Incompetant Bookings System - Rude manager – Booked in a service a month in advance online, one day before its due date to be serviced. Was immediately sent a notification saying booking to be confirmed, will be in contact. In that time I called to inquire a few details, spoke to a guy on the phone who said everything was Ok, see you on the day. Made arrangements on the day to get time off… Read more

work to drop it in, took it there on the day to be told the booking was never made and its not possible to get it looked at. Was extremely frustrated making arrangements wondering what they did in one month to organize it. The guy at the desk was not very unapologetic and when I said I will not be going back he seemed to just brush it off like it didn't matter. After that I am telling everyone about my experience and saying to stay away. My father also had a similar experience inquiring to fix a trailer with the guy, he seemed not very helpful and not having the greatest attitude.

Punctured tyre – I had a punctured tyre (driver side). It is 4pm and I desperately need it repaired. They fixed it in 5 minutes. Very lucky to find Autobahn Canning Vale. Very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended. Show 3 replies

Noone better locally! – After having an average service at my regular mechanic, I decided to give Autobahn Canning Vale a go. I was pleasantly greeted at the front desk, was kept upto date the whole time, and had the vehicle back to me before the agreed time. It was even washed and vacuumed. Johnny & Team are fantastic – Booked my car in last minute thanks to Johnny. Dropped my car off the next day and was asked when I'd need the car back, I had an appointment just after midday and my car was ready well beforehand running flawlessly. Terrible never use again – Very good a flushing things it appears and charge you lots for it. Used the garage on the off chance, had a crazy service bill of over $1,300.00 (the car is serviced every year, had it six years and never cost more than $550.00). it the car after the service and the water tank light was on, drove home and filled the tank , yes it poured onto the floor. Took the tyre off and removed the covering to get to the tank and the feed pipe had been pulled off the water pump. Amazing how these thing happen.

Would NEVER use them again
