E-Tron Charger Rip Off
Purchased an E-Tron Sportback with the free charger installation deal. It sounds good until you contact the installer and find that it includes a “standard” install only. Everything is extra until an extra 20m of cable and associated works will cost an extra $2k …. Audi do not care that this company is fleecing its new car customers and sits on their hands.
Comparable quotes are half price but Audi is contracted to JetCharge.
Audi Burwood: appalling customer service
Had my car returned after a service and the window switch console was broken (have never had issues with this before). It was clearly broken during the service but when I drove back to have it fixed (within 10 minutes), the staff inferred I was lying and that their mechanics would never have done that. Not only have they broken a part in my car, they lied about it too. They then LAUGHED at me as I left.
Further, they tried to charge me $6,600 for a transmission issue which causes my vehicle to break down mid-drive, maybe once every 15 minutes,...
Read more which is extremely dangerous. They failed to notify me that there are TWO recall programs for this same issue that my car falls under, and tried to get away without telling me. Both unethical and likely a failure of their duty under the Australian government’s recall program. Unfortunately for them, I knew all about it. They then palmed it off and tried to evade all responsibility. It still hasn’t been fixed. Clearly Audi Burwood only care if you’re there to SPEND and they fail to treat every customer with the respect they deserve. Absolutely appalling. The worst customer service I have ever received - hands down. Will never be returning.NEVER RSQ8
We are extremely disappointed with Audi Penfold Burwood and Audi Australia for their horrible after sales service.
In late September 2021, we picked up our brand new RSQ8 from Audi Penfold Burwood. In early November, the vehicle engine suddenly started sputtering with excessive noise and we could not drive the car as it was deemed unsafe. The car was towed away by Audi Penfold Burwood and they spent three weeks inspecting it for them to come back to me and advised that a broken valve spring was found in the engine. Then they replied to my emai...
Read morels and mentioned this was a minor issue which can be fixed within a reasonable time. However, they could not give me a clear estimated time for this repair till late December. This manufacturing defect had led to a complicated and lengthy detailed inspection and it was concluded that it may be a potential severe damage to the car's engine. Due to this, the car had dropped in value substantially within 2 months of purchase. According to the industry guide to the Australian Consumer Law, if a manufacturing defect causes a vehicle to become immobile and not drivable, and this defect cannot be easily repaired with the result that the vehicle is not able to be used within a reasonable time, this constitutes a major failure to comply with the consumer guarantee of acceptable quality. A reasonable consumer is unlikely to have bought a vehicle if they had known the vehicle would develop such serious defects shortly after purchase. Therefore, based on the fact that we have disturbed possession of the vehicle for over two months, we are entitled to reject the vehicle and request a refund for this purchase under the consumer guarantee provisions. The Audi team never thought of offering a refund or replacement of the car even though it was clearly a severe manufacturing defect. The inconvenience caused to me and my family due to the vehicle defect was not taken seriously by Audi Penfold Burwood and Audi Australia. The Audi RS Q8 we purchased is supposedly a premium-class SUV thus we did not expect any form of the issue to occur shortly after purchase.Software problems. Zero care customer service
I bought a brand new Q3 Sportback early in December. Within three weeks the “best technology available to new vehicle’s” crashed. Software keeps stating Loading User details. MMI doesn’t work.
Took the vehicle in for a service to Brisbane City Audi. After having it the entire day they called to say I could pick it up. When collecting they told me there was nothing they could do and the issue was known to Audi. They told me to reset/reboot the software every time it happens.
I lodged a complaint with Audi mid December, I received a generic response with a case number and other than my one follow up a week ago, I’ve heard nothing.
I’m an Audi fan, have owned several in the past, but this will be the last.

Prices are rip off
I went to Audi Sutherland to buy a visor clip quoted $ 57 and said takes 2-3 months to order and receive it. I ordered exactly the same on line and cost me $2.39. Delivery time was also the same
Again I had trouble with daytime running light and had to buy it cost over $700, then found it on line for $108.39 free delivery from Australia, exactly the same. Question is how can you trust such a company? and how much overcharge is fair?
Osborne Park Audi Centre. Thira.
I just bought an Audi A4 from Osborne Park Audi Centre. Thira was the staff member who made it all happen. I could not be happier with her efforts. She made buying this car easy. I will be seeking her out when I buy my next one. Thank you Thira. Fantastic.
Happy more ways than 1
Very happy with Sales manager Naddim Bassam and sales man Ainsley Harichandran. Great experience, no pressure to sell and friendly. Been dealing with car and bike dealers for 50 years and this dealership is up among the best. Thanks guy’s. Dealership is Audi Alto Artarmon.
Warning for Audi A5 Cabriolet buyers!
My Audi A5 Cabriolet's soft roof has started to come apart at just 100,000 KMs and Audi will not help!
Appreciative of the great teamwork at Audi Five Dock
Purchasing an Audi vehicle was a luxury decision and I have found their outstanding vehicle safety features to be a requirement for any considered vehicle purchase. I have found the Audi team at Five Dock service centre staff, continues to consistently, provide an excellent and professional service. I would highly recommend their services.
There have been many positive experiences. I would like to express feelings of appreciation and I do thank them as over the years I have found them to be helpful and they do look after me well. I feel welcomed and comfortable when I am at their service centre. Keep up the great teamwork :)

Sheer luxury and Power
We have had or second Audi from the same dealer now for 2 years it is an A7 Sportback 3 litre V6 twin turbo diesel. Not only is the car luxurious it is a powerful machine as well. We have driven it many kilometres without any problems at all as this was the case with our previous Audi A5 coupe. The service support from the Audi Centre Melbourne is beyond reproach, their professionalism and product knowledge is first class. If you are thinking of an Audi Marque try the Audi centre Melbourne. The car has effortless power, unsurpassed luxury and t...
Read morehe fuel economy is outstanding an average of 6 litres per 100ks is outstanding and depending on the weather as low as 5.8 and that is impressive. Finally if you have the means and in the market for a car to treat yourself with buy an Audi we've had two of them and probably if I stay above the green I will get another.Audi Newcastle
Would not recommend Audi Newcastle. Everything great until money changes hands . And hope nothing ever goes wrong with your car as warranty doesn’t exist.. very rude service staff
DO NOT BUY AN AUDI
A four year old Audi A4 with every service history maintened by Audi Australia has a $5000 gear box repair issue and Audi would not stand behind their product and repair. Audi Customer care absolutely disgraceful and could not care. DO NOT BUY AN AUDI

Poor service poor car quality
I owned my car for 10 years, so a plenty to relay.
- aircon is hopeless from day one
-- even when it's 25deg outside it does not really cope unless you have it on above 6 and it still feels too warm inside
- engine literally guzzles up oil!
-- if I spend 1/2 day driving around city I'd go through a quarter of $22-25 1L bottle. Even on a return trip of 400 km on a freeway it will go through 500mL.
-- I mentioned it to the to the workshop over the years. It was never acknowledged. Apparently this is a known problem with my model and Audi pro...

Gorgeous cars, so let down by their service
Incredibly unhappy with service experience. Our car was damaged whilst at their workshop at Brookvale (by a tow truck they were guiding in), have yet to have even an apology from the rude service staff and they have refused to take any responsibility for fixing the damage. 'Not our problem' has been the catchcry. Appalling service for a luxury brand, I'd think carefully before you buy onr.

Poor to non existent customer service after your purchase
Audi are aware of their failures yet still deny their customers any resolve in these matters, unfortunately for what is portrayed as a premium brand the quality or service just is not there. Never again for us.
