I came with my friend who bought a brand new RS3 and when he saw a crack on one of the carbon piece he went to this Audi for warranty cause it was closer but was told to go all the way back to where it was bought another 35km away even though warranty should be delt with any Audi.
Hi everyone, I’m an advocate, and I’ve unfortunately had to escalate a matter involving Audi after they refused to take responsibility for a clear mechanical fault — despite initially admitting the issue. Their position has now shifted, leaving a loyal customer and my client unfairly out of pocket and without a vehicle for over 4 months. I’m in… Read more

I took my car to Audi Parramatta for a sensor issue. When they came back with a quote to fix it (almost 2700 dollars), I declined. They said they would charge me 700 dollars for the diagnostics! I thought that was a rip-off and retribution because I did not want to get my car's problem fixed by their exorbitant service! By the way, I got the problem fixed at a much cheaper price at my usual (trusted) mechanic! Stay away from Audi Parramatta

Audi Owner Review – A Clear Warning to Prospective Buyers I purchased a new Audi Q3 Sportback (MY23) in April 2023 for around $76,000. The vehicle has suffered repeated failures that Audi has been unable to resolve, and buyers should be aware of the pattern. Navigation & Connectivity Failure – 1.5 Years Unresolved Since mid-2024 the car has been… Read more
stuck on “Loading user information…”, leaving navigation, music, hands-free calling and all connected services unusable. This has remained unresolved for approximately 18 months, despite being logged multiple times and identified as a firmware issue.
Seat Leather Defect – Months of Rejected Warranty Claims The passenger seat leather deteriorated unexpectedly. Audi initially rejected the warranty claim multiple times, despite no evidence of outside damage. My insurer confirmed it was a manufacturing fault. It took more than six months of back-and-forth before Audi finally replaced it.
Critical Mechanical Failures Before 15,000 km More critically, the vehicle is already booked for a clutch replacement before even reaching 15,000 km — an alarming failure in a new car driven under normal conditions. The Pattern Across interior, electrical, mechanical and software systems, the vehicle has shown repeated faults, slow resolutions, and avoidable warranty resistance. The navigation/connectivity failure remains unresolved after 1.5 years.
Bottom Line A vehicle at this price point should not experience this level of failure or require this much effort to obtain basic warranty support. Potential buyers deserve to know that my experience has fallen far short of the “premium” standard Audi advertises.

Audi Richmond were fantastic when purchasing a brand new car and Costa was great for a while after the purchase. Unfortunately, as soon as something is wrong with the car though, they wipe their hands of you. I have had nothing but trouble with my car and the after care has been neglectful. about it. Warning messages that I have taken photos of, car not safe to drive - they don't care. As recent as this week I have warning messages coming up saying take to workshop but when I call they can't fit us in for 6 weeks. I would never buy a car from Audi Richmond again, or an Audi for that matter. My car is a complete lemon and it was brand new.

⚠️ Audi Q7 "STOPS WHILE DRIVING" MUST READ BEFORE BUYING AN AUDI ⚠️ Audi’s Virtual Cockpit is a showcase of innovation, but in reality it has only served as a dashboard for displaying faults, a constant reminder of how unreliable this Q7 truly is. FIRST – My brand-new Audi Q7 55 TFSI Premium Plus catastrophically broke down at just 486 km, only… Read more
days after purchase. The failure was caused by a known BSG alternator defect that Audi continues to hide in Australia (Google search: TSB_48 V MHEV or Case No. 3:23-cv-02291). To make matters worse, there were also specification mismatches compared to the Q7 Premium Plus I ordered.
SECOND – The loan Q7 provided by Audi Doncaster during this ordeal was itself riddled with faults. The dashboard lit up with warnings: Adaptive Light Fault, Driver Assist Restricted, Traffic Sign Recognition Fault. The car meant to “cover” me in this disaster was another unreliable, broken Q7 — absolutely laughable. These faults stayed since it appeared
THIRD – While searching for the owner’s manual in the glovebox of this loaner, I instead found its PD Preservation Log (Stock No. 592146). That log showed the battery had already been marked DEFECTIVE before Audi Doncaster gave me the keys. This means the dealership knowingly handed me a flagged defective vehicle — an unacceptable and dangerous practice.
My own Q7 55TFSI is Stock No. 592412, not far apart in production from the loaner. Is this an electrical plague across the batch? Are recent Q7s being sold with compromised electrical systems?
Let this sink in: A brand-new Q7 collapsed within days of delivery. A loan Q7 was knowingly defective and still handed to a customer. Both vehicles riddled with electrical failures.
Audi Doncaster and Audi Australia should feel ashamed. Consumers deserve to know the truth: Audi is selling defective trash in Australia.

Purchased a 2019 Audi S5 (Audi Approved Vehicle) from Audi Alto Pennant Hills that came with, as per advertisement & contract, extended warranty till 01/07/2028 and 2 years scheduled servicing. considered a premium dealership but that's no guarantee of ethical business practices. DO NOT sign anything or leave the dealership until you receive everything that was promised, especially if you're an interstate buyer. In my experience, this scam (advertise a car with an attractive warranty to make the sale but then not provide it) is no different than what I would've expected from a shonky used car lot. These shady tactics will not only damage the reputation of the dealership, but the Audi brand too. Disappointed that I now have to resort to letters of demand and possibly mediation or civil tribunals to get what I paid for.

My experience with Audi Mosman has been extremely disappointing. daughter and me. I’ve spent months driving loan cars while chasing updates and documentation, often met with rude and dismissive communication.
For the third time in 3 months, I’ve now been told to collect the “repaired” vehicle once again. Instead of agreeing to a refund, they victim-blamed and “regret that the repair history has not met my expectations” and directed me to NCAT instead of taking accountability for a clearly defective vehicle.
First time using five dock for a service and last. Car was picked up with my religious statue beheaded and thrown onto the floor. while under warranty. After the warranty expired, I continued with Audi servicing, assuming the high prices were standard.
Over time, the costs became unreasonable. Some services were around $2,000. The breaking point came last year when I was quoted roughly $5,000 for a service that bundled brakes, tyres, and wipers. I collected the car and did my own research; a reputable independent mechanic completed the service and brake replacement for about $1,500. The price gap speaks for itself.
Recently, I discovered my service booklet is missing from the car’s cubbyhole. I emailed Audi Artarmon on 10 Nov 2025 to request my electronic service history. As of 14 Nov 2025, I’ve received no acknowledgement or records. For a brand that positions itself as premium, the lack of response and basic aftercare is unacceptable.
Audi’s product may be good, but the servicing model and customer support have left me frustrated and disappointed. If you’re considering an Audi, factor in the cost of dealer servicing and the variability in after-sales support. Based on my experience, I would advise prospective buyers to weigh independent servicing options carefully—or consider brands whose dealerships demonstrate consistent, responsive aftercare.
Follow-up · After I have written the review Audi called me offering to assist me. Not Artarmon Audi but Pennant Hills. The guy offered to send me my service history which he did. Artarmon however contacted me via e-mail a MONTH after I submitted a request for my service booklet. Absolutely shocking.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Audi Parramatta. My Audi Q2 was serviced there on 15 August, and the assessment report indicated that no issues were found. battery cells had failed and the battery had to be replaced. The following morning, another issue appeared: a dashboard warning stating that the vehicle had no coolant and required an immediate refill. The coolant level was well below the minimum mark. I find it very concerning and difficult to understand how the coolant could drop to such a low level within just five months following a scheduled service where no problems were identified. Given these experiences, I do not feel confident in the thoroughness or quality of the service provided by Audi Parramatta. Based on my recent issues, I would not recommend taking your vehicle there, especially when paying a premium price with the expectation of high standards and attention to detail.

For a so-called premium brand, the lack of accountability and customer support is shocking. I’ve owned several Volkswagen Group cars before and never experienced anything this poor.
Audi Australia needs to seriously improve their communication, technical diagnosis, and customer care. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend Audi to anyone.

Disappointed Audi Indooroopilly. Service team provided detailed very highly priced service quote on A1 that proved to be completely false. As John McEnroe would say: “You can’t be serious”. Why? Audi Sutherland keeps sending me confirmation of my Audi being due for service, then subsequently, more texts once it has been booked in for service. Audi Sutherland has the wrong phone number and email address for a client and clearly, it is far too challenging for the company to correct the error.
I phoned the dealership and informed them of this – asked them to check and amend the correct phone number with their 2021 Audi SQ7 customer. Audi Sutherland ignored the request.
Months later, upon receipt of further servicing details, I sent them a text again requesting they correct the details for their customer and his/her SQ7.
Ignored again. So, I then rang Audi Australia and told them what had been happening. Again, no action.
When it happened yet again, I phoned the service department, explained what had been going on and asked the lady to ensure the change was made and to please follow up on it having been done.
She sounded sincere, so I guess she passed it on as a message – which of course was ignored again. Instead, they added my email address to the wrong phone number. Obviously, she did not follow through as promised.
Then, against a background of increasing frustration, the next time they sent me confirmation details about my scheduled service …. I cancelled it via text hoping that response might prompt someone to check when the real owner turned up with his/her vehicle. Wrong, still no joy.
Today, it happened once more, so let’s embark on this new strategy:
