Honesty is questionable – I took my car for a coolant leak repair which cost $1200 and had found it started leaking again not long after pick up , they said it needed another hose and cost a further $800, to which I requested to see the problem parts and they said they have kept them aside for me, but when I picked up the car ,I was told the rubbish men had taken all the… Read more

parts away, so did they put them aside in the bin ? $2000 and not seen a problem part or root cause, not even a picture ? Is that honest business ? Was it really a $2000 problem?

Fantastic service – Recently had a log book service completed on my new car at Auto Bahn in Mandurah, Western Australia. Fantastic service and car was washed and vacuumed!! Cannot say enough about this sort of service. They even put a rubbish bag in and a car deodoriser. Will definitely be going back, even though I have fixed price servicing at the dealer!  Show reply
