with my case manager twice from memory looking for an update. Multiple calls and "you are next on his list". I was advised that one company had agreed to remove the default and that he would contact me the following Friday for an update. Six weeks later I'm yet to recive and update.

I don't feel like this is the case managers fault I feel he may not have the resources to most effectively maintain contact with all his clients.

I've written this review to provide potential customers a true insight into the lack of communication and how infuriating it can be to get hold of your case manager for an update. By all accounts, CCS provided me with the service I purchased. However, I was expecting a little more professionalism from them.
