the help from these guys. The community that has been built over the years is so supportive of any one that joins and are there to help during the highs and lows. I remember when I first walked into the store at South Port. I was pretty big and felt embarrassed but the lovely Mel was so willing to help and not just sell me something for the sake of it. I never felt judge or mislead during the whole experience, as we talked for about 1/2 hour on what I wanted to do and what products will help support my goals. I left feeling so relieved that someone actually wanted to help and I wasn’t being judge because of my size like some other supplements stores have made me feel.
I love that during the year they run some challenge to help keep you accountable and working on staying active and healthy. There’s a huge range of products so I’m sure you will find something you like. The staff that work there are very knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction as well as support you in your journey.

Best supplement shop to date – These guys know they're stuff. Doesn't matter if you're in-store online, you'll find what you're looking for. The service is 5+, the delivery fast, the products great. Can't go wrong with ASN I've found. Always a bloody good deal on!!
I love ASN – The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I always feel welcomed and leave the store happy and excited to try my new products. Even online if I have sent emails , they always get back to me and are helpful getting a hold of products I couldn’t get in store and postage only takes a couple of days.
My favourite shop – Honestly it’s dangerous that I work 2 doors down from ASN Miranda because the girls are so wonderful I want to shop in there everyday!
Trusted sups supporting an Australian company – The only supplement range I will use as a drug tested athlete. Great tasting Evolve WPI and the Evolve collagen is great for hair and nails! First World problems, I now need to get my nails done every 2 weeks instead of every 3 weeks. Easy communication and great knowledge by staff.
Unreal quality products and an epic community – Super user friendly, informative and top tier products. Couldn’t recommend any more highly. Service is on another level and appreciate their support in choosing products or keeping us informed.
What a great place to shop – I find the ASN stores well setup and easy to get around. BEST EVER. THE END – I have used ASN products for over 5 years.. i train 4-5 hours a day and without quality supplements to help with my recovery - id be screwed... damage control is a non negotiable in my prep and id be lost without it.
Cannot live without this! – As a whole, ASN is superior when shopping for your supps to support for health and fitness goals. The shops are set out beautifully and easy to navigate and the staff are super knowledgeable and happy to help, no question is silly!! My fave product would be the Evolve Collagen in all flavours! Perfect for those hot days, winter nights and to mix in to anything! Cannot go past it.
Easily the best supplement store you can go to – I’ve been to many supplement stores over the years and ASN always stands out as a relaxing and helpful place to go to The staff are always so friendly and never push you to buy anything you don’t want. Love the Evolve Vegan Protein – I ordered last Wednesday and already received my order by Friday! The Evolve Vegan protein you can only buy at ASN! Good quality protein and so versatile! It tastes so good with just water and also mixed into my morning Oats!

Horrible service – Horrible service. Would recommend a hand full of other online stores over this one. Paid an extra $20 for express delivery on a Tuesday didn’t receive item until following Wednesday. Great products...except frequently out of stock in store – Numerous times when going in store to buy protein supps, local store is out of stock of smaller quantity products, with usual line of "stock will be in tomorrow". They always have larger quantities available. Not sure if this is a tactic to sell higher priced items, or to force people to order online and charge shipping fee...hmmm. Having said that, usually good customer service, but depends who you get on the day.
Above and beyond – Thank you so much for the incredible customer service and quality products. Prompt dispatch and follow up customer service was amazing. Would recommend (and have done) to any and all my gym going friends
