research and with an initial plan in place awaited our call up to make the trip up to Coffs Harbour to finalise our dream caravan. Luckily on a call to Eric, he informed me a January spot had become available and our deposit would seal our spot, therefore we needed to make the trip. We initially worked with Eric and Emma ( who has since gone on her travels, good luck Emma), we made our choices of build, then onto colours and materials all good, Then a further conversation with Eric in regards to tow vehicles had us realising our upgraded Tickford might struggle so we opted for a Ram 1500 to ensure we had the necessary grunt. Order placed and a few changes along the way all handled without issue. Tara and Angela picked up Emma’s baton to bring us up the home straight ready for our pickup in Early 23, we got a call saying the chassis would be arriving early February and van should be available mid March, we arranged pickup for March 30th, pickup and handover was a breeze with Andrew, Ray and Danny ensuring we knew all we needed to know and plenty of media to help lest we forget, then it was off to a caravan park to shake down the van, we encountered one problem caused by a faulty inverter which Steve, Andrew and Danny resolved within a couple of hours excellent after sales service making our choices even more valid. Thanks to all the unseen people as well who are behind the scenes that build these fantastic homes on wheels, we are ecstatic, anyone who chooses a Titanium van will be overjoyed and thankful that they made that choice.
