When I paid for this service on 11th July 2025, i received a welcome email. The email highlights, and i quote, "We’ll keep you informed with updates every 15 days so you know exactly where we are in the process. ", but nothing could be further from the truth. I was also advised that if there is "No Win there is no Fee" Initially I provided the requested documentation and "Alicia" from Australian Credit Savers advised that I needed to sign a statutory declaration. I read through the declaration and I knew something wasn't right. The lender had made me aware they would access my credit file, which was clear enough in the documentation I provided. Alicia persisted advising I should sign, so I did. This was on 29th July 2025. After 3 weeks without any communication from Australian Credit Savers, I called and was informed that lender had refused to remove the enquiry from my credit file (as I thought they would based on the documentation i had provided). Finally on 4th September 2025, I called again and Alicia informed they would "escalate" to the various credit bureaus. Nearly 3 weeks go by and on 23rd September I called again to find out what is happening. I am told by "Isabella" that she is my new case manager as Alicia has left. Incompetent is the only word to describe that level of support. Not only are they not keeping me informed with updates "every 15 days or so", I am the one calling to find out that I have a new case manager. "Isabella" informs me what Alicia had already told, no new updates, and they will call me in 2 weeks to let me now how my case in progressing. Another 3 weeks goes by without any contact, and 15th October 2025 and when I call, Isabella advises what I had told Alicia on 29th July 2025. That the lender did advise my that my credit file would be accessed. I had advised Alicia of this when I provided the documentation, yet she insisted I sign a statutory declaration. Nearly 3 months later, I am advised of what I already when, and Australian Credit savers have done nothing for me. If they had been honest with me back in July I would not be out of pocket by $400. On 15th October 2025 I asked Isabella to refund my money I (sure $330 is non-refundable), however, I asked to refund the $70 as I didn't believe they could "win". Isabella kept persisting that they as they had already escalated and that should know by end of October, they wouldn't be able to refund the $70. I agreed to wait until we knew of any result and I again I asked Isabella to inform me after 2 weeks, even if no news, however its now nearly another 3 weeks without any updates. Its 3rd November 2025
