just think about money and who pays it first.

Unprofessional – I received an sms & email confirming I had been approved for a property. I tried contacting the agent & had no response. I finally found his number and called and he didn’t even apologise for his mistake but blamed the system. It took almost 8 hours before I found out there was a mistake and only because I called around.

Great service – I rented a property managed by Anne at asset advantage for 18 months and any question I had was answered promptly. Anne was very reliable and understanding. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service for tenants is a bonus for any owner – Anne Gilles is an excellent property manager from a tenants point of view.
