took over 5 months for my car to finally be repaired, which is completely unreasonable. Throughout that time, communication was extremely poor — particularly from the owner — and I was constantly chasing updates with little to no clear information.
I was given conflicting stories and excuses about delays, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.
Even after the claim was settled, my completed vehicle was withheld for weeks due to Autobahn failing to manage payments with the repairer, leaving me stuck in the middle of an issue that had nothing to do with me.
Overall, the entire experience — from the initial poor workmanship through to the drawn-out claim, lack of communication, and delays — was extremely negative.
I would strongly recommend significant improvements in workmanship standards, customer service, and management processes.

immediately was their honesty and professionalism. They provided a transparent, reasonable estimate, showed me the genuine cost of parts, and even let me choose the parts that suited my needs. I felt respected and informed at every step.
On the day of my booking, I had an emergency, and they rescheduled without any stress. Then, unexpectedly, I needed to bring the car in earlier than planned — again, they went out of their way to help and got the repairs done without hesitation.
But what truly touched me was their kindness beyond mechanical work. I mentioned I had an important interview, and not only were they understanding, but they even offered me a backup car so I could get there on time. That level of care is rare!
Every staff member was friendly, professional, and supportive. A special shoutout to Amy — she is an absolute gem! Amy’s generosity, honesty, and dedication truly shine and elevate the Autobahn brand to the highest standards.
If I could give 5 billion stars, I absolutely would — that’s how outstanding their service was. Thank you, Autobahn Banksia Grove, for setting the bar so high!
Just wanted to say a Big Thank You to AutoBahn Banksia Grove for your assistance today, 31st May. When a faulty air pump at a 7 service station in Banksia Grove deflated my tyre. Autobahn Banksia Grove was to the rescue, not only providing a manual air compressor to make my car roadworthy. The staff also ensured that all the tyres were at the manufacturer's recommended air pressure. Again, I appreciated all your help. Show reply

Great Customer Service – Have been using AutoBahn Banksia Grove for a couple of years now. Corrine is extremely friendly & efficient and we are often able to get in at short notice. The mechanics are always Fast & Efficient and we have no complaints at all. The new lady Amy at the counter is also very ready to help however she can. All around excellent service. Professional car repairs – After a very poor customer experience at a wanneroo centre I was recommended to book my car in with Corrine, at Auto Bahn Banksia Grove. Fast book in but poor service and wrong advice – Banksia Grove store. Took My Peugeot 308 in for service and specifically for "particle filter additive too low" . They were able to fit me in quickly which was good and they advise had experienced European car mechanic though they didn't take any information about car which should have been my first red flag. and girl at counter said can't refill and had to get Adblue pouch from Peugeot dealer. I queried this as I'd done a bit of research prior and apart from the fact you can refill, the systems take Eolys fluid not Adblue and they are not compatible. She said it s Adblue and we rang Peugeot to confirm, can get it $700 fitted, couldn't talk to mechanic to verify. Ok I'm not a mechanic fair enough so I took the empty pouch they had removed from car and went out side and rang Peugeot. They asked my VIN number and a minute later said yes Eolys Fluid definitely not Adblue and no way can it be used, had a pouch in stock $600, so at least price was close. The kicker is that on the empty OEM fluid pouch she handed me it clearly states EOLYS 176! see pic. Be very wary of these people as they can't even see what's in front of their face.
Rip off merchants – Banksia Grove store, deal with a girl that looks like she enjoys the gear too much, can’t talk too an actual mechanic! $1000 for what seems too be just an oil change? what I was charged for! Contacted the store and guess what? Crickets! No response at all from them! Probably spent my $1000 on her glass bbq! Contacted head office and await their response before taking the matter too consumer affairs! Pity a local business is so awful and unprofessional rip offs! I was planning on spending a bit there with both our cars to support local businesses. No way would of recommend this store to anyone! They’re dead to me
