They say a major service for a 2015 A1 is a few air filters and a oil change + a few other items is a major service at $1200
+ for a 60,000 kilometer service , a bit rich i think ,time to shop around. Covid catch up for Audi $$$$
I have came to your service station for service on Dec. last year and for e-Safety Inspection Report on Feb. this year. Both times I met Tom March and this time another lady( sorry to said forgot your name)as well. I do like to say a huge thanks for you perfect professional service. Life will be better if people like you.
Sevice Excellence!!! is the best title for this review of the Frizelle Audi Dealership on the Gold Coast
Two years ago we never thought we would be Audi owners but due to the exceptional assistance and sales advisor back then we bought our first, a Q2. When it came time to upgrade this month, we didn't think twice to again look at the Audi Dealership on the Gold Coast and we were not disappointed. A Familiar face (rare in vehicle sales) that not only remembered us but has over the 2 years, not surprisingly moved up in their new role. New sales staff that are obviously being taught the same level of superior service. To say they make you feel val...ued is an understatement. So down to earth, not at all pretentious. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel genuinely looked after. I dont feel like I have been sold a car, they help, suggest, compare etc and by the time you make your decision you feel well informed and comfortable with your which, is pretty important when parting with thousands of dollars. There is no pressure just good advice. Even the finance lady is the same, again remembering us which was so reassuring. I know this might sound a bit gussy but when you get superior service I believe it deserves to to shared. We are so excited for the arrival of our new Q3 Sportback and want to thank, Sam, Danielle and Debbie for making it possible.
Great service and Friendly Team
I recently bought an Audi A5 from Macarthur Audi and had a great experience with the Team there. Ahmed was terrific and very helpful and we were able to be in our new car within a week. Glenn was equally good with the finance options that suited my needs. I totally recommend Macarthur Audi to anyone. Go and see Ahmed he will help with anything.
Audi Canberra - Worst Service
I gave my car for service today at Audi Canberra in morning and when I went to pick the car I was surprised with the service I got from Audi Canberra.
When I picked my car I asked the service person Jose that you don’t wash car and he said that, yes we do wash car before giving it to customer. I told him that it’s not washed and he said he will check it. After checking he said it is washed and vacuumed.
I went again with him to see car and shown him that it’s not washed and not even vacuumed. Again he said it’s washed. I showed him all the di...rt on doors, Tyres and then to my surprise he gave another excuse. He said that the main person who washes car is on leave today and other 2 people didn’t do job properly. I told him I need to lodge a complaint and he said he will talk to my manager and call me On Monday. He said he will send me voucher for Waves Car Wash so I can get it done later with them. Such a worst service and not caring about customers. We are going through Pandemic and it’s a basic thing to wash the car. Few people touch the car and not washing car is not accepted.
Organised a test drive and nobody was at the dealership
I went to the Five Dock dealership, had organised a test drive of an A4. On the Sunday morning the test car was filthy and the dealership had been open but one staff and hung over and food etc on the counter .I walked out and have not been back.
DO NOT BUY AN AUDI
I have purchased 9 Audi's in the past and have been a corporate member for the past 15 years. The last Audi A4 Quattro Sport was just over 5 years old with 52'000km. It had always been serviced by Audi until the level of servicing deteriorated and the last service at Audi the staff were considerably rude. The engine stopped running and I have been informed that it will require a whole new motor which is worth more than the value of the car. It appears that if you get your Audi serviced anywhere other than Audi then they will not take responsibility for it or rather can palm the responsibility of the fault onto others. Very expensive lesson learnt. Warning to anyone thinking about buying an Audi - DONT!
Zero customer service dealers and Audi Australia
Looking for a new 2020 MY21 Audi AI 40TFSI s line for my son and noted a number advertised on car sales and sent enquiries to 3 local dealers in Queensland... and... Zero contact other then email that enquiry sent to dealer... Indooroopilly, Brisbane and Toowoomba... Rang dealer in Brisbane city none in stock and none expected until Feb./Mar and no other info or assistance. Emailed Audi Australia three times and got one message back advising they had sent request to Indooroopilly re my test drive request. Some got a phone call from a Melbourne ...dealer who had received notification from car sales? They had a few in stock but I live in Queensland. So this has now turned my son off even buying a new car as he wants to see and test drive one before )which is what I would do)... So looks like will be waiting until he decides and looks like will most likely not be an Audi. Mate told me not to bother with Audi as the gti polo is same car and 10 grand cheaper and option for a sun roof and has 5 year warranty and not 3 years that Audi has (just different body panels .. Same motor etc.). Well looks like Audi have missed the boat for a sale and on going service/repairs. After a new small hatchback... Look elsewhere. And as you can see by the ratings here I am not alone and no replies from either Audi/dealers indicating as I said no customer support or service.
Audi Brighton what can I say ? Not much, unhappy staff, arrogant service team and hopeless at communicating with their customers.
So expensive to service buy something else
Just been quoted $980 for second service of Audi A1 with only 18345 km and this is a minor service god forbid when a major service is required
Audi Five Dock NSW
We recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Hugh at Audi Five Dock and were very impressed with the professional manner and genuine level of care we received. Hugh made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable and the level of after sale follow up and service has been outstanding. If you are looking for a new Audi I highly recommend trying Audi Five Dock.
Put my car in for a service at fortitude valley Audi in Brisbane. Instead of 3 hours it took them 7. I knew the rear brakes were shot so I had purchased high quality brake disks and ceramic pads from germany about three times the cost of Audi discs and pads. Told them about them being in the boot of the car. When I picked my car up 7 hours later they informed me they couldn't fit the discs as they weren't genuine Audi and may be unsafe!?! Well they spec well beyond Audi quality and they let me drive out with my brakes so worn they were metal on metal and charged me for the privilege. The complaint went no where there formal response was "we do not know how to rectify this problem"
New Audi Q3 unable to be fixed by dealer
We bought a new Audi Q3 a few years ago. Just before the warranty expired, the GPS failed. After many visits to Newcastle, NSW Audi, they had one last go. When we got it back, not only did the gps not work, but they had created other failures due to their incompetence. These other issues that they created were directly related to the safe operation of the vehicle. The next day, we traded the vehicle on a Mazda CX3. Goodbye Audi Headaches. It’s a shame that Audi customer service is virtually non existent, bullying and incompetent. You must ask y...ourself how do they ever fix a complex engine issue when they can’t fix a gps after 5 tries at it. If you must have an Audi in Newcastle, avoid Audi Newcastle at all costs and use Newcastle VW Centre, who must be better and cheaper. The faster Audi’s are a real hoot and much better than crap BMW, but all these European ego Vehicles are problematic.
What customer service???
I have had so many issues with my Audi A3 sedan. From solenoid issues, fuel injector failures, coolant and oil issues, the starter motor was completely seized and burnt out to a crisp, idling issues...the list goes on. I tried several times to address the issues with Audi customer service. However, they were dismissive, arrogant and did not wish to acknowledge my concerns. Quite simply, I do not feel that a high end car such as this should have so many problems. We pay top dollar for a reason!!
I've lost count the amount of times I've broken ...down and had to be towed. The last straw was when I ended up breaking down on a busy Ipswich Motorway, and having to wait for 3 hours to be towed. This time it was an accumulator failure, which needed to be stripped and rebuilt! Of course, it was only a few days ago that I received notification that there is a known issue with the potential failure of the accumulator. A bit too late I'm afraid. Enough is enough, and I've gotten rid of the car. Since this incident I've upgraded to a Mercedes Benz C200. I've never been happier. Their customer service is faultless. Like many people reviewing Audi, it appears I'm clearly not the only one who's been very disappointed and disgusted. The poor customer service is what has actually ruined the Audi brand for me, moreso over the unreliable/'lemon' car itself. I'm actually the one who normally likes to write positive reviews, so it's a shame I have to do this but feel it's necessary to share my experience. If you are considering buying an Audi. Seriously don't do it. Just look at the reviews on here. It speaks volumes!
Audi Store Australia
I purchased through the Audi Store Australia website, I have emailed them 4 times trying to return All weather floor mats that don't fit my car. No one has contact me so I went to Audi Perth Centre, they said they can't help me at all because they are a dealer and they are not even aware of the online Audi Store (according to them). I am so disappointing, what a poor customer service.
My car Audi pre sense is not working(acc, lane assist...). Brought it in to Audi Fivedock service center for a warranty repair. At noon I received a call saying that the battery is low and that it needed to be replaced. The diagnosis for pre sense not working is due to battery low voltage, the audi pre sense needed to be recalibrated, and this would not be covered by warranty because my battery voltage was low, I have to pay for the the battery replacement and the recalibration. So I immediately stopped them from going ahead with the repair, too...k the car home parked it for five days without using the car and measured across the battery terminals and it read 12.54 volts. All this was on the 4/5/2020, the car only done 7500km at the time and have a service done at 5500km. and until now I have no problem with the battery what so ever. To sum it up STAY AWAY FROM FIVEDOCK AUDI SERVICE CENTER IT'S RUN BY SCAMER . They will find loop holes and excuses not to honor the warranty. Oh just remember it show the warning " audi pre sense is restricted see owner manual " while i was driving so the voltages should be between 13 and 14ish volts, so wrong diagnosis. And no it didn't hit anything cause the car is spotless not even a stone chip.
Damaged sump plug post major service and unresponsive - Audi Five Dock Service Centre
Called and emailed numerous times regarding a claim for damaged sump plug on my last major service, resulting in the purchase of a $350 new sump from Audi anyway. I've advised them of the situation and done everything they have asked; sent emails, sent photos, receipt and email their manager directly and the last time I followed up over the phone they advised the manager will call me back. I first contacted them mid-March 2020 and last contact was end of June 2020 and still haven't received a follow up. Due to Covid-19, I figured they'd be busy...and gave them time to follow up after my own follow ups but I think 3 months is quite lenient already. That was the first and last time I go to Audi Five Dock Service Centre. I don't recommend if you are doing a major service or anything that requires a follow up.
Audi Centre Perth
Had Audi's over the past 20 years, and recently had an electrical problem along similar lines to an issue in 2019(A3). James was brilliant, and Audi fully covered the fix
Misleading After Sales
I purchased an Audi in 2018, I have no issue with my car. I found the after sales very aggressive and I purchased a 3 service plan. I was verbally told I have three yearly service prepaid. I never saw or signed any paperwork. The car was a 2017 model and was purchased in April 2018. the fist service was April 19, 2019, the second in April 2020. It was then I was told the final service must be completed in December. When I asked to see the details of my plan I was given unsigned paperwork. I asked to have the last car service done in April as pe...r what I had been told. The Sales Manager (Fortitude Valley) was so incredibly rude to me on the phone ... he said "you are only angry because I won't give you what you want" and "the only one who doesn't understand is you". He told me there was no other Manager I could speak to. When I did find out there was, I phoned and left a message, this person has never returned my call. I am disgusted at this, if you do read the fine print of the service plan no-one in their right mid would agree to it. I have been advised but the ACCC to contact Fair Trade and the Small Claims court. I do not think it outrageous of me to expect the outcome to be to service my car 4 months later. The car has only done 15k. I am extremely angry about this. I have never experienced such poor customer service. The old adage about Car Salesmen is certainly true. Do not engage in their upselling. They are just typical conmen.
Audi A1 Experience in Brisbane, Queensland
I bought an A1 2012 model thinking I was buying a vehicle that would be safe and reliable. Boy was I wrong! I have had nothing but issues since the day it left the lot. Initially my work was covered by warranty but that didn't last. I am a shift worker and was left on the side of the road at stupid times and in unsafe locations on multiple occasions.
The service center was not helpful in anyway and they charged rediculous amounts of money without fixing the problem.
The vehicle is part of the current recall and Audi are still stuffing me around delivering false promises surrounding responsibility and assistance.
This vehicle has broken me and I hope no one has to go through what I have been through. Please stay away from this brand!
