Highly recommended

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the services, aside from the result I needed, the customer service was outstanding, I was kept well informed throughout the whole process with regular updates. Even after the case had been resolved I had other enquiries which my case manager gave me the correct advice about how to go about sorting the extra stuff out. He said I can call him if I need any other advice or help in the future as I will continue to be a client after obtaining my desired result.


Absolutely Perfect!

I was dreading to make the phone call, as i was embarrassed and well didnt know what the outcome would be. I dealt with Josh and Daniel, and they were just amazing! In just 18 days, they removed my default, and my partner and i could not be happier as we can now move on with our building plans and basically, life. I 100% recommend these guys at CCM to anyone who needs it or even has questions. Thankyou so much!

So amazing! I had 4 defaults which were holding me back from applying for my home loan. Shout out to Daniel who was able to clear all 4 of them in a couple of months! He has made it possible for me to now apply for my home loan. Couldn't be happier and cannot thank you enough!

Excellent Service

I would just like to say a Big Thank You to Dan for all his help with having my defaults removed from my file, the service was excellent from the start to the finish. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone that is needing help with errors on there credit file.


Professional Service - Exceeded expectations

A few weeks ago I engaged Clear Credit Solutions and I was given my case managed Dan. I had 3 defaults on my account and within the three week period all of the defaults were removed. As you can imagine my expectations were exceeded as originally Dan had set me realistic expectations that my case may take up to 6 weeks. Dan was professional, timely & always kept me in the loop as to what was going on. He was chasing ME to give me the good news! I would highly recommend Dan & the Clear Credit Solutions team.


Avoid Clear Credit solutions

I was referred to Clear Credit by my mortgage broker in June 2018 when I paid the full fee for their service and was assigned an account manager called Dan. Since that time I have been contacting Clear Credit regularly to receive an update on my account. Almost all of my emails have gone unanswered. I requested a refund of fees in January 2019. After again receiving no response I emailed again in April 2019. My account manager responded stating he had been on annual leave. My response to his email has again gone unanswered and today I have again requested a refund of my fees. My experience with Clear Credit has been incredibly negative and disheartening. I expect to lose all fees I paid to them for little to no service. I would advise anyone needing assistance to avoid Clear Credit.

Good morning Alex, It is extremely disappointing reading your review. Especially without calling us at all. CCS has responded when required and there was a time in January where your email was 'auto-responded' to - because of annual leave where there was a miscommunication - which we apologised for at the time. For full disclosure, we have already removed 2 of your 4 defaults. Having 4 defaults could've have cost more than $5000 with some of our competitors and you paid $990 for all the work to be completed. The delay in contact was from your creditor who owns both of the final two defaults. We again actioned yesterday to prompt a response from the creditor. You are of course entitled to a full refund as all of our clients are - however the refund is on a no-win basis - not because your creditor has been lack lustre in their responses. We apologise for the length of the case and as you saw with your other two defaults this is not the norm and hopefully our prompt from yesterday gets the result desired.

In a sea of sharks this company is a life raft.

Its so easy to become a victim of an uncaring and arrogant bank. Josh and then Dan came to my aid and efficiently resolved the issue. The unwarranted default was removed. I am so grateful for the first rate service. The best investment I've made.

I couldn't ask for a friendlier team to deal with.
The default was removed quickly and hassle free.
I couldn't be happier with both the service and the outcome.

Mine took 7 weeks but I lost ten days over Christmas.Hi Mamalil, thanks for the question - every case is different as you can appreciate depending on what has been listed and by whom.
