Absolute disgrace of a business. Parts ordered. No tracking number sent. Parts never delivered. They dont answer the phones. Don't respond to the automated texts. Requested a refund through the website and received nothing. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and have requested a refund through them so I should get my money back. Be warned. Do not buy from this bunch of theives.

Website says item in stock ( Subaru radiator hose), pay for the item and 4 weeks go by, I call them several times- no answer, all you get is text messages. I try to get a refund so I logged a help desk ticket and still no communication. Then you get text messages, saying we are looking into it. Finally I get the part 6 weeks later but I have already purchased one so not required anymore.

hate to think how I would feel if my order were larger and there was no way to get a refund other than disputing the change via my bank. Stay away from this mob.

Have used them in the past without issues, but I will not purchase parts from them again now. No one answers the phone, and the text messages are generic and evasive. The parts still have not been dispatched after 8 days, and I paid extra for express shipping. Very disappointed and cannot recommend at all.

where the service STOPS, we have your money to hell with customer service. after numerous attempts to contact via phone and text all you get is an A.I generated B.S. text promising to get back to you "I'm still waiting" for that promised call/text. I am beginning to thin the whole thing is a scam.

I'm more than happy to discuss this with Australian Online Car Parts if only they would answer the phone!

Should be a 0 star. Place an order and wait, nothing. Follow up order and no reply. Follow up again and get told can't supply, they will refund. Then i have to email to back to ask the simple questions of when i might get the refund. Finally i gave up and refunded through Paypal and bought elsewhere. Wish i had read the reviews first...

Placed an order in November, haven't heard from them or received any updates. You can't get hold of anyone on their "customer service" number or email address. Did a charge back for the order. Complete waste of time.

I am very disappointed to have bought from them. It's been 2 week since my purchase and there have been no updates. They don't answer messages or phone calls. Don't buy from them, save your money and time.

Do not purchase from this website! Have been waiting since 25th July for parts to arrive. Have had to sort advice from fair trading and they have had numerous complaints about this company. Going to bank to sort a refund! Buy elsewhere guys!

Do not buy your online car parts from this company. Took my payment and only received one reply to my question of when are you sending my item which was we are looking into it. So Had to get a refund via PayPal

This company is a scam – Ordered a part which they did not have. They offered an alternative which didn't fit what I was after so I requested a refund. After 3 emails requesting a refund and a month later - all have gone without reply or acknowledgement. Have organised a charge dispute with the bank. Zero customer service. Borderline scam. Awful service, no part and no refund after 2 weeks – 1 week after ordering a part I chased it up because they hadn’t put any tracking info on, 3 days later I got a reply saying they would look into it and get back to me as soon as possible. 2 days later still nothing so I emailed again and they came back saying they couldn’t find the part, and could I wait another 24 hours! I said no I want a refund, it’s been over 2 weeks still no refund! Please avoid this company.

Would have still been waiting – Ordered some disc pads on a Monday, by Friday of that same week the order still had not been dispatched. I contacted the customer service dept and they assured me that they would prioritize the dispatch. Forward to Tuesday, 8 days after placing the order, and the order was still not dispatched.
