Coming back to write that I have had further interactions with Attipas over a return and subsequent order and have experienced this again. No receipt of email, no acknowledgement of issue, no reply.

Horrendous!!! They are a drop shipping company. It’s priced up trash, the same as what you get on temu or amazon. The velcro shoes don’t match the measurements on their site. Korea, their velcro shoes arrived with a “made in china” sticker underneath! Even worse, the company won’t refund the cost of the shoes that are a different measurement to what’s advertised. This is against Australian consumer law as the product is defective. Once I raised this with them, they stopped communicating. So public we go!

The customer service on Facebook is really suck, asking for the parcel the customer service can disappeared for few days. If u want to ignore me please don’t ask me for any comment

while running, crawling and playing, its also difficult to keep track of it. It can fall of any time, and its easy to lose it. They should review the model, and maybe make the shoes a bit higher.

Review updated: The store has sent me the shoes, they're good, but please be mindful about the size. My girl is 16 month, I ordered size 5.5 as attipas guide, and ordered 6.5 as a spare one. However she only can wear 6.5, as 5.5 is already small, can't put the feet in. I ordered some socks as well, but 1 pair of socks was sent in wrong size.

We absolutely love Attipas shoes! They’re great for a new walker—our baby feels super comfortable in them. They’re lightweight, easy to put on, and very easy to wash. We have several pairs of the sock-style slip on shoes and also tried the new Velcro mesh design. They fit great and allow natural movement. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the breathable mesh shoes as a first shoe. My little boy started wearing them at 13 months and they were great. They provide great flexibility for when they first start walking. The mesh is soft so they can be worn without socks and baby’s feet don't get sweaty (or smelly).

Ordered arrived but 1 pair of shoes missing. Tried to contact through email, Facebook, instagram, chat, since Thursday 11/12/25 and no respond. It’s been 5 days. Still No outcome and item still missing. So frustrating.

I bought these initially for my niece years ago and saw how great they were so bought more for my own son now. They're excellent quality, durable and easy to put on. The only thing is that we've noticed with our latest purchase that the aqua shoes are a bit harder to put on and not as soft.

Never received the purchased item, customer services response has been slow. Purchased these back in September and it’s now November. They’ve offered to send a replacement pair now but won’t process a refund with any urgency. Poor experience definitely wouldn’t recommend their service, couldn’t comment on their product as I never saw it.

too late as I had left the address they were sent to. The goods should have been despatched sooner than 19 days after order confirmation, and it would have been nice if I had had regular responses to my communication so I could make alternative plans. Since I have tried to discuss this with someone and come to a resolution multiple times with minimal input from attipas, I am leaving a negative review. I also will say the order was over $100 and I have been offered a $10 gift card, which I appreciate.

I don’t usually post reviews but i am very disappointed with the customer service!! I don’t remember them being like this 2 years ago. I ordered shoes on Monday via express post and I still do not have any updates. Emailed multiple times, reached out to their social media pages but nothing!!! I was hoping to get this shoes by Friday so my daughter can wear it for her 1st bday!!!

Hi, I'm very disappointed by the customer experience, I've been emailing back and forth to Attipas asking for my store credit/refund. However it's been two weeks and I'm still waiting. I don't know why it's taking so long. I definitely think the customer service needs to be improved as it shouldn't take this long to give a refund/store credit.

Bought 2 pairs for my youngest grandson who is just starting to walk. He started with his older sister’s old Attipas first so we could try them. Socks are off all the time but Attipas stay on. Playing outside is so much easier with his Attipas. Don’t bother with cheaper knockoffs, my daughter in law found that Attipas are the best!

Full Review I really wanted to love Attipas after seeing them all over social media, but I genuinely can’t understand the hype. The material is so thin you can literally see tiny toes through it, and the shoes pop off with the slightest wiggle. Between three pairs, two were markedly smaller than the size chart suggested — cue the dreaded return process.

Returning is a headache: first complete a form, then wait for their email, then pay to ship the shoes back, only to receive a store credit weeks later so you can order more of these terrible shoes (yes, it’s in their T&Cs, but it still stings). Their website doesn’t help either; filtering by size feels like a scavenger hunt.

Bottom line: save your money. Spend an extra $20 on a pair of soft-leather Old Soles or similar — they’ll actually stay on, last long enough for a second child, and won’t leave you tangled in red-tape returns.

Recently bought a pair of Attipas shoes as my toddler started walking and love that there is so much space for their toes. It’s like putting on socks and they have good grip. Great that you can machine wash them when dirty.

Poor website experience, customer service and return process is a pain. Returned shoes three months ago and received an email that return has been processed and store credit has been issued. But I never received store credit. I wrote them an email, but no response. Left with no shoes and lost my money too.

The only shoe we have ever had any success with! My son loves these on his feet and will wear no other shoe - these fit well and stay on! Would 100% recommend these for new walkers.

Attipas shoes are fantastic. They are the only shoes my three year old with sensory processing challenges will wear. Easy on, easy off and plenty of space for toes.

My daughter has recently started walking and I wanted supportive shoes that were comfortable, protective and stylish. Attipas ticked all those boxes and more. They are well worth the money and so durable! Great for kindy, events and day to day wear. I love they are machine washable and it doesn’t effect them after a wash time and time again. Highly recommend their shoes.

My daughter started walking just before her 1st Birthday and has been wearing Attipas shoes exclusively ever since (she’s now 15 months and running!) The designs are so cute and they are super easy to put on and take off, not to mention comfortable and flexible on her little feet. I have bought these shoes for friends too, love them!
