The movers were friendly, great chats and completed the job swiftly within the agreed time slot. My partner even used them for his storage unit. I highly recommend and give them a massive 10/10!

I am extremely happy with the service. The guys took care of everything, were very agile and fast, good mood and no laziness. It was really excellent. It was a 2 bedroom apartment that had too many things. They protected everything, carry the fragile and non fragile items with the same care and consideration.

Misleading service - not clearly disclosed as a third party aggregator. During my call, I was told they had “their own removalists” and that it was a “door to door service”. When issues arose, responsibility was shifted to the third party, leaving no clear accountability.

I did not proceed with or receive the service, and my chargeback was resolved accordingly.

I recommend documenting all communication (calls and emails) so there is a clear record of what is promised.

We booked our move through Muval and it was subcontracted to a removalist who did a negligent job. Items were severely damaged and some were never delivered. We paid for $10,000 in additional warranty cover (it's not insurance). When we tried to lodge a claim, Muval refused to activate it, saying the losses were outside their terms. not take responsibility for the subcontractor they engaged. In our experience, the warranty provided no real protection when things went wrong. We regret paying for it. Read the fine print very carefully before booking.

Confirmed my booking on Sunday for the following Saturday. Heard from my “agent” on Tuesday who told me they were waiting for removalists to confirm. I had to follow up on Thursday- less than 48 hours before move because I still had no confirmation. higher price and could only do Sunday. Not ideal but with such short notice I was stuck with them. Finally confirmed a removalist on Thursday night with an email advising they would there between 8 and 10 with a call half hour before. By 10am no phone call, nobody showed and I had no phone number that I could contact that morning to find out what was going on. 2 guys finally showed at 11am with no prior call. The truck they brought was not big enough so it required 2 trips and therefore cost me more. I wouldn’t recommend Muval as a service - I felt abandoned and was so angry on the day. I suggest you look for recommendations from your community because they’ll be more reliable and you’ll be able to connect with them directly.

Muval were excellent in helping me move out of my 2 bed apartment into a 1 bed. They were prommptual and professional. They efficiently took apart furniture and reassembled it exactly how I wanted. They were very kind and helpful!

Sharon has many years of experience in moving ~ she was assuring. positive & pro-active in helping to get it organised, & with follow-through. The removalists were fantastic ~ considerate, polite, & respectful. I'd recommend Muval to others. Have utilised their services twice now.

Bree was very helpful in assisting us set up our move from Canberra to Brisbane. She helped with quotes for various levels of service and price points and found an option to fit our needs.

Dion at Muval was very helpful and efficient. Dion was really responsive when required. Highly recommend to organise removalist. The move was short distance and started and finished on time.

The customer support team were outstanding and very accomodating with any and all questions, they made the whole process very comfortable. The complete move took almost 3 hrs, including the transport. The employees assigned to assist in the move were extremely professional and even assisted the other housemate with some of their furniture as well which was greatly appreciated.

Muval made my move so easy! Everything was sorted for me, there was prompt and effective communication and when there was an issue with my original mover, they sorted a new one instantly without me having to do anything! They were easy to communicate with and transparent about all fees and prices. I would definitely use them again!

I dealt with Bree in 2022. It is almost 4 years later, and I specifically wanted to deal with her again. Her excellent service, easy communication and general demeanour, make a very easy to work with. I appreciate her efficiency and would work with her again in the future.
