waiting for more than five months, I had still not received my car as of 9 June 2026. During this time, communication from the company was minimal and inconsistent, making it difficult to understand what was happening with my vehicle. I was told that my car was being transported, but after my father visited the yard in Melbourne recently, he found that the car was still there and had not even left for delivery. I was also dissatisfied with how communication was handled by the staff member in charge — there were repeated delays and unanswered questions, which added to my frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for vehicle transport services. Better communication and reliable timelines would be essential improvements if Austate Transport wants to meet customer expectations.

calls has been rude, dismissive, and even threatening instead of providing updates or solutions. Now they are no longer answering calls at all.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences we have ever had. We paid in full, have no car, no proper explanation, no delivery timeline, and no customer support whatsoever. The lack of professionalism and customer service is shocking, and I genuinely do not understand how this company continues to operate in this industry.

I strongly warn anyone considering using Austates Transports: stay away from this company. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and mental torture we have experienced. In my opinion, this company should be investigated and reported for the way they treat customers.

with my camper, he drove straight into my electric gate and ruined it, then after screaming at me because my gate was “too small” completely refused to pay for damages and left. This is the worst company I’ve ever delt with and would highly recommend no one use them, don’t be another victim of this company and please warn everyone!!!! We booked a car to go from Melbourne to QLD. It was picked up at the beginning of April. Beginning of May, one month later, the car still hasn't arrived. Contacting the numbers provided go to Victrans, who are unhelpful (and rude). No replies to texts or calls, either. reviews of Auto Transporters with same WA depot address [Details Removed]. This company is full of nonsense and are using cars for other uses. On this occasion they were stupid enough to transfer a car from a Ford dealership so lets hope get there comeuppance this time and put a stop to a [Content Removed] company simply registering another ABN and trading under another name.
