Again considering the usage of any product on a day to day basis will be tired however this product have facilities of replacement of parts such as springs and any parts gone out of shape. In this regard you dont need to replace a new bed again and spend thousands. Ausbeds have been so friendly and helpful to chat with Martin for both purchase and delivery. We had our mattress delivered to Glenwood in 2 days time after the weekend and the Ausbeds delivery driver and his service was excellent and efficient in assembling the mattress. with the mattress we ended up picking out. Karl even suggested a method to easily adjust firmness between the two sides of the bed at no extra cost, which was a fantastic bonus. Hannah and Martin in the team were also very helpful in the after sales area. The delivery team works for Ausbeds specifically, which means they took the time to get everything delivered and in place without rushing like a 3rd party carrier might, and again really took the time to make sure we were happy with everything.

If you're looking for a mattress company that will go the extra mile to make sure you're getting the best night's rest, really recommend Ausbeds - my partner and I are very happy with our purchase!

Adjustability is the Key – I have slept on a waterbed for 38 years, so when it was time to change to a more conventional type of bed, it had to be a good one. weeks trial, I had to concede that Karl knows more about beds (and customers' needs) than I do! I changed the bed to a 5 and it is now perfect.

I have just finished my fine tuning by trialing three different latex rubber pillows with different firmness and height and settled on a Dunlopillo Medium feel High loft. It goes very well with the 50mm latex layer in the top of the Aurora bed.

Martin, who delivered the bed, gave me good advice on how best to maintain the bed to get the best performance such as rotating the microsprings occasionally.

Karl also gave me a good tip on selecting the best sheets (at least the fitted bottom sheet) with a stretch jersey knit which allows the mattress to flex and adjust to suit individual needs.

While I do not have a long track record of sleeping on a mattress with innersprings, on the occasion of staying over at family or friends places ( who tend to spend big on beds) I would have to say that the Ausbeds Aurora is at the top of the list.

Excellent customer service 10/10 I bought an Aurora 6 years ago but I wanted to swap to a firmer bed. up and made changes to the innards a few times, and if a layer ever needs replacing you only need to replace that one layer. It is heavy, definitely (which comes with using latex) and it’s tough to change the sheets, but after months of trying other mattresses I’m really happy to have found the right one.

Karl, the owner, took the time to explain how he designed and built the bed, and you can really tell the thought and quality that went into it. They never do discounts, but this bed is totally worth the price. I’m sure we’ll need some layer adjustments as we get older and I’m confident Ausbeds will continue to meet our needs.

Never going back to a box bed again as you can’t try them out physically, and for something you use for 1/3 of your life, you really should test it in person first. Highly recommend Ausbeds for anyone looking for a well-made, customisable mattress and friendly, knowledgeable service.

I have had the mattress for over a year now and has been comfortable. I went for an 8 firmness. I decided I wanted a firmer feel, emailed Ausbeds and they posted me out another layer for no charge that I installed myself by unzipping the outer covering to make it a 9. Good customer service. Absolutely superb customer service from order to delivery. Had a dedicated delivery man deliver the mattress at 8pm before a public holiday in the pouring rain. Bed is high quality and very comfortable. Simple to put together. My partner and I both find it comfortable having bought the mattress without testing first. brought in. So I now have a mattress that sags. It became uncomfortable and lumpy very quickly. The mattress stains very easily too. I'm going to throw it out shortly but wanted to leave these comments here for the record. I honestly do not know why mine seems to be the only poor review on this site.

Friendly, no pressure sales service was a good start. We're very happy with the mattress itself - sleeping a bit cooler than our previous memory foam/bamboo mattress. I also like that we could (in theory) switch the setup so that each side has a different firmness. Show details

cooler nights sleep. After one week we are extremely happy and enjoying cooler nights. The flexibility and configuration of the mattress is the secret. My side of the bed is softer and my partners side is slightly more firm. But the innersprings and the thin layer of latex are keeping us both cooler. It's a winner.

Recommend this bed highly – Feels like the best bed I have slept on, ever. Ausbeds = Highly Recommend! – Mattress has been super comfortable from the start and we haven't even played around with the different firmness levels. Highly recommend the mattress but also the ausbeds team/brand. They do an amazing job and you can genuinely tell they care. Their after care services so far have been amazing, I don't anticipate any problems but if there are, I don't doubt they'll be fixed asap! Give ausbeds a great mattress/service!

Super comfy mattress – Our first mattress was Ausbed and when it was time for a replacement we went with the same company because we liked it so much. We got a firmer one this time around. It's very comfortable and came with a great mattress protector. The only downside is that the mattress is extremely heavy - needs 2 of us to change the bed! mattress hardness. We originally went with the number 10 setting ( hardest) and tried that out for a few weeks. Was very comfortable but just a little too hard. So did a quick adjustment ( Karl did show us but there are also instructional videos on their website) and changed it to a 9, and now perfect.

The mattress looks pristine after all these months and despite being the lightest sleeper ever, I've been able to sleep uninterrupted till morning for the first time in years.
