for details on what was done to it and confirmation that the unit is still in spec/compliance, but got no respond. A few weeks later, same fault/error/issue happens again. The customer service was responsive, a few proof and video/photo were requested and provided. This time the vendor was not able to resolve the issue online and installer called on 4May to confirm a replacement inverter will be organised. Since then (today 2June), multiple email and phone calls (to both service number and sales contact number) had been made without respond. Had emailed the installer of getting ombudsman/fare trading involved. Its like the installer has gone offline. Note that while the inverter was working for a few days, it is currently down with the same issue. The LED screen has not been working since before Mar2025. [Update since 2Jun] After seeing the online review, Installer has got in contact with me and the inverter was replaced on 6Jun.

internet was on but never did and never returned my texts only did i get a answer when i called multiple times. Its now been 6 weeks of back and forth with them, all we have gotten back is Growatt manufactures have said the wiring is possibly faulty but NO ONE has come out to check. They have also taken payment for both even when they have been told its faulty with all the error codes we have. Finance company has even raised a complaint against them as they shouldn't be taking money from us when it hasn't been working and no one has come out to fix it. They also removed our old inverter we had for our original panels installed by Solar Naturally (Highly recommend going through them, as weve had no issues. Will be going back to them after this is resolved) which we where advised didnt need to be replaced because this inverter could be synced with any battery's. We are truly over it after 6 weeks of nothing and have advised them to come out and remove all of it. The wiring is also faulty whoch is a fire hazard and that still hasnt given them any urgency to come out and fix it. Save your time and money and dont bother going with this company, there are way more out there that are reliable.

Checking prices on ebay, these parts would cost around $4,000, so them saying the government rebate would cover installation in total nonsense.
Phoning another solar provider with good ratings here on product review, he was shocked by their quote and said they could do the same for under $5,000.
I then got a quote from this other company for a better system and the quote I got from them was $7,850.00 for 13.3Kw (payable by me after rebates etc.): 28 x 475w High-Efficiency Jinko Tiger Neo N Type Panels. 1 x 10 kW European Made Fronius Inverter Primo GEN 24
It's obvious that these guys sell door to door for a reason, praying on older people or people that are unlikely to get other quotes. If you have already signed up with these guys, you should probably cancel it if you are still within the cooling off period.

rebate - which supposedly covered labour! After two days my inverter wifi dongle became faulty - after numerous emails regarding 1)the faulty wifi adapter and 2) the fact that an unsuitable inverter was supplied for what I wanted (they are convinced it is battery ready - it definitely is not!) They still have not sent anybody out to actually have a look at what is going on. Now that a finance company is involved, this is basically a scam! Do not use this company under any circumstances. Get another quote, guarantee it will be thousands cheaper! These people are targeting vulnerable people and overcharging in excess of 200% of retail value. I am extremely disappointed in the product I have received, and the lack of any accountability from their side to correct their wrongs. Edit: Aus solar co is attempting to correct some of this by adding a battery to my system at a discounted price. Overall the system will still be overpriced for what it is, and the salesman should have sold me a package that matched my needs to begin with. My bill now is still 90% of what it was this time last year, even after changing some habits to adapt to having solar. Do your own research as the salesmen have not! UPDATE NOV 25: Earlier this year I found the reason for the fairly regular inverter faults that have been occurring with the system since it was 6 months old - one of the panels must have been damaged by a ratchet strap when transported to the job, surely it would have been noticeable but they installed it anyway without saying anything about it. I have been back and forth with Aus solar co regarding this but have reached zero conclusion after over 3 months.

Just read my email updates, and then they came... noisy installers, who knows what they are doing. As well, they took the old solar with them. Overall, very much satisfied with the company. Terrible! – They have scammed my mother and have now installed a system that is costing her a fortune. She has just received her power bill and it’s not connected to the retail power. the quote is doubled compared to other companies. The batteries they use are the the cheapest brand, bottom tier one. those numbers from his calculations are scaled up. Have batteries installed from them are way more expensive than the synergy bills for ten years all together. Why bother. Forget about the rebate, the after rebate price is more than expensive than the before rebate price 5 months ago. There is no regulation in this industry.

Had a confirmed appointment set up at 4:00pm with JAY. I waited an hour but JAY was a no show, nor did he leave any text messages telling me what was going on. Not a great first impression.
DO NOT deal with Aussolar Co. Purchased a battery from them and six visits by electricians and had a difference battery installed. The battery still does not work. They have not done a thing to get the battery up and running.

The worst company I have EVER dealt with. They have failed failed to provide me with an app for the phone. Waste of money – $10500 for a 5kw system no battery and current savings on power bills are approx $60 quarterly through summer months. Very unhappy with the panelss and this Company. was promised by their lying deceitful Salesman. Have followed up consistently with supposed Customer Service Rep...they have no customer service. Have told them to come and rip the Panels out , return our money and pay us compensation. Am totally disgusted with this Company. Would recommend going elsewhere. They want to overcharge and then claim they didn't get the Government rebate.

Not happy Jan – Very poor installation of solar panels, no communication about anything and the company didn’t want to hear my feedback nor do anything to satisfy their customer once the job was finalised. Our electricity bill increased 170 percent as a result.

Overpriced, over-rated, manipulative, unethical – They value their products to be 3x the amount the systems are worth, leaving people thousands of dollars out of pocket. Was convinced I had a good quality system being installed by the sales person but found out later by experienced industry individuals the product was very average. review platforms after installation particularly commenting on customer service experience with no suggestion to comment on product quality, and if you give them anything less they delete your review. Just another large horrible company employing teams of marketing specialists and employee trainers to manipulate your feelings about their product in exchange for a basic product at a crazy (and barely affordable for many) high cost, targeting vulnerable people who don’t understand or even have them means to understand the renewable energy market.
The WORST in the industry – These guys are the scourge of the industry and should be prosecuted. They will overstate production, overstate savings, over-charge, sub-contract the work, and are a deceitful and disgusting company. installation – We have had our solar panels installed for less than a week so I can only comment on the installation itself. The installers were organised and professional and worked hard to get the job completed.
Absolutely disappointed don't go through with them – Lied to me to get my money. Was promised a deal that would cover my solar bill and pay off the loan for the panels as well as the government rebate. Absolute garbage and lies.
