Terrible experience with Aussie Stockist – I ordered 2 hand held vacuum cleaners. One for my caravan and one for my car. The product arrived with considerable delay (explained in email communication). The quality is appalling. It does not even hold suction for an A5 sheet of paper. I sent three messages to the company. their email response, in which they explained the product. I trusted to receive a refund if I was not satisfied with the product, like any reputable company would do. Obviously not the Aussie Stockist.
No communication – Not impressed with service, ordered a laser engraver on the 22nd of April. States 3 - 5 days for delivery, currently 29th of may. I have sent repeated emails requesting an eta or tracking number with a single reply which stated that would look into it and get back to me asap which was 2 weeks ago. I understand deliveries can take longer sometimes honestly not even that concerned would just like some transparency and communication.
Lousy Service – I ordered a telescope on 29 Apr 24. It is now 18 May 24 and I have not received it. I only received one email from Aussie Stocklist and that was when I paid for the order. If the telescope does turn up, I will remove this review, if not, Office of Fair Trading will be my next stop.

Everyone that has already brought in the oast from Aussie stockist should go to ACCC and let them know about the dealings you have all had and speak to your bank as ypu have fair grounds for refund. Who wants an overseas person giving Australian businesses a bad name the place should be closed. totally useless – ordered 2 coolers. I only opened 1 and it was nothing as advertised. blew warm air and leaked water. I told Aussie stockists and they said they would refund or give me a better product, but then they never replied to any emails after that. that was 1 week ago, so, I would say, shop with someone else. downright rude,and totally unprofessional in every way. False / inaccurate advertising – Bought a drone. Advert says is comes with 3 batteries. The package only included 2 batteries. No ph number anywhere, just an email address. The drone is a total piece of junk. It is advertised as a "Pro Kit". Nowhere near it. Lasted 20 minutes before a motor died. When received , the drone had a sticker on it from a Chinese toy manufacturer. On further investigation this drone is available direct from the manufacturer for around $10. It is a cheap toy. Nothing more.

Worst drone not working – Finally received drone, expected the item to work, how wrong I was. Completely charged batteries and would not turn off or fly properly. Now trying to return for a full refund but I am awaiting a return address as it is not on their website and they take sooo long to answer any emails, I am wondering if it is ploy as to not issue refunds. Stay away from Aussie Stockist – This company has a great Refund / Return policy except it is never used as no one will contact you regarding your query or request. Very quick & happy to take the money, but WOW.......silence is deafening after the money is taken. The Drone we purchased is nothing like what was advertised & we wanted to return it. No response to any of my emails & phone number is not provided. REALLY BAD!!!!!

Drone Purchase – Product was advertised as new but had been unboxed and used previously with signs of wear and tear straight out of the box. Aussie Stockist provides no phone number just an email address for contact. Despite having a Returns Policy, Aussie Stockist has so far ignored my requests for a refund.
