I recently had a bullbar and winch fitted by Aussie Offroad. I was also booked to have the suspension upgraded, but due to circumstances beyond their control, that was not able to be completed. Billy and his team went out of their way to accommodate my requirements and my busy schedule. A wonderful family business with great prices. Good website that's easy to navigate which explains stock running low quickly. Would recommend.
Poor customer service. Purchase a number of products and only half arrived. It’s been weeks now and no response to my emails about the missing part. Wish I had reviewed customer satisfaction before I made any purchases. At the end of the day when the price seems to good to be true, there is probably a good reason.
Bought a bullbar, spotlights for my 300 series ZX sahara, from Aussie offroad megastore, I needed a winch the salesman suggested I buy a Sherpa winch $1500, as they are better than theirs, we got an early fitting day, as they had a cancellation, "no wonder", they then said the couldn't fit the Sherpa winch so I was forced to buy one of there… Read more
winches $900 Fitting complete, the installer said they couldn't hook the spotties to the high beam switch as the didn't have the right plug. I wasn't happy that covers weren't touched up (see pics) cost $1100. I talk to Toyota Gatton to have a UHF fitted, and asked them could they put the spotlight /highbeam plug in, they said $165 and went on to say it was illegal not to have spotlights wired to the highest dipper switch, and they put the on off button under the dash where you can't see it Nd not easily reached. I then rang Aussie offroad megastore to tell them and to arrange installation of the plug . All I got was abuse a mouth full of vulgarities from the manager, I will post the minute barage of cr#p like youve got your hand on your "D" and threats wait till we get you then "F" you, "F" your Car , and "F" your mother. These people are real nice....not I will take the recording of threats to Police.
Don't deal with this company other management support this bloke.

50% HAPPY QUALITY PRODUCTS - 50% DISAPPOINTED EXECUTION OF INSTALL – 50% Happy - I purchased as RockArmor bulbar frontal package at Lansvale for my Ranger over the holidays as I hit a medium size kangaroo and caused a minor damaged on the bottom left side of the front bumper. All other parts like sensors and lightings are working perfectly. It's only the plasticky part were dented which can be repaired by the way,… Read more
but I thought it was a good excuse to spend for an upgrade.
The tin part just below the headlamp was slightly depressed of about 10mm inward due to impact but this is not structural and can be pulled outward slightly to level with the bulbar and seamlessly align with the flare.
50% Disappointed - due to poor communication. They did not try to pull it back out to level with the bulbar edges or flare. It was discussed before the install and during the purchase that they will try to pull it back, but they did not even try. They mentioned there could be more damage if they do it. I did not think so as it is not structural and it was just a TIN CAN. They proceeded without informing me.
Another big disappointment on the install process was the poor communication that they proceeded it without telling me that nothing can be done. It was done after hours install (3:30PM - 10:00PM). I was not happy and slept thinking that night as I spent almost $4000 for the whole thing.
One more disappointment was the missed out front grill on the quotation, they just installed it without informing me. They told me about it when I am already collecting my car (waited 6:00-10:00 PM) and I had no choice but to pay as it's already late needed to go home.
I am not a car technician nor have special tools to do it BUT I managed to bring the depressed tin can part to level with the bulbar without any damage. I opened the bottom flare bash plate and just used a wooden bread dough roller. I inserted half of it and made sure no wiring is pinched and pulled it upward. It could have been easier without the bulbar installed. It just took me a minute to pull it back to position.
Everything is working fine. Let me emphasize again, I am happy about the quality of RockArmor products that was installed but not happy about the execution of the install. I highly recommend the products as it come with 12-months warranty both parts & install.
Frontal Package: A$2699.00 (no Boxing Day discounts, lead-time 5 days) Other Wiring Accessories: A$80.00 Installation Fees: A$700 + A$150 after hour works surcharged Missed out front grill: $200.00 Total purchase: A$3829.00
Rockarmour GT bullbar for Next Gen Ranger – Fitted bullbar myself after googling fitting instructions and very happy with it. Lines up perfectly, only a little mark on it from transit, touch up paint fixed that.
12 Volt Smart Rice Cooker and their service is great – Great job on the 12 Volt Smart Rice Cooker Rockarmor Outback Traveller. I've only used it once, recently, but it worked exactly as I hoped, size I'd hoped, and it is a real pleasure to have stuff work so well first time out of the box. Keep up the good work! Plus their delivery was spot on and the purchase all went through great

WORST BULLBARS THEY DONT LINE UP PROPERLY – WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Aussie offroad. Traveled 5hrs for fitment of GT hooples bar ,proper piggy back harness wasn't used for light bar install, wire harness was hanging down below glovbox, bash plate bolts missing and worst part bar was out 10mm on the left side lining up with gaurd. Had to take it back Another 5hr trip for adjustment as sitting… Read more
higher on the left below headlights . Bar is 10mm out on the left and was told sometimes they may be a couple of millimeters out and nothing more can be done . DEFINITELY WOULD NOT EXPECT A BULLBAR TO BE 10mm OUT OF ALLIGNMENT.

Had my vehicle kitted out with a dual battery system, not long ago in their Sydney Store. I chose these guys, mainly cause they knew what they were talking about, the other stores i found were either pushing me towards brands they prob make money off, or just their own stuff. These guys mixed and matched everything for me, to give me the best result for my budget.
I found the rockarmor bullbar easy to fit, and good solid bar . The winch mounting is very solid and allows plenty of room for the winch, I am very pleased with this product.
Great quality, wonderful service at a good price – This is a quality product. With the YouTube videos and the included instructions, I was able to install the rear bar myself on my series 2, GU Patrol over a weekend. Customer service was also wonderful. Thanks heaps to everyone at Aussie Offroad!

Where’s my car mats or a refund? Ordered car mats for a birthday present, they state they have been sent but I’ve spoken to the courier company 3 times and they have not been even booked for pickup by Aussie off road. They were very unprofessional on the phone and went silent when i asked for a refund. They tell absolute lies!
If I could give this zero stars, I would. I purchased a Rock Armour GT bull bar and the after-sales support was extremely disappointing. The installation instructions were unclear and incomplete. The only video provided was for a previous model vehicle, which skipped over important steps and didn’t account for the differences in my model. This… Read more
made the installation far more difficult than it should have been.
When I contacted the company for clarification regarding the bumper grille cut-out, I was given information that turned out to be misleading. During installation I also discovered missing bolts and a missing rivnut in the bull bar itself.
When I raised these issues, the response was dismissive and immediately referenced Australian Consumer Law rather than acknowledging the problems or taking the feedback on board.
The product may suit some buyers, but based on my experience, the installation support, communication and quality control processes need serious improvement.
There were several other people that i contacted that fitted the bar themself and they had the same issues.
Purchased a 12,000 pound winch from them as part.of a frontal package, worst mistake of my life. First use it shorted out in the solenoid completely.flattened my.battery. which was a near new.battery and goes flat all the time since this. Took it.back and they replaced the solenoid. Purchased a rear shelf that came with no mounting bolts 4 months ago and with many calls and emails, still no one can say if they are sending me the mounting bolts. Also ordered a spice rack for the rear door that will not fit. They have asked for a video, which in their defence I have not sent yet. I have tried to leave reviews on their website but they are not published.

Had my Ford Ranger bullbar installed few weeks ago in April 2025 The bullbar was installed ok but the fog and spot lights were wired incorrectly. The ute was having issues to start in the morning as the lights were wired directly to the battery. I took it to an auto sparky who diagnosed the problem and as I live 2 hrs away I had to get it fixed.… Read more
Rang them they denied wiring the lights incorrectly and asked how much I paid to have the lights repaired and said I was ripped off and wouldn't honour their fuckup. Was told the manager would call me and never called They ripped me as they wanted cash paid for fitting as they wouldn't pay tax on it. I don't recommend them as they their work is substandard and don't honour their fuckups I would've given them 0 stars if were possible. Stay away from them
poor customer service – ordered a new bullbar 2 months ago paid deposit over the phone told them i had a existing bullbar with winch that had to be removed so all up total was going to be $1600 i rock up to have the bar fitted only to be told they wasnt told about the winch and exisiting bullbar they said time is money they have that right i travelled 3 hrs day before… Read more

The gost 12v air fryer – Pre Ordered 12v air fryer in Feb by May asked for a refund as it did not arrive. Now June and see they are not available. Advertised sold out but I dont think they ever got to customers as the only reviews are by the seller.
New Bullbar 200 series – Took my 4wd in for a new bull bar & winch, was advised there is a new designed bull bar for my 200 series so I waited for that the team at Lansvale were very professional and the new designed bar fits snug comes with the bash plates and recovery points and looks amazing. could not be happier
I will never go there again for my next 4WD and pay the extra elsewhere – I will never go there again for my next 4WD and pay the extra elsewhere. First issue. Aussie Off Road supplied and fitted a colour-matched bulbar for my Ford Ranger. However, just after 12 months, I noticed significant paint blistering on the bulbar, particularly around the holes for the factory sensors. I took the ute back to show them. Mark… Read more
accepted responsibility, as the rust would have occurred prior to the 12-month warranty period, and indicated they would repaint the bar and contact me for a date when the paint shop was ready. He never did try to contact me. I even sent an email, and there was no response to date.
I took the ute back again, spoke to another manager Billy, and he told me that they would only contribute $400.00 to the repaint and that I would have to pay the rest. I agreed, and they would contact me when the paint shop could book it in. After a year I was still waiting.
I eventually took the car to a smash repair which cost me more than $1,500.00, they examined it and found finger imprints in the paint in which i didn't notice. They took the bar off, stripped it and prepared it, and repainted the bullbar.
The smash repair noticed, upon removing the bulbar, that the bar was twisted, which would explain the gaps between the ute panels and the bar.
Second issue. They fitted a universal bracket and platform on my roof. (The bracket had been screwed/pop riveted to the roof).
Whenever it rained, I noticed pools of water in the driver's footwell. I did my tests and confirmed the location of the leak, which was from what I thought were the roof holes for the bracket screw pop rivets.
The Aussie off-road solution was to apply more flexible sealant over the bracket, which didn't work and created a pocket for water to sit in. I insisted that they remove the bracket and examine it further. This went on back-and-forth for months.
At the same time as the bullbar, the smash repairer removed the platform and bracket and found that the factory seam along the roof had been compromised at the bracket's location. They indicated that the universal bracket they installed was not vertically aligned and would have required being bent over in order to attach it to the platform. In doing so, this opened up the factory seam along the roof, allowing water to leak inside the cabin.
Furthermore, the universal bracket they supplied the powder coating had commenced to peel off, causing further rusting.
From my experience with Aussie off-road, I will not get Aussie off-road to fit out my next 4WD.
Horrible after sales customer service! – Ordered $4000 worth of parts from my next gen Ranger and the bullbar not only came with no fitting instructions but was missing a cover of some sort to protect the front Radar Sensor. The radars are very expensive and don't want a rock to smash into it! I've had one response via email with a link to a poor quality installation video that doesn't… Read more

paid. Took almost 2 weeks to come to this conclusion. They did refund swiftly the day after however, was a waste of two weeks as I need it for some upcoming trips.
*Note: I have never made a review before but they were very unprofessional, would stay away from them unless buying in-store as you may have a better interaction.
Looks good, but is not fit for purpose! – Had the Rockarmour bullbar fitted to my new Triton recently. While it does look cool, I had to take it back to the fitter 3 times to try to rectify various horrendous clunking noises, vibrations and rattles. Now, when I hit 110kph on the motorway I get a serious death rattle start up through the whole car and the car shakes badly. Additionally,… Read more
there are only two qualified Rockarmour fitting businesses in the whole of Aus, so if you don't live near one of them, don't buy a Rockarmour bullbar as there is zero after sales service. Gonna say, I really regret my choice now and that you do get what you pay for. Save up and buy the dearer brand!
Money theives – Bought a rear bar from these guys. It arrived however the hardware was shipped a few days later. And the wiring a few days after that. I waited for the final pieces which never came. Recovery points – Ordered a set of recovery points, no instructions in box and impossible to get them to send me some or get in contact with any one that could help. Zero customer service or support. Do not buy from them
Good products but terrible customer service – No instructions in box. Took a week to get instructions send and when opening the package further noticed the steps were damaged. Send several emails and opened a case with them and now two weeks later with no reply. Managed to fix most of the damage myself with some new bolts, paint and my time except for the Dent but not great for a new product. Still waiting to get a partial refund or something
Amateur fit and finish of bull bar fitted – Unfortunately very Unhappy with the workmanship. New Light wiring held together with sparkies tape, wheel liner butcherd to accommodate bar.
DO NOT recommend Aussie Off Road Megastore Sydney – I recently tries to purchase a 4x4 rear awning and fly mesh tent on line through Aussie Off Road Sydney, the order was placed and paid for on the 5th August 2021. Saturday morning and was told by [Name Removed] that she could not find any details of the delivery being dispatched and would get someone to ring me back on Monday morning. No reply on Monday so I rang Sydney around 11am and was only directed to voice mail. I then rang Brisbane, ([Name Removed]) to ascertain if they had received any notification of the order as part of the order was coming from Brisbane. I was further given a direct number into Sydney with I attempted to phone and was again directed to voice mail. I then rang [Name Removed] in Brisbane back as he advised me that if I had no luck in Sydney to phone him back and he would see what he could do. [Name Removed] I believe sent an email to someone in Sydney. I the received a call from [Name Removed] from Sydney to advise that my order was to be processed that afternoon and asked would that be OK. When I started to advise her that NO that was NOT OK and I would prefer to cancel the order and organised a refund, as it was now 11 days and they were just getting around to processing my order. I was then spoken over the top of and was advised that they were in lockdown and hung up on by a now screaming [Name Removed]. While I appreciate everyone, including me, is currently finding it hard in lock down, however Aussie Off Road was happy to take my order with no advice that it may take longer to process than normal. I find a 8 day wait without any explanation/communication is not acceptable and to be screamed at and abused is no way to treat any paying customer. Aussie Off Road has a lot to learn about customer service and communication, especially [Name Removed]. Would not recommend Aussie Off Road after my experience. May be [Name Removed] in Brisbane as was given another call from their warehouse to advised that their part of the order was to be picked up that Monday afternoon, thanks for your help [Name Removed]. Will now go back to Kings 4WD Supa Centre, orders get processed within 12 to 24 hours with deliveries within 2 to 3 days. Or locally in Queensland try Out Back Equipment Brisbane they are just as good as Kings. Should rename [Name Removed] "Karen"
Very disappointed – I had a bullbar and light bar installed with this operation. When I enquired later about upgrading the light bar, they were very dismissive and not interested.
