Poor customer service
Dont go near an Audi! Not only problem vehicles but Audi Perth customer service very poor when problems do occur and they will leave you without a loan car unless you are willing to pay $35 a day!
Non existent customer service
I have called countless times, emailed 8 times, messaged through Facebook - and have yet to hear more than “we’ll get back to you”. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Don’t buy Audi!!!!
Shiny on the outside, rotten on the inside
I would like to start my review by saying that had I been given the usual follow-up courtesy phone call that normally follows an incident like mine (or indeed any service), I would not be putting this information in the public domain (not that Audi seem to read or respond to any of these comments).
My 12 month old, low mileage Q2 started leaking coolant. After waiting 4 hours for Audi roadside service, the car was eventually towed to the Southport Audi dealer (80km away). No courtesy car was available for more than 3 weeks. I trekked to Sout...hport to pick up the car, and my personal concierge reassured me it was pressure tested and road tested and they were "100% sure the problem was fixed". The car didn't feel right at first but I put that down to having driven another car - steering was heavy, turbo didn't seem to kick in, and it was losing power (struggling to do 100 on the M1). By the time I got home, a warning light was on, coolant and oil were everywhere.. oh, and they had left a ball point pen under the bonnet. The car hadn't been properly cleaned either.... So, groundhog day... another round of Audi Roadside service and towing.. However, this time, Audi roadside service thought that Southport was too far to tow the car, so they said they would take it to a non- Audi (VW) dealer that was 5km closer. Hmmm. The tow truck driver (who also towed it last week) thought that was a bit odd and after a bit of confusion, ended up returning the vehicle to Southport. Audi's explanation for the mess under the bonnet was that there was a 'kink in the coolant pipe', however it was clear that the pipe had not been properly attached in the first place, there was certainly no pressure testing or road testing, or indeed any quality control. They kindly delivered the car to within 30km of my home. ,The tow-truck driver was told that Audi roadside would not pay for the tow and had to argue with Audi Roadside Service to ensure he was paid (he called me to tell me this). I did try to call Audi to provide this feedback in person, but they had left by the time I called... so I gave them 24 hours to call me (like every other car dealer I've ever dealt with after a service).... and here I am. I am left with the feeling that there is a lot of gloss, but no quality control or true customer care. I'll get a Mazda next time... I will happily edit this review if, and when I hear from Audi...
Is Q7 worth the price? safe?
We bought a Q7 2016 model and i started facing problems with the reverse camera since January 2018 i.e suddenly it goes blank. Audi Sutherland service tried to update the software, but the problem persists. I ended up hitting a parked car in a busy parking lot while reversing. With all the on going problem, my insurance premium doubled since last year. No proper response from Audi Australia. Not sure what to do with my vehicle. #AudiQ7problem #AudiQ7cmaeraissues.
Will never buy another Audi
I purchased a brand new 2018 S5 Sportsback and for over a year I have had ongoing problems with the pre-sense randomly slamming on the breaks when both reversing and driving normally (when no objects/cars are there).
Audi Australia and my local dealership have both been terrible. I have taken the car in for investigation twice and formally reported the fault to Audi Australia as it is both a major safety concern and frightening to anyone in the car at the time. I was initially told me that i didn't understand how pre-sense worked and advised ...to read the manual. I have now been advised that i need to film the issue if i wish to have this further investigated. Given the issue occurs randomly, this proposal is problematic to say the least. I am yet to have this issue resolved and my dealing so far have been extremely disappointing. The replies i have received from Audi Australia show no minimal interest in resolving the issue and show little regard to the seriousness of the problem. Having owned several other prestige vehicles and having recently come from an M model BMW, i have honestly never encountered such poor customer service in my life.
Demo car sold as new car in Audi Parramatta.
Avoid them completely, sold the demo car which we demoed as brand new car, when asked why would it have same stains as Demo, they said it could be coincidence and even Audi Australia changed words on confronting them......would never buy Audi again.
Amazing service (again)
I bought a new A4 from Vanessa at Audi Five Dock. This was the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealer which says it all for the experience. Vanessa is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional and made purchasing a new vehicle exactly what it should be - easy, straight forward, exciting and an overall wonderful experience.

Audi Q5 TDI 60K service, servicing tasks not carried out, Unbelievable?!
I Booked my Q5 TDI into Pennant Hills Audi to get my 60K service. I agreed to pay the circa $2000 for the full text book service as per Audi's Flightdeck maintenance program.
I am a veteran aircraft engineer who is fastidious with my cars and would normally do my own servicing. This time I chose to get Audi to the service because of the gearbox oil and filter change and to save my time.
Upon inspection of my car post service I could clearly see that my brake fluid had NOT been changed. Returning to the service centre the next day I was confront...
Not interested in customer service
For a prestige car dealer service centre, the service is terrible. I thought it may have been just the attitude of the service rep assigned. But after serving the car several times during its warranty, I think it's just disinterest, poor customer service, poor training, bad staff morale (many things come to mind). Whether it's a major or minor service, there is very little explanation about the work that has been done and the customer deserves to know what they are paying (so much) for. I would hate to think what happens when the car gets older...and needs more work. The word 'exhorbitant' was mentioned by someone else. I've seen better customer service from less prestige brands. It's a real shame because the car itself is pretty decent. I can understand why they now include 'free' roadside assistance whenever you bring your car back to them for a service, because anyone in their right mind may not return.

5 year dispute over flaws in the leather in the centre part of the cushion passenger seat of my new AUDI A5 purchased July 2012.
August 2015 finally after a physical inspection, AUDI confirmed flaws in the leather and would be replaced.
The flaws in the centre part of the cushion passenger seat reappeared after a couple of weeks.
Only the leather on the back part of the passenger was replaced.
[name removed], Service Manager insisted the leather on the centre cushion part of the passe...nger seat (which was not replaced) was wear & tear. My car only had 20,000km on the clock. September 2018 the service manager [name removed] told me “this matter is closed” hoping I would go away which was the last straw for me. Who does this man think he is.?
After warranty lots of problems.
I bought my Audi A3 5 years ago and for the first 3 years warranty period had no issues and it was a pleasure to drive.
Post warranty I’ve had a gear box malfunction $4.5k, faulty electric water pump $2k, failed battery (1 week after service) and an issue with the throttle assembly $2k. Couldn’t get a call back from the service centre at Audi Five Dock and no acknowledgment that even though the car was regularly serviced with their dealership this number of issues isn’t normal.
Very poor after sales service for what is a luxury product and an unreliable product.

UPDATE: Won my case at VCAT against Audi... They haven't repaired or paid the compensation they were ordered to pay. Now have to go to Magistrates Court to get the sheriff to enforce the VCAT order!

Bad service and follow up from the Sales person working at Audi Parramatta. Amazed with the attitude until they do the sales and once sold they don't care anymore. Very unprofessional working attitude to so called Luxury Car sales, unbelievable

Bought an A8 in 15 expecting this to be the best they made .
First the fuel pump went then brakes didn’t last and the final straw the gear box broke down what rubbish it was .
Had to trade for another Audi other wise would have lost to much money.
Q7 didn’t even last 9 months before it broke down no parts in Australia can you believe 3 weeks waiting from Germany.
Drove out of the Audi centre and around corner to Lexus and got rid the German crap ,no wonder they lost 2 world wars .
audi springwood bad service
Put my car in for a service and they advise me that some repair had to be done and gave me a quote.I got a second apinion from another audi workshop and they advise that the repair did not have to be done but audi springwood were going to charge over $1000 for a repair that did not have to be done.I will not be taking my car to be repaired there.

I purchased an Audi A4 in 2015 and always got it serviced at their dealership. Last year it ran out of 3-Year warranty. My car has merely done 36K to date. When I checked with the dealership, they quoted me $1500 for the service. I felt it was too much for a service, so decided to get it serviced elsewhere. During this time I was intermittently getting System Malfunction Errors. The service guy said that this is a design issue which Audi Australia should fix it.

Audi Centre Sydney, new car sales
Over the last 10 years I have purchased few brand new Audi's & VW's sports models, two weeks ago I purchased my latest brand new fully optional Audi S5 2019 build, from Nathan Thomas the Business Manager at Audi Zetland.
I was very happy, extremely satisfied and in a way very surprised by his very pleasant, outstanding above and beyond performance & customer service. Starting from pre sales, trade in valuation, organising finance, managing, contacting and organising all the different Audi departments on my behalf in preparation of the new car ...for the delivery, organising the brand new loan car, the post sales attention to detail, organising all the insurances , extended warranties, free 5 year servicing and other extras I wanted done to the car. He was always contactable and ready to step way out of his way to help me out with my requests etc.. I would also like to add that the management team from every department at Audi Centre Sydney were outstanding in performing their duties. Comparing all of my experience's from previous purchases and this time, Nathans performance was on a totally different level and was definitely a few levels higher than any experience I have encountered before.

After purchasing my first Audi through Gavin Williams and Maarten Bolk at Audi Canberra, I never looked back. His pre sales service, delivery, post sales attention to detail was second to none. I never hesitated to drive to Canberra three times since over the past 6 years starting from an S3, S4 and now an RS5 to titillate the senses. Everytime, Audi Canberra has delivered above and beyond not only in pricing but ensuring all elements are well looked after. By seamlessly connecting me to the after sales management team at Audi Parramatta, I was...well looked after and have never turned away from servicing my car with them Whilst its true that there are often trepidations from others using Audi nationwide for service and post sales support - as long as you are honest, kind and approachable you should not have any issues I cannot fault Audi Canberra and Audi Canberra; Audi Australia should give them both accoldates and a pat on the back!
rude sales team with Horrible Service! Horrible Attitude!
Terrible customer service from Audi Australia and Audi Sunshine coast. I reported to the head office regarding the nasty behavior of this salesman( Chris) from Audi Sunshine Coast. Following day I received a phone call from their head office in Melbourne. The guy over phone was overly Apologetic which i could tell he is just going through his everyday pitch. He even promised me a phone call from the Manager of sunshine coast Audi. Its been more than 10 days I haven't received any phone call from them. Don't bother going to Audi unless you want get abused or spoil your day. There better cars out there with better people selling them
