Ripped off – Paid for a prescription in July 2023 only to get half. Been calling and emailing them now for 4 months trying to get said item only to be told that I have to pay again.i have all the email trail and text but they still won't honour what I have already paid for. What a scam.

No climax here – Don’t waste your money .Purchased a package for around $4000.tried to get someone to explain my blood test results after 6 weeks of administering and a second blood test but no returning of emails and numerous calls .Also chased up the rest of my products after running out ,but nothing. Don’t be fooled !

No response after asking for money back. Same as everyone below, paid $4500 December 11th and was promised to receive everything before Christmas. Calls no longer answered, emails bounced and nothing received! Was dealing with a “[Name Removed]” if that’s even a real person?

How do we get the rest of our script ? – Anybody know how I go about getting my next script filled since they have gone under ? I’m currently out and don’t want symptoms to kick in before getting more medication ?

Total Scam – Similar story with Jamie taking my money and then not delivering the medications. Wouldn’t respond to emails and lied about medications being ordered. Steer clear of this business/scam – As mentioned in other reviews i also received my first 3 months prescription after paying the full 12 month plan, My prescription ran out and after many emails and phone calls it has obviously fallen on deaf ears now they have the money and ran very disappointing!

Scam alert – Absolute scammers!!! Will tell you everything you want to hear, support you and be right by your side. Once you make your payment see you later!!! You'll hear nothing back what so ever, won't call you back, won't email you back and you won't even receive your products. Absolute joke!!! Worst service I’ve received from any company – Initially the service was great, they called, gave information and told you how it would work. It seemed like a dream process and so simple. calls and trying to contact the company. I would not receive a reply or response to emails. Shortly after I was called by a “rep” who I would suggest was working from a call centre overseas. She told me to go get a blood test from a specific pathology company for my next script. I told her that in my initial phone consult I was told I would be able to use a a hospital as I work remotely. I was also told I would have to pay despite being assured that my $4000 covers everything.

Now assuming I got $1000 worth in my first 3 months, I’m now $3000 out of pocket, not even a phone call or email. The listed email does not work and I am without the product I paid for.

Scam $10,000 wasted – $10,000 gone, as soon as money was paid we have had no contact, I did receive 1 lot of medication, after first dose I ended up in hospital, ever since I have been trying to get hold of them and trying to get answers. All my medication is now out of date and unusable, just rang green dispensary to be told that Dr Cody Green has been deregistered and we can no longer collect scripts written by him.

Terrible terrible terrible- rip off – We paid $3000 for healing peptides. Same dramas as everybody else. Hundreds of phone calls, emails, begging them for what we paid for. Crap!!!! Save your money go somewhere else – Once you pay your money you wont here from them!! After a month of chasing I finally received part of the product I ordered Followed up a month later and was told I would get a call back ( I'm still waiting) Two months in and all that has happened is they have a lot of my money they haven't earned or sent the goods they promised.
