beautiful, pleasant aesthetically structure on my home, correctly distanced from my Aircon. Shane checked it all, downloaded the upgrade for manabd helped me with the App on my phone (I am 80) so that was appreciated very much. I have no hesitation in recommending Mansoor to my friends and acquaintances for Solar installation. The reward offer is of no influence. I have been looking at a solar battery for a year now and this ticked all the boxes.

Very happy with the install process from sign up to switch on. Mansoor gave us great advice and a great deal and we had it installed and signed off increadibly quick. The install was neat and looks pretty cool inside my garage. Having heaps of fun playing with the mobile app and working out how to get the best feed in rates.

Good service due to great demand my system was upgraded and a bit late but all good was a difficult job thanks to the fitters they did a great job

was up and running about a week after the deposit was paid and a part of me still can't believe how easy and a simple it was.

I can't believe I'm actually looking forward to an electricity bill but I've set up my spreadsheet to see the difference and will hopefully remember to update my review with the data.

He went above and beyond, returning a few times to double-check everything and ensure the entire system was fully operational and running perfectly. consistently poor communication. Nothing moved forward without constant chasing. It became even more concerning when issues with the original installation—also completed by Aus Solar—appeared non‑compliant, raising serious safety and quality concerns. When these issues were formally raised, Aus Solar showed zero accountability. Communication became dismissive, responses were rude, and once payment had been made, their interest in resolving the problems disappeared completely. After escalating the matter to NSW Fair Trading, Aus Solar still refused to take responsibility or carry out corrective action. That speaks volumes about how this company operates. In response to my complaint, the owner stated a Level 2 technician attended my home to inspect the installation and contact the office. However, I was told the electrician responsible was in China, and no action was taken. This only increased my frustration and confirmed the lack of follow‑through and accountability. This company demonstrates:

• No professionalism • No respect for customers • No willingness to fix problems • No concern for compliance, safety, or quality

If something goes wrong—and based on my experience, it likely will—you are completely on your own. There are many better options available than Aus Solar Energy Group. Do not waste your time, money, or energy. Only stress, frustration, and being ignored await.
