Not the best – Ordered a keyboard on a Monday. Was told on Wednesday that they didn't have a fresh one in stock. They did have one which offer was a display item. DO NOT deal with them – ordered gigabyte radeon graphics card 21/4/20..no notification by 24/4/20..sent 2x emails ,no replies,.. spent 18 minutes waiting to be connected to 1300 number...explained the situation ,to be told because of CCPV they have no stocks ,but when I placed the order there were stocks in stores... told operator cancel order ,would never deal with them again !! will now wait to see how long it takes to refund my money...will post outcome...

A few days later I ring up again, and they put me on hold to check with the warehouse, turns out it hadn't even been shipped yet and they then put it in for waiting for pick up from the courier, yet for some reason they couldn't provide me with a tracking number.
A few days later and I finally receive my RAM. Avoid purchasing from their store unless you want a headache. Just under a month for express is ridiculous.

staff including Ricky He, were incredible with their ability to reply to my emails quickly and find solutions to my problem, which was the ram. He was able to identify the issue with my PC (no signal to the monitor) and send replacement parts in a small amount of time. After that experience, I’ll certainly be buying future products there and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for parts. I understand some reviews say otherwise, however it is in my opinion that Austin Computers are the place to go to.
Never again – Showed they had stock online, purchased a graphics card, next day got an email saying they are out of stock and that ill have to wait 2 weeks for it to come back. i asked for a refund and ill have to wait 10+ days and i spent a lot of money on this and all my other parts will come and ill just have to wait for a refund and purchase somewhere else.
