Ordered a custom pram liner and received one that does not match the colours of what I ordered from the photos online. Emailed several times, messaged on Facebook and instagram with photos trying to politely ask if there’s been a mistake and have received radio silence in response. I was looking forward to the idea of supporting a small local female owned business doing custom pram liners but this is appalling behaviour and I’m so disappointed.

message to organise it. I then received an automatic reply that I should email, so I did.

Later in the week no response, so I tried both platforms again.

Later again, feeling frustrated as the returns window was closing, I politely asked on an Instagram post if she could check my messages and emails (still managing to upload posts during this time of course).

Went back to check today and her response was to block me on Instagram and remove my messages.

I was so shocked at her behaviour I came to read reviews and post one of my own. Diabolical, stay away at all costs. Behaving like someone on crack who needs money fast.

 Follow-up  · In response to follow up questions: - No she doesn't have a phone number (of course) - The item wasn't faulty, I wanted to exchange for a different colour or return for a refund - The return policy was 14 days to return for refund for change of mind Still never heard anything, still blocked lol.

immediately, clearly confirming that I wanted the correct item shipped and that I was happy to return the incorrect item. Unfortunately, after my replies, I never received any further communication — no return address, no shipping label, and no next steps.

I have also attempted to contact the company via Facebook and Instagram private messages, only to receive automatic replies directing me back to their info email. I even tried calling a phone number listed online, leaving both a voicemail and a text, with no response.

At this point, I am out of pockedlt over $70 for an item I never received, with no response or solution for months. This situation could have been resolved easily with basic follow-up, but the complete lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I did not want to resort to a public review, but after exhausting every possible private channel, I feel it’s important to let others know that customer service appears to be non-existent once there’s an issue.

and that the pre-order dates are just a "guess". They offered me to choose another style or wait another two weeks for the fabric, and mentioned that they would prioritise my order. I opted to wait two more weeks (as I had already waited for over a month, what's two more weeks right?)

Yet another month later (end of June now), I go back on the website to see the fabric I had selected was now "pre-order June" I contacted them again stating that I wanted an ETA on the item and that if it wasn't coming soon I'd like a refund so I could purchase elsewhere. Within 24 hours they had emailed saying that the fabric had arrived and had been cut, but that they had no idea when it would even be ready. I replied stating that I felt like they had just sent that email to placate me, that I had waited months and wanted a refund, but that if my item was already in progress I would like to be prioritised and my item shipped to me by express. They did not reply and did not honour this request (even though they had stated that they would be prioritising my order after my email back in april).

When the item eventually arrived at the end of June (AFTER THREE MONTHS!!!), the holes where the straps go through were constructed so poorly that there was a section where the stitches had fully come apart and the internal wadding was coming out. I contacted A&M again, I knew that they would not honour a refund, and I certainly wasn't going to wait another three months for a replacement, so I requested a partial refund so that I could at least take it somewhere to be repaired. I never heard from them.

Really poor customer service, poor communication, poor turnaround time and poor quality product in the end. Such a disappointment as I have purchased a pram liner in the past and didn't have these issues. I understand that this is a family business and I'm all for supporting that - however until they iron out these issues and provide some accountability and transparency in their turnaround time, I won't be shopping here again and I'll certainly be steering all my mum friends away too.

P.S They delete all negative reviews from their website so it looks like their products are rated 5 stars. (See photos uploaded, my review was on their site on 25/7 and deleted by 1/8. Just so dodgy.

super useful as it couldn’t fit much in before becoming cumbersome eg clothes some Baby bottle, formula and then personal items.

The purchase was through ShopPay so the refund should have come through there anyway. I’ve contacted them multiple times about the fraudulent refund and no one has responded.

use? Did they mean the rest will fray to match maybe? I emailed them back with photos and told them they dont look normal at all, the strings weren't cut correctly and pulled where all the gaps were. Was given the 'these are hand made and each piece is unique' excuse although you would think that extra care would have been taken if that was actually the case. I haven't received a response since then so inclined to agree with the scammer comments.

potentially flag this whether there was a dodgy batch or see what they were able to do to r solve. This product definitely hasn’t met its lifespan & fit for purpose. Have received no response from several emails & messages advising of this & wanting someone to discuss. Have now been left no choice but to repo my to consumer affairs & follow up with relevant bodies as they not abiding by consumer laws Australia with products & services.

 Follow-up  · I persisted contact via email. Their replies were repeated and automated. I contacted Fair Trading. All you have to do is read the reviews, I didn't (wish I had) and DO NOT ORDER FROM them.

Exactly what I wanted – I bought a 3 pack of bibs and a teething bear for my daughter because the dribble at the moment is next level. Couldn’t be happier! The bibs are really nice and stylish and the little bear teething ring is definitely a fave with my Bub! I’m looking to get a couple more so I can have a few in different rooms and the car haha.

DO NOT BUY from them! It will take more than 4 months to receive your product and YOU will need to chase it up repeatedly. 10+ emails back and forth and they kept claiming it should be on its way. AVOID! I’m ready to report them to consumer affairs.

Terrible products and customer service. Several items in my order were faulty. I have been trying to contact the company by email and messages on socials for a month and received no response. I have resorted to making a charge back claim through my bank. Meanwhile, the company is sending marketing emails and texts and harassing me about items supposedly left in my cart. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered a pram liner, waited over 5 'business weeks' before I emailed to ask where it was. No response, followed up twice via email more before I told them I would be requesting a refund through my bank. Magically received an email same day saying my order was dispatched. The liner itself is decent, but I don't know how they're still in business with the way they treat customers. Wish I had searched for reviews before I ordered.

I never received my order and I never received a refund. Customer service simply stopped replying to me. I have contacted consumer affairs and they couldn’t do anything as they weren’t replying to them either. Please don’t waste your money or time on this scam of a company.

Do not recommend. I purchased a nest noting the 2 week advertised time frame. I received zero updates regarding the order being delayed. the company 4 times over the course of 6 weeks with no reply. At this stage I lodged a charge back on my credit card for goods not received.

The item did arrive approx a week later, and I contacted the bank to cancel the charge back. Which coincided with emails from the company calling me a thief for the chargeback.

They then requested I send the nest back - however my bank had confirmed that the funds had been released back to the merchant.

Surprise surprise - no further replies to emails.

Coincidentally- both nests arrived one day apart. Even though they had been ordered weeks apart.

Would recommended everyone contact their bank and do a chargeback for goods not received.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. They don't even send a confirmation email after placing an order. Dispatching 1 or 2 business days as it says on their website is a complete lie. Never received any response after following up on my order after 3 weeks from placing my order. Thanks goodness I paid for my order through PayPal as that's how I got money back. 100% do not recommend this business.

Absolute scam artists. Do not buy from them! Ordered $250 worth of “ready to go” products and haven’t even received a shipping email and it’s been forever. They spend hundreds on promoting and boosting their social media and use influencers to promote their products, but once you purchase something, you’ll never get that money back. Avoid at all costs and look elsewhere!

Do not purchase from this business! Their website mentions products shipped within 1-2 business days, they do not ship in this time. When you follow up your order they say oh it’s coming they are just finishing it off, and it never gets sent. I spent $250 and have come to the realisation I will not get my money back or any products! Please do not order from here and save your money!!

I’ve reached out multiple times and initially received stating the items were almost finished, and I was even sent a link that the Australia post label had been created, however all further communications have been unanswered. It has now been a further 3 weeks and I have not revived any updates, or even basic customer service or replies.

For a business marketing itself as premium and personalised, this lack of transparency and reliability is unacceptable.

I genuinely wanted to support a local brand and was excited about this purchase, but sadly, I can’t recommend Audrey and Me based on my experience.

*UPDATE* my order was eventually delivered after threatening ACCC and fair trading via email and social media messaging. Good luck to everyone else. I still would not be recommending this company or their products.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Took 2 months to receive my item and no communication despite multiple follow ups. I thought I had been scammed and was surprised when I actually received the item. Avoid at all costs!!
