nonsense about a personal tragedy, and orders may be slow, they were still taking orders though. after about a month and a half of zero contact and no shirts I filed a refund request with paypal, it was granted within a few days, I got all my money back but their facebook page is still live as is their instagram, they are a disgrace, avoid them at all costs if they are still trading.

Do not buy from this company. Take your money and don't deliver or answer emails, Can not get in contact with them – Made a purchase of 2 shirts in October 2023. Still no shirts

Started out good a year ago .. then total customer service failure – Last order not even processed .. i have lodged complaint with Zip Money. Buyer Beware.

Dodgy and Disappointing Dealings – Items ordered in Early October. Received order in parts over the next two months. I was short one item with a value of $55.00 My order was just marked pending or similar. No communication – Didn't get my full order, no contact whatsoever. Really u professional, a shame since their products are great. But the rating is deserved with this particular situation.

Took order 2 months ago, item not received and no correspondence – Ordered a belt in early September, automated email stated up to 7 days to process order. 2 days later on both messenger and email saying supplier issues meant that delay in shipping but hopefully get it done "next week" 3 weeks later I enquired again on email and messenger regarding status of order. No reply Sent another email requesting a cancellation of order, no response received. Over this time period I noted how many times the company has posted memes on Facebook so I know there is someone active within the company.

Avoid this company, they don't deliver on their orders and their replies end on a condensating "mate". I'm not your mate, I am a customer who is deeply dissatisfied with you and I will be following up this case with appropriate fair trading offices

Worst ever - does not reply to email or deliver goods – Ordered an item 17th June, sent 2 emails requesting an ETA with no reply to either of them. Had to lodge a paypal dispute to get my money back. I doubt this business is real and would suggest others to stay away from this website.
