Horrible service now coming to light – My car is regularly serviced as per logbook. On 180,000km service the timing belt, gearbox oil, etc was done for which I paid for. A competitor opened a garage in Baldivis, WA where I live (5km), and I decided to rather use them instead driving down to Rockingham(11km). Chief mechanic of the competitor phoned me, come and look - he took me into the garage. Timing belt is loose, gearbox oil smelled like it is burning, engine oil only half and the car is not leaking oil at all. Big items with the potential for havoc and very expensive repairs. Sorry Autobahn, I'm not impressed with your service and neither with your sneaky way to fool customers. Never again will I service my car or any future car with your company, I dont trust you anymore. Oh what about my sons car - could not even fastened the waterpump correctly but you priced him a student top dollar!.
