Worst company I have ever dealt with. Took 2 months to receive my item and no communication despite multiple follow ups. I thought I had been scammed and was surprised when I actually received the item. Avoid at all costs!!

Later in the week no response, so I tried both platforms again.

Later again, feeling frustrated as the returns window was closing, I politely asked on an Instagram post if she could check my messages and emails (still managing to upload posts during this time of course).

Went back to check today and her response was to block me on Instagram and remove my messages.

I was so shocked at her behaviour I came to read reviews and post one of my own. Diabolical, stay away at all costs. Behaving like someone on crack who needs money fast.

Scam! Do not order from these people. Im still waiting after 2 mths. No communication and if any its generic. Disgusting people to prey on people like this! Absolute rubbish. Report them to fair trading as I have! Do not waste your money

Bought a pram pram organizer and few more products for the missus and she reckons its good quality. Reversible so you get two looks which is handy. Got it with some fabric selection thing. Shipping was pretty quick considering. Price was decent, ended up being a hundred and change after a discount code. Would use them again for baby stuff.

I’m honestly obsessed with the pram liner! The linen stripe looks so classy and the reversible design is such a nice touch. It completely changed the look of the pram and the fit was spot on.

I went for a neutral pram liner with matching harness covers because I wanted something a bit more put together. The reversible design is such a useful idea, especially when you fancy changing the look without buying another one. Ordering was straightforward, and the fabric feels much nicer than I expected for the price. Really happy with it overall and will probably order another one for our second pram.

Expensive pram caddy that broke after 7 months of use! Absolutely disgraceful service not even a reply to my email when I asked how do I get it fixed. Seriously stay away from this store unless you want poorly made expensive products and absolutely nil customer service.

ordered a different colour to get it quicker. It’s now been another 2 weeks and I’ve emailed them again to no avail. Absolute scam.

We ordered one of the baby loungers in the sage floral print and it looks even nicer in person. The colour is really calm and fits perfectly in our living room instead of looking overly “baby”. It feels well made too, especially the fabric and stitching. Arrived on time and my little one seems very happy in it

I picked up a quilted stroller liner in the oat colour and honestly love how it turned out. The fabric feels soft without being too thick, and it fits our pram really nicely. I also liked being able to choose the fabric myself. Delivery was quicker than I expected and everything was packed really well.

Quick delivery. Both clips arrived in perfect condition. The mocha linen one is gorgeous. Secure attachment and the bead one is lovely quality. Really happy with my purchase.

I was very pleased with my recent purchase of a pram liner and accessories. The items were of excellent quality and the grey stripe linen fabric is quite attractive. The ordering process was straightforward and the items arrived within the estimated time frame. The head support is well made and provides good comfort for the baby. I would not hesitate to recommend this retailer to other parents.

Just got the baby lounger delivered today and its absolutely gorgeous, the mauve color is so much prettier in person. The linen is really breathable and the quality is fantastic for the price, you can tell they use good materials. My baby is sleeping in it right now and looks so comfy. I am so happy i found this store they have alot of beautiful options and shipping was fast too.

OMG the pram liner is GORGEOUS!!! The sand linen stripe looks so elegant and I love that it's reversible with the Hamptons stripe. Quality is AMAZING, fits perfectly and makes the whole pram look so much nicer!!! Cannot recommend enough!!!

Wasn't sure about ordering bandana bibs online since I couldn't see them in person, but these waffle ones are really well made. Got two of the forest tones and one each of ocean and sky, they match everything and actually keep the drool off my baby's clothes. The fabric is thicker than I expected, in a good way. Shipping was fast too which was a nice surprise!

Ordered a custom pram liner and received one that does not match the colours of what I ordered from the photos online. Emailed several times, messaged on Facebook and instagram with photos trying to politely ask if there’s been a mistake and have received radio silence in response. I was looking forward to the idea of supporting a small local female owned business doing custom pram liners but this is appalling behaviour and I’m so disappointed.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than 6 months with no resolution, I feel I need to warn others. In June, I was sent the wrong item. immediately, clearly confirming that I wanted the correct item shipped and that I was happy to return the incorrect item. Unfortunately, after my replies, I never received any further communication — no return address, no shipping label, and no next steps.

I have also attempted to contact the company via Facebook and Instagram private messages, only to receive automatic replies directing me back to their info email. I even tried calling a phone number listed online, leaving both a voicemail and a text, with no response.

At this point, I am out of pockedlt over $70 for an item I never received, with no response or solution for months. This situation could have been resolved easily with basic follow-up, but the complete lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I did not want to resort to a public review, but after exhausting every possible private channel, I feel it’s important to let others know that customer service appears to be non-existent once there’s an issue.

Terrible. No order has been recieved and no customer service despite numerous attempts via email and social media. Disgusting that this company continues to rip off people. Why they are allowed to continue to take orders is beyond me.

DO NOT BUY from them! It will take more than 4 months to receive your product and YOU will need to chase it up repeatedly. 10+ emails back and forth and they kept claiming it should be on its way. AVOID! I’m ready to report them to consumer affairs.

Terrible products and customer service. Several items in my order were faulty. I have been trying to contact the company by email and messages on socials for a month and received no response. I have resorted to making a charge back claim through my bank. Meanwhile, the company is sending marketing emails and texts and harassing me about items supposedly left in my cart. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered a pram liner, waited over 5 'business weeks' before I emailed to ask where it was. No response, followed up twice via email more before I told them I would be requesting a refund through my bank. Magically received an email same day saying my order was dispatched. The liner itself is decent, but I don't know how they're still in business with the way they treat customers. Wish I had searched for reviews before I ordered.

Placed an order for a personalised blanket over 5 weeks ago and have had no communication from anyone in the business. Terrible communication, no correspondence since ordering yet they’re quite happy to take your money. Don’t waste your time with this company not worth the stress and loss of money
