tells me they didn’t turn up because some parts weren’t available? Stay away from these Guys ! Do yourself a favour and read reviews about these guys because they are true. One star to much.

Scam solar installer – Have been trying for 10 days now to organise an installation and they are now reverting to just hanging up every time I call. certain parts of the roof that would impact solar production), which meant we would have had undelivered promises if we went with some of the other providers and their "deals" of false promises. Goliath took the time to make sure we were comfortable with their recommendation and quotation, and then worked with us to plan and execute a seamless installation.

The quality of workmanship was second-to-none, and the team were clean, polite and made very little noise (other than the power tools when they needed them). We have had 1 small question since installation, relating to our "user error" on the App for the solar system, which the team were very helpful with solving and explaining.

I cannot recommend the team at Aus-Brite Solar enough if you want a stress free solar installation experience. Furthermore, their quotation was extremely competitive, and I don't think you will find a better price for the knowledge, quality of work and service you receive from dealing with them.

It's good until it's not – I installed a solar panel system through them because they gave me a competitive quote. Fast forward 3 months. My electricity bill showed that there was no solar power consumption so I contacted them to send someone to inspect the system but after several back and forth I still haven't been able to get anyone. It's not really getting anywhere so I regret going with them.

If you are even entertaining the idea of going with these installers I would highly recommend that go with someone a bit more reputable and save yourself the headache.

UPDATE - I called them again to discuss the ongoing issue but the lady named [Name Removed] who's been talking to me is screening my call so I had to call the main line and was greeted with a question as to why I posted a negative review and an ask to remove it. Essentially they did not verify the paperwork was finalized from the energy retailer's side. When I asked him to send the contractor to inspect the solar system, he said I'll need to contact my energy retailer. When I said I'll raise a complaint with ombudsman, he hung up on me. If only I knew... before I commissioned them.

Worst company, Fraud – These guys offered a refundable deposit, and I changed my mind in 2 days after going through these reviews and requested for a refund and they kept saying will discuss with our accounts team. and after a month they are not even responding to my calls. these guys are a scam don't trust them [Name Removed] in particular, he speaks politely (he was the accounts manager) and don't answer your calls.

Contract signed, deposit taken but job never completed – I signed a contract and paid a deposit with Aus Brite Solar with Ian Singh as the Accounts Manager. On the day of the install the installer arrived and refused to complete the installation because the amount of money he would make on the installation would not be “worth it”. the roof’s greater than standard pitch, which had been accounted for in the contract and confirmed in an email chain by Ian. After speaking with the installer, he denied any conversation with Ian about the type of roof and its pitch.

The installer has then said he would requote me privately which he has not done. I have made attempts to contact Ian requesting a refund of my deposit. I received a reply from Ian via email that he “would look into it” however after a month of following up regularly via email and phone I have had no further response from Ian.

Not to be trusted – Beware of these frauds . They promise a refundale deposit and when you ask for a refund say be patient it will come. I have been patient and followed up 5 times with a promise it will happen each time so I am letting you know they cannot be trusted. The warnings I had about these companies unfortunately I ignored .Ausbrite Solar cannnot be trusted at their word!

Experience – Very happy with the system so far. Reasonable cost and prompt service. Communication was a little clunky along the way, but Aus-Brite were earnest in trying to provide a good experience. System install was relatively quick and painless. Only thing remaining is to see is how well the system lasts. No hesitation recommending Aus-Brite Solar.

Once ready for installation they were ready to do it in a week, on time on site, and got it installed very neatly and professionally in 5 hours. They applied for my paperwork to my energy company and for the government rebate for me. A well-run company. I recommend. I cannot comment on the quality or reliability of the product as it is still new but seems to be doing what it is supposed to do.

During the installation, David, the installer, provided us tips on how to get the most out of the system. The operations crew Grace and Glen were quite helpful. Run as fast as you can from such company. 0 stars – I signed up with them and paid $50 deposit for system at $2699 with them. After that the drama started and they said I need to pay $550 more on system price . I tried everything and was only abused by their team. Staff was not helpful at all. Stay Away at all cost from them. Overseas operations no service – Aus Brite Solar is one of the most pathetic experience I ever had dealing with Australian company. They get your deposit and never call you back after that. My card was charged twice by them for $1000 each. They have no shame to even apologies and above that they abused me back for asking me about my money. I wish I could give 0 star to them. I am attaching my invoice with this review

Awesome Customer Service – This has been such a refreshing experience...I had encountered a bad experience previously with another solar company couple of years ago and was quite apprehensive to engage a new solar company. Easy to work with – Overall experience was OK. Prompt booking and supply. Need to provide all the information upfront to the client rather than making the decision by the team without letting the client know.

Great service provided by Ian Singh & team – After shopping around different providers, I called Ausbrite and spoke to Ian Singh. Ian was highly professional, clear, and knowledgeable. He arranged everything within a week after signing the contract. I really appreciate his proactive approach, which is an asset to a company. Layer On dealt with the on-site team, Garry and Grace, and they were a great help too, from paperwork to installation. The system works well and does a great job.

Worst solar company I have ever deal with – I am dealing with Ian to instal solar panels. They just don’t have any idea how many panels fit in my roof. They take my deposit and didn’t refund back after contacting many times. Worst company to deal with!!
