Terrible service, use ceva or prixcar – I paid $2400 for autmover to deliver my vehicle with over $1k of damage between collecting and delivering, admit this damage was caused during their transport and still refuse to pay for repairs stating they don't cover broken windscreens. Slow and no communication – Auto move used a sup contractor (snb transport) to transport my car from Adelaide to Brisbane. Car was 3 weeks slower than other companies, car was damaged, dirty and no communication. Staff were rude and photos of my car were taken and sent to people. Terrible – Made a booking, paid for service. No vehicle collected. Update: the keys were “stolen” from the office and they’ve had issues reprogramming a new key due to the interlock device I have installed. Now my car isnt starting because their technician has tampered with the device inside my car. Helen (the owner of compare quotes) is a selfish beast from hell that will not take ownership for their companies terrible service and will argue with you until shes black and blue. I paid for a service that I still have not received. Do not bother with this company. Save your mental health and find someone else.

Outstanding customer service – Booking made at very short notice, Brooke was fantastic to deal with. The guys waited back at the Smithfield depot to enable us to drop off the car late on the Friday afternoon prior to Easter. It arrived today, which was great service with all the problems from flooding on the roads between Sydney and the Gold Coast.

Like any customer you would be upset.

Reason being is no one has had the courtesy to at least you to give you a call or a heads up that has been some logistical issues as the driver had medical issue or so that's what I had been told (it happens) we are not unreasonable people and understand things can go wrong. We simply as a customer who has payed alot of money wanted to be kept in the loop where our car was.

We rang to complain.

The response from [Name Removed] was really disappointing. - we don't hurt our drivers on purpose was what she said. ( not the issue )

We wanted to be told our car was not going to be here for another week and a half. That's it.

We asked for a refund or some compensation. Its was a flat no.

We then asked to speak to a manager or a superior above her.

Response from [Name Removed] was she was the manager, an intense silence shortly followed after.

Worst part about the experience was the lies. We asked if our had at least left the depot [Name Removed] told us the vehicle had left and it arrived in Brisbane. We dropped the car off in Brisbane for goodness sake. At least know the customer you are lying to.

They are a third party, they used Melcrest and sucked us in by giving us an unrealistic time frame of when it would be delivered. Melcrest were at least apologetic on behalf of this company and showed some level of service to us as a customer.

Had it not been for [Name Removed] terrible service I wouldn't of bothered to leave this review. However it was that bad.

My advice to anyone reading this. If you go through Melcrest the have their own Drivers and transport. They might not give you the best time frame however at least they are realistic, honest and pleasant to deal with. The reason I had interaction with Melcrest was because [Name Removed] gave me their number...even though I hired AutoMove to transport my car.

Fair trading has been notified and I will be taking this further. Im also happy to remove this negative review should you at least attend to our complaint as there is no way to lodge a complaint with this company.

One star because there is no option for zero stars – Took my money and didn’t even give a receipt. Don’t answer phone calls. Don’t orchestrate pick up. I wish I could cancel but they make sure there is no way to do that.

Not reliable at all – I was told that my car would be delivered to Perth in 20-25 days but after chasing with them on 22th day they started making excuse about business working days and still which was a complete mess up. Car damaged told not there problem – Got these guys to pick up my car from Sydney was told it would take 14 days, was told there services wouldn't be affected by covid 19. It took 6 weeks and when it arrived car was damaged and refused to help as it was part of there terms and conditions that I ah to pay to get it fixed. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS i have opened a case and reported them to the ACCC

They will take your money & provide no service – This provider is intending to keep 100% of payment made due to me cancelling this service.
