returned, and the vacuum conveniently had just arrived... they'll be shipping it tomorrow. I wonder if I'd have gotten the same answer if I'd called last week...

Not really looking forward to what happens if we need a warranty replacement or repair from these muppets.

out quick enough and yes I was expecting a delay as it did say the order would not ship immediately and said on average the speed.

However after being told it was possibly held up in customs, already sent, it would arrive in a couple of days and also it would be here today (4 different reasons) , I got fed up and just asked for a refund which they were able to do fast.

I ordered it from Joyce Mayne and 2 days later it is being shipped with the same price as this company.

Shop online with confidence? Nope sorry you've lost me as a customer despite ordering before and no issues, i won't be back .

overwhelmed. So lots of things go wrong.

They don't own the stuff sold online, they order it once a customer ordered it. That makes for lots of problems and delays.

Awful. Just awful – 3 weeks after ordering may vacuum cleaner and variously being told that it was stuck in customs and that my order had erroneously been marked as suspicious I still have no word on when this will ship. Every time I call I I'm told that stock is expected that afternoon and I will get an email as soon as my order is dispatched then... Silence. Will be seeking a refund tomorrow.

a particular day and I tell them that if delivery can be postponed until the next week. Took a day off to accept the delivery and waited all day for it. I called them up and asked if the driver will call prior to arrival. I was very rudely told that it hadn't arrived yet and that I would've been told the product would be arriving in their warehouse on that date, not that it is to be delivered on that date. Why would a company call customers to tell them it has arrived at their warehouse??? The gentlemen seemed very agitated and irritated that I called. To date, I have not received any sort of correspondence about this. Do yourself a favour, do not order from these people, save yourself the time and hassle and order from a reputable store! I should've headed the warnings from other poor reviews.

Australia Post emailed confirmation the parcel was on the way and it was delivered the next day. The vacuum cleaner was a great price and worth waiting a short while for. I'd use this retailer again.

Terrible customer service, terrible company to deal with – After more than a week they couldn't tell me where my order was. Terrible customer service. I had to chase them numerous times to find out. Ended up asking for a full refund. Was a complete waste of time. Will not use Aus-appliances again

Good price and service – Ordered a Bosch slimline dishwasher after a competitor didn't have stock and wasn't getting additional in for a number of weeks. Price was good - better than most retailers and was delivered within a few days for a $25 delivery fee. Very happy.

kilos. They explained they have their own delivery men and vans and it was no extra cost.

Next day as scheduled, the large van painted Kingsford Betta Home Living and the new fridge arrived together with another man in a ute. The new fridge was installed in minutes and they took away my old monster Maytag fridge (had to take the doors off to get it out of the house). The two men were very efficient and could not be nicer.

So I cannot fault them and would certainly recommend them based on my experience. Ordered online late Sunday, fantastic price, and fridge delivered and working early Tuesday morning.

Cheapest price and excellent Service - I highly recommend them – They had the cheapest price & the product was in stock. They answer the phone and respond to emails promptly. They pay special attention to each order. Even after I received the order they addressed an issue with my product promptly. One of my best online shopping experience. Thanks Aus Appliances. Not sure why some others have reported bad service but for me they are the best.

ours had failed earlier in the day and after speaking with the aus-appliance salesperson, not only was the price $200 less than any other shop delivery of the fridge was indicated to be the following day (midmorning), the salesperson also indicated that the driver would 30 minutes prior. Fast forward to the following day and the driver did call 30 minutes prior and when he got to our house he was the most polite delivery driver that I had ever met. He also took great care not to damage anything in our house whilst he put the fridge where it needed to go. I can only speak of my experience but I could not recommend aus-appliances highly enough.

Extraordinary service – I bought a nobo heater for my elderly sick parents. The heater stopped working after a few days.....possibly a timer error from my parents. As I live a few hours from their place I called aus-appliances and the lengths they went to to get a rep from nobo to go to my parents place to fix the issue was great. Thanks heaps for your willingness to search for a solution.

a distribution centre a 16km round trip from the delivery address. To top it off they could only be picked up 06.00 to 13.00 M-F and I was home as the delivery card was popped in my letterbox. cheap inconvenient

I also had it posted work after asking the advice of two staff members. I was told the package was small and would be fine to take on public transport, as it had a handle. It turned up today and is bulky and heavy with no handle. I would have much preferred them to have told me this in the first place, and I would have picked it up from the store. confirming my phone number for delivery, the delivery guys calling and organising a time and then showing up when they said they would.

This is what I hope for every time I buy something online and unfortunately I could only count a few instances where the process was a seamless and efficient as it was shopping at aus-appliances, I will definitely be using them again.

I was a bit hesitant asking myself what would be "the catch" for such a good price?. However, there was no catch: I received a sealed brand new product just a couple of business days after I put the order through. The product has now been installed and is working wonderfully. Inflexible and unreliable delivery – Only provided the option to deliver 3 times per week, all of course when most people are at work. Rescheduled meetings to be home at one of the 3 inconvenient times offered, only to have them still not here yet, so far 2 hours after the suggested delivery time. Who knows how much longer they will take. Price was equivalent to their competitor but these guys had the item in stock, so went with them. Delivery

and when I informed them Aus post wanted more than half the value of the grinder in postage. they contacted the wholesaler on my behalf and convinced them to give me a new grinder without having to send the old one back. I did this and was told that they could not deliver, because they had complaints that the courier service in this area continually lost or damaged goods. To quote, "I could take your money, but you would be ringing me in two weeks time, because your goods haven't' arrived." Because I was very upset, having a disabled child who was badly suffering in the heat (our old air con had broken down, I kept stressing the free delivery, where upon I was hung up on. I rang back, had someone else answer the phone, and so asked what courier service they used. The answer was Allied Express and Australia post express. I explained the situation and the phone was past over to the person who hung up on me. I asked to speak to the manager, and he replied that he was the Manager. Again it was a dead end conversation.Ten minutes later I went back onto their web site and found that the "Free delivery Aust. wide had been changed to "Free delivery to most areas". Any how got a very good deal from Harvey Norman today......no wonder the Retravision store closed down in our nearest town if Aus-Appliances are a division.

Called the 1300 numbers to enquire about it, and was promised to call back on status updates, which never happened.
