DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. The sales team are great at first until they have your full payment then its next to impossible to get any information about your proposed shed. They promise you something new every time you speak with them. They won't answer your questions honestly in regards to the construction of your shed or the delivery date.… Read more

Asking them for the address of their office, they were evasive and gave me the address of either a Toy Shop or a Real Estate Office, after ringing the business's they both said they'd never heard of Aussie Sheds office being there. Luckily one of the ladies said they were actually going to ring Aussie Sheds in regards to having a shed built, but not after I spoke with her!!!!!!

sheds on hold. (I believe that’s a lie) It’s been 4 weeks speaking with customer service and I still can’t get a production date let alone a delivery date. I’ve also spoken to their supplier (Metroll) who have stated it’s 4 business days in production of Perlins and 1 day on sheeting. It’s a shame Aussie Made Sheds is happy to take customers money but won’t deliver their products. I’ve read Aussie Made Sheds responses to other negative reviews here. someone and was told it was early October, which was going to be hugely inconvenient as it was for stock and the builder had been booked. They were going to try bring it forward, but nothing happened and gave the excuse about the large beams only being rolled every 4 weeks.

Early October we received an email wishing us every happiness and now delivery would be end of November. I can leave messages, but nobody will come back to me with reasoning and I have little confidence I will be able to have it built before the end of summer.

I have had to buy a 40ft container and pay cartage and have cancelled a holiday due to storage issues I need to be around to resolve.

I have no idea if they have even submitted the shed for production and I have no way of finding out - I must trust a company that have given me every reason to not trust them.

main reason we chose them. For us, it made sense to deal with one company who could take care of everything.

We should have realised something was wrong when only two days after paying in full (when it should have only been a 10% deposit), we were suddenly told there had been a “miscommunication” and that they don’t organise any of that because they are “only a kit supplier.” This was the complete opposite of what we were told by Josh, their sales representative, and by then they already had our money.

Instead of taking responsibility, they gave me a list of 5 builders. Out of those:

3 phone numbers didn’t even work,

1 builder hadn’t built sheds in over 5 years,

and the 5th never got back to us.

Months later, they tried to pass me onto yet another builder. Originally, they promised the shed build would cost $15–16k, but every quote I’ve received since has come back at $40,000+, completely blowing out the costs. The most recent builder they lined up took 3 weeks just to return a call, promised to send a quote, and still hasn’t sent anything. This whole ordeal has now dragged on for over 3 months.

The customer service is disgraceful. Phone calls are consistently hung up on, ignored, or only answered if you call from a private number. Emails are rarely replied to, and when they are, it’s just more excuses. To make it worse, the company outright denies ever hanging up or ignoring calls, yet I have video evidence proving my calls were hung up on and left to ring out.

Most of our dealings have been with Ryan, the receptionist, who continually denies ignoring calls or failing to reply to emails – even though that has been our exact experience, time and time again.

Aussie Made Sheds have proven they have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They’ve taken nearly $40k of our money, gone back on everything they promised, and left us with nothing but stress, wasted time, and financial loss.

Save yourself the money and heartache – avoid this company at all costs.

project coordination, despite what was originally promised. We were referred to a third-party contractor whose quote was significantly higher than what we were told to expect—concrete and installation came in ~$4,000 more than originally quoted.

We requested a refund in writing and followed up multiple times, but have received no resolution or meaningful response. This experience has left us feeling misled and extremely disappointed.

I would strongly recommend confirming exactly what services are and are not included before paying any deposit.

are going on 22 weeks now and I still haven't gotten my shed. I have asked multiple times now for a refund over the phone with the excuse of the shed is being manufactured and I can’t receive a refund. I have finally got info that the shed is actually getting build as of the 11/06/2025. Now I’m getting the ACCC involved and filing a General Claims against him as something has to be done.

This rating is for the Company and all its flaws. The shed construction actually looks well designed and I can’t blame the manufacturer for Aussie Mades Sheds stuff ups. For anyone wanting to buy a shed do your research better than what I did. today, nothing happened. My old house is due to be demolished in June/July and shed was for my son and myself to live in while new home getting built. I suffer from Bipolar disorder and all of this has left me depressed, sad, and feeling like I have failed myself and my son, when I get like this I have suicidal thoughts about harming myself. I'm now nearly 18,000 out of pocket so I have hired a Solicitor now to deal with this matter and take company for breach of contract. This matter will now go to court and all Solicitor fees and court proceedings will be paid by Aussie made sheds. Do not buy from this company, I have asked for a refund.

of June. I had paid full amount in January but I decided to delay the job until then. Mid July (I remember where I was when I got that call) and I was told a delivery of 30th July. I thought that's good, its around the 8-10 week manufacture time they gave. It was around this time that I was told it will be manufactured in Pakenham VIC nearest to me. That date was obviously not adhered to so then I gave them a call. I was told "No one in this office called you and I don't know why you were told that date and it'll be delivered on the 15th. I presumed 15th August as then it'll be 10 weeks. The term is called 'gaslighting' now as to how they treated me. That date came and went. When I called about that I was told "I don't know why you thought 15th August it'll be delivered 15th September and that's definite". I said keep me updated. Office never answered their calls and callbacks were infrequent. Considering Aussie Sheds outsource the engineering and manufacture there's not much they do. At that time I started being told by Aussie Made Sheds that garage is ready and waiting on pa door, roller door and windows. Having thought about it I then called them back to get them to deliver the garage if ready as at least I can have a roof over my car. I started asking who the manufacturer was. I think they realised they made a mistake telling me early on that it was manufactured in Pakenham as they then denied it was being made in Pakenham. During late August/early September I started requesting more info and if the garage isn't actually made to provide a refund (refund requested a few times due to our conversations which I wasn't comfortable with). They swore it was going to be delivered on the 15th September. They blamed delay was with manufacturer and also said "they don't deal with customers, they don't want you approaching them to see why the hold up. We have it under control". haha Yeah right! I then got a BOM (Bill of Material) email on 11 September from Aussie Sheds that was from the manufacturer that said "garage in manufacture and you will get delivery date". Hmmm I though garage was already completed. The date on BOM was 5th September. The BOM states the manufacturer name - I did my research found a contact number and they gave the contact details of manufacturer in, guess where, Pakenham! I contacted them and they state "we never got the job until early September". They were disappointed that Aussie Sheds were blaming them for the hold-up and the fact that they deliberately held off my job for 3 months. I lodged a complaint with Fair Trading NSW and the VIC Ombudsman and will not stop until I see justice.

Got shed late September and quality is good although you need experienced installer not just some locals who think they can put it together!

There are absolutely no excuses for how I and others are being treated by Aussie Made Sheds. I am disgusted by the many lies I was told and the sick I felt when each date wasn't met and conversations told me something wasn't right. Shame on them. DO NOT use Aussie Made Sheds (head office in NSW).
