of $1400. I told him that and he said “go with that quote”. I got a second quote. Walked them through the job exactly the same way. $600. A third quote $650. What a joke these guys are. They give tradies a bad name.

This company ripped my mother off big time. She is 86 years old, and her dishwasher was leaking, so she rang for a plumber. He told her he could get her a good deal on a new dishwasher. She said a big man stood over her to pay with her credit card, and they never took her $500 deposit off. Absolutely disgusting and shameful. Be aware of this company ripping off the elderly. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Very over-priced – Waited all day before they came, for which they charge a $75 call out fee, (at least they told me that upon booking). I was quoted nearly $5000 for a new hot water tank, including $519 for a tempering valve. When I baulked at this they offered a 15% discount. I found another place who can do it for $1595, including a tempering valve that they only charge $185 for! This is about a third of their quote!

Absolute riff off – NO STARS. We have 5m of bead lighting under kitchen cupboard not working. Electrician came & firstly could not find transformer. Advised I would need transformer & new bead lighting. Total time looking at problem 5 mins & then 5 mins writing quote for $1,441. no faults & the found a link in the bead lighting had disconnected. Reconnected the link & lights are working perfectly. Total time to fix the problem 10 mins but electrician wanted to charge $1,441. Stay away from these riff off merchants.

Aussie Services always the Savior – Aussie Services now for the 5th time in 6 months have rushed to one of my properties when there's been an issue for my tenants. It is beyond all expectations that when any electrical or plumbing issue occurs how responsive they are and how they solve the issue at hand. My mind is always at ease when they get the call from me, even after hours. Can't recommend them enough. They are unstoppable when an issue arises. 10/10 every single time.

Quality service and work for switchboard upgrade – Fair quote, clean job, arrived on time and hassle free. Have used for my EV charger before and was happy to recommend and will use again.

They did what they said they would do, properly, at the quoted price – Got 2 quotes to rewire my Mum's garage, both quotes were very similar in price, but the guy who came from Aussie was more professional and was going to use better-quality electrical components. place well. Overall can't complain and will probably use them again if we ever need another electrician. They also offer plumbing services which is good to know, however, the Electrician was unable to replace a leaky tap which is fair enough. We'll get their plumber out next time.

Overall I think they're an honest company just trying to provide a good service to their customers while looking after their staff.

So sorry I didn’t read these reviews beforehand – Should’ve listened to my gut feeling . Called this company out to assess water damage for insurance purposes. Was told there’d be a fee of over $380.00 to write out report. First, Was told it was a leaking water pipe in wall. When toilet cistern tap was turned off, noise stopped. maintenance, as did second toilet. He also maintained 2 taps (one wasn’t working at all at the time) on hand basin. Discussed shower recess taps and was told all we needed was some silicone, he didn’t even do that (thankfully, imagine the cost!) We proceeded to apply silicone, only to find out that an ‘o’ ring was leaking….. which was probably why we had the stain in the wall. No report was made out for insurer. We fixed this ourselves. less then 30 minutes) and having been days without hot water already we felt we had no choice but to accept the quote and have the repairs done. We also didn’t realise we were being robbed blind and thought they were an ethical company. Later found out from other electricians that it’s a $200 job. When we asked them for a break down or the costs we find out that the labour FOR LESS THEN 30 MINUTES was $364 which is just absurd. Their response was basically you accepted the quote so that’s that. Don’t ever use this company no matter how desperate you are.

We got a quotation for the tank replacement, and it shows that installing a tempering valve costs $569 compared to another industry standard company quotation which is only $42.55! My point is, they are reaping money out of anything possible. So beware of this company.
