Do not honour price beat guarantee unless they’re happy with their margin - so it’s basically a bait ploy to get you in store. Dodgy as. Staff experience in store was very poor, in particular store manager was confrontational and rude. To top of off, product had scratches when I opened it - will avoid in future and take my business where it’s actually wanted.

He only offered me the money back for the filter but he didn't want to refund the money for the expensive Motul oil I bought from Autobarn Epping. I need a new oil because I have to drain my cars oil AGAIN to install the filter I will buy somewhere else of course. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO AUTOBARN. NEVER!! AND I WILL POst this incident in the Evo community groups

employees including the said manager were fantastic, polite and shocked at the mess. So I discussed with them about the quality of the products coming in from China and the answer was everything is from China. So I asked the question, are you taking this to management to show them and removing them from the shelves to which they said that it will definitely be brought up with the appropriate people. I’ve been a long time customer for approximately 20 years and was surprised to see this garbage still on the shelves ready to fall apart the next day.

Once again I approached Autobarn only to be told it's out of warranty. As a result I have had to put up with a incorrectly functioning unit. After writing a review about my Navman camera I was contacted by the NAVMAN TEAM and with a considerable amount of back and forth it has been proven to have been fault installation of the product by Autobarn. In hindsight I'm not that surprised as I had to return to Autobarn at the time as the installation was very amateur with wiring to the rear camera exposed and inner trim work not reinstalled correctly and retainers damaged. Now that the problem has finally been discovered I'll be forced to pay for expert installers to correct the problem. I would never recommend Autobarns fitting services as at no time with my problems did Autobarn accept or ever consider my problems was their responsibility. I have also never returned to a Autobarn store as I don't want to be ripped off by Autobarn again.

Kogan, Amazon etc. There Customer Service could not be bothered to look at the two pictures I sent to them clearly showing it was an Autobarn price. Last time I buy anything from them! So, their last reply to me was that the price guarantee is for 1 week.....really, most retailers honour 2 weeks. I was only hours outside this. Hopeless. Oh well, keep reducing your prices Autobarn as I will use them to get your competitors to price match.

they gave me a refund of 10%. How many people have been duped this Easter Weekend? I suppose it's their fault for not looking at the bill and trusting that Autobarn is honest.

Years ago I bought a pair of towing mirrors tried to fit them to car and found they were missing one part would not fit took them back they would not give refund salesman said that have been on a car and used even though these had not a mark on them will not set foot in any autobahn store ever again hope you idiots go broke.

 Follow-up  · Will not deal with them at all and the salesman had his own opinion on whether they were used or not if they were used there would be marks and insects on them and they were missing a couple of straps so could not have been fitted.

Do not buy from Autobarn on eBay. I ordered and paid for an item on their eBay store, then got a phone call the next day from my nearest store advising it was actually not in stock. Well that's stupid but ok, these things happen. The store rep said that I would be refunded. It took 2 whole months(!) to receive my refund from PayPal. It was only $25 but gee whiz. Show details

Absolutely hideous company to deal with! Their customer service department is next level incompetent. Purchased a pressure washer as a gift during a sale only for them to tell me a week later they were out of stock and are cancelling the order. Their email was written in such a way to make it look like I cancelled the order. No apology and no offer to supply another unit. Poor form from [Name Removed] and team at Autobahn.

Went from Kiama last week to get a Cooper oil filter as it fits the socket I bought from Auto Bahn.They didn't have any said they would be getting more in stocks that week. Returned to the store this week again said they got some in and ran out again. Do yourself a favour order on line with postage and handling works out cheaper and comes to your door. Just lost a loyal customer

simple and reasonable solution — either transferring the item to a store closer to my new location or updating the system to allow collection elsewhere.

Unfortunately, what followed was completely unacceptable.

I spoke with a staff member (Matt) and later his manager, both of whom were dismissive, unhelpful, and outright rude. I was told they could not transfer the item due to a “policy,” but no effort was made to offer any alternative solution or assistance.

What was most shocking was the manager’s attitude. When I provided the postcode of the store closer to me, he responded with: “Where the hell is that?” — which is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

The situation escalated further when I politely asked for the manager’s name. I was told it was “none of my business,” and the call was abruptly terminated.

This experience showed a complete lack of basic customer service, professionalism, and respect. At no point did I feel that my situation was taken seriously or handled with any willingness to help.

I understand that policies exist, but the way this was handled — with hostility and disregard — is completely unacceptable. A business should always strive to assist customers and communicate respectfully, regardless of limitations.

I am extremely dissatisfied and would strongly urge Autobarn to review the conduct and training of staff at this location.

clearly in trouble, yet they showed zero care or willingness to help. If you expect customers to buy from you, then offer competitive prices instead of hiding behind rigid policies.

This is extremely poor customer service and questionable business ethics. Leaving someone stuck when you could easily help is unacceptable. If this is how Autobarn treats potential customers, don’t be surprised when people choose to shop elsewhere.

I also emailed sales@doncaster.autobarn.com.au and its now two days later and nil reply.

So in summary : Website is rubbish as it cannot tell me where an item IS in stock. Tracking doesnt work. System cannot find a purchase by order no Email is clearly not manned Unreliable staff dont call back.
