Cruise insurance – They give a very good service and we would not leave on our cruises without it.

Poor travel insurance – Terrible service, given wrong email address for claims several times, it has been a month to get my claim acknowledged, to be told have to wait at least another thirty days before they even look at it, worst travel insurance EVER

Trip cancelled by operator : cancelled TI and still waiting for refund! – Tasmanian trip in January cancelled by the operator because of staffing shortage due to COVID. We cancelled our insurance policy due to everything being refunded/ credited. Still waiting on the refund.

Trip to Cairns – Very happy I have had my claim approved for missed trip to Cairns (flight and accommodation). I have used Australia Post travel insurance before, never made a claim - until now. Good communication via E-mail. Thank you.
