Can’t belive this company is still operating! – In 2014 this company did an end of lease clean. Standard was sub par and bleach was spilled on carpet next to ensuite about 300mm diameter (the base of a bucket) company denied it was them and said it was pre existing. Left me $800 out of pocket to replace carpet in master bedroom, I have never dealt with a more incompetent business in my life and would strongly advise against using Aussie clean.

Hopeless Never Use. Ended Up Costing Us Money – The cleaners turned up for maybe one hour to do an end of lease clean then left while we were out. There were mean to be cleaners there all day to do clean, carpet clean and window clean. They left a message to say they would be back another day. Our landlord was irate. they said they would for the second time.

We are now being denied our bond to pay for lost rent. And probably a bad tenant review as I think the landlord does not believe a company would not turn up twice and believe we were trying to get out of the clean.

Never use this company.

If I could give a zero star rating I would as one seems too much.

I now do not believe any of their excuses for the bad reviews on Google.
