Discovered brake lights and head lights weren't working at the time so quickly drove it to Spearwood Autobhan for a quick quote as it was unsafe to drive. Booked car into get repairs done and as it turns out he replaced my lights for free as there was a shortening in the circuit. Leon from Autobahn Midland provided great communication and customer service when I desperately needed to have my car brakes and engine mount fixed. Pathetic, had my car there 3 times first two time told to come back because they've run out of time all over a O ring they can't find, $200 down the drain wasn't until the 3rd time I asked for a refund boss gets involved apparently I need to replace half my aircon system. Rude customer service. Dont add die to the system if you're blind took me 10 seconds to find it

took over 5 months for my car to finally be repaired, which is completely unreasonable. Throughout that time, communication was extremely poor — particularly from the owner — and I was constantly chasing updates with little to no clear information.

I was given conflicting stories and excuses about delays, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.

Even after the claim was settled, my completed vehicle was withheld for weeks due to Autobahn failing to manage payments with the repairer, leaving me stuck in the middle of an issue that had nothing to do with me.

Overall, the entire experience — from the initial poor workmanship through to the drawn-out claim, lack of communication, and delays — was extremely negative.

I would strongly recommend significant improvements in workmanship standards, customer service, and management processes.

And when i received the car the drivers electrical window button is not working properly it was ok before the service i rang the store to tell the problem the man Nic on phone was very rude saying well it was working when you left.

He did offer to look at it but no thanks i have lost confidence in your service & bad attitude.

My daughters Prado had an adjuster nut seized on tie rod. I was referred to Auto Bahn Mindarie, spoke to the manager Rob who fitted the car in same day. When I picked it up later that day he advised all done and given it wasn't a big job he advised me there is no charge. This is rare these days. On the day of my booking, I had an emergency, and they rescheduled without any stress. Then, unexpectedly, I needed to bring the car in earlier than planned — again, they went out of their way to help and got the repairs done without hesitation.

Just wanted to say a Big Thank You to AutoBahn Banksia Grove for your assistance today, 31st May. When a faulty air pump at a 7 service station in Banksia Grove deflated my tyre. Autobahn Banksia Grove was to the rescue, not only providing a manual air compressor to make my car roadworthy. Helpful and very accommodating. Had to take the car back to recalibrate system, prompt service there too, and issue fixed (at no cost), with explanation on what to do/not to do if it occurs again. CHEETS – Do not under any circumstances take your vehicle to these people if your vehicle is fitted with a dashcam. Great Customer Service – Have been using AutoBahn Banksia Grove for a couple of years now. Corrine is extremely friendly & efficient and we are often able to get in at short notice. Made up issues just to get additional work – They have burned my trust twice now. 1. Told me my wife's car needed new front brake pads. Bought my own and replaced them only to find the old ones were in great shape and only 50% worn 2. My advice would be to stay clear of this place. I can't tell if it's a company issue or just the mechanics at the Kwinana store but stay away.
