punctual, friendly, professional and efficient. Although the job was quite difficult as it is a two- story house, the whole installation process was very smooth. The site has been cleaned up, and the system is in very good condition. I highly recommend Danny and Jack of Aus Solar Company. They are the perfect choice for anyone who wants to install a reverse cycle air conditioning system subsidised by Vic Energy Upgrade.
I contacted Mansoor at the start of March and he quoted me the best price. Upon signing up with a fortnight I was booked in and today installed an EQ4800-L9(44 kwh) battery with a KH10(10KW). Finally, with Danny and Brendon's coordination, it was agreed that the installation would be completed before the end of the year.
The team of installers arrived on time and the install was fast even I'm not at home.
Their professional, rapid, and methodical approach allowed them to complete the entire system installation in just a few hours.
After installation, they also thoroughly cleaned up all the surrounding trash and cardboard boxes.
I was extremely satisfied and amazed by the result.
My sales consultant Brendon, provided the right system for my needs. Their pricing was competitive, and now I got near net zero for my bills.

The installation day is delayed by two weeks. Still acceptable due to Christmas and new year holiday. The salesperson is responsive and helpful. The technicians are really efficient and get the job done in 3.5 hours. Also patient to explain how the battery and the app work. Highly recommend.

My final feedback is that I have not appreciated being harassed by Brendon, asking that I provide a 5 star review. The only reason that I am now providing feedback is because of Brendon's annoying, harrasing, calls that are poor for your business. I am very interested to hear who from Aus Solar will respond to this or does Brendon get to hide it.
Solar – The product seems to be working well. Communications were good for the most part but having no initial site visit turned out to be a bit of a problem but worked out in the end.

"Frustrating and Disorganised Experience" – "Terrible experience. After 8 weeks of waiting, installation day finally arrived, only for the team to cancel upon arrival. They claimed they couldn't handle a two-story house without a lift. This was a complete waste of time, leaving us back at square one. Perhaps check these details beforehand instead of taking deposits and dragging clients through a lengthy process."

The problem I had were I was informed when I made the original enquirer that if the power to the house was to go out I would be able to use any light or power point in the house. I was advised that I would have an installation date within a month. I was over 2 months and only after several emails and calls did I get the system installed. But this was not a great problem as I was not in a great hurry. I now just have to wait and see how much of an impact it will have on my energy bill.
Working with Aus Solar was not an issue at all. They contracted out the installation and it was installed the following day after payment. Really good experience.

to install the Inverter which connects to our Electricity meter. Both these men were skilled at their jobs but their English was not perfect but I was able to communicate with them okay. Only time will tell if I made the right choice in deciding to go Solar. My Electric Bill will not arrive for another two months.
