no hidden fees, and the inclusion is absolutely apparent. We had to pay for what we got. We did some upgrades but knew what we needed to pay for extra. Although we received few complementary upgrades without asking to the team. We end up project with no drama. We were assured, house will be handed over within eight months. Assurance home met their commitments and handed over my property around five and half months! Trust me I cannot believe myself, but it has happened. During the pandemic, we were so confused about completion of work as so many things were happening around the world including minimal limits of supply and workforce. We got an open window to choose inclusion, quality of product and progression of work. Team communication was outstanding. Every single stage, we were contacted by the team for confirmation. We were grateful to architect Ms Poppi, who gave her best to make us happy. We all connected to group chat till finalizing the house design. As a result, we got the opportunity to modify our design multiple times. We found the team was so passionate to meet our expectations. Team always advised the best alternative. We are also grateful to Assurance homes director Md Moshiur who ended-up this project very successfully. We found Moshiur closely supervised all the projects. Several times we made after hours phone calls to Moshiur and he sacrificed his family time with a polite manner. Without his support it might not be a comfortable journey for us surely.
