Have been signed up for three months. Have received only 3 leads. One of the biggest selling points is their excellent refund policy. On my third lead I quoted the client. I spent time both by email and two separate phone calls with the client going through her needs and the quote. She accepted. I sent the meeting invitation, for the on site… Read more
visit and inspection. She accepted. The morning of the appointment she then sent a scathing email saying she DID NOT ACCEPT OUR QUOTE. I have paid for the lead. Don't have exact amount of the lead but in the vicinity of 54 credits. I reach out to the Support team on 15th March - and provide all the detailed information and correspondence with the client. On 26th March I followed up. I was sent a reply email addressed to a different person, (always makes you feel very under valued, when a customer service team can not take the 30 seconds to verify a Christian name). I was then told they had contacted 'the client' (the one who messed me around, wasted my time accepted, then cancelled) and are waiting on her reply. Even though I have sent all the detailed correspondence and dates. I receive a subsequent email, which feels like a delaying tactic, asking me which exact clauses of One Flare's terms and conditions and refund policy I am referring to. I have, just a few moments ago, no lie, received another email from customer service asking me to show proof of where the client cancelled. This info was provided on 15th March, 16th March, and now, for fun, for a third time on 26th March. Who is actually running this show? Cancelled my subscription and these folks can go eat a worm.
Leads now cost approx $65 and most customers don’t call back and they get so many calls by the time you get through they have already spoken to 5 different people It’s a shame it is so expensive because it’s only a lead and the leads are posted free for the customer so a lot of times they just not ready to hire anyone but you’ve already spent $65 to get their number. I am changing my Review as the Oneflare team took my initial review and actioned it giving 4/5 as this could have been avoided. My previois review is as bellow and this issue was resolved. more efficient. However, no one seems to take responsibility or care about customers.
For example, I have paid for all my leads, yet they have no way of providing me with leads from 2019. I can only see leads from 2022 onwards. When I asked for an exported list, they couldn't even do that.
Deck Extension – Reached out to one flare who provided "Project 57"to quote on decking required. Would highly reccomend this company as Anthony & his team were a pleasure to work with. Oneflare is a complete scam — steer clear. We honestly regret ever signing up. They charge $299 a month with the promise that you'll have a better shot at landing jobs because only 3–4 businesses are matched per request. Sounds great in theory, but in reality? You don’t even get a chance. The moment you're notified, the job is already gone —… Read more
every single time.
They push you to enable "automated messaging" to improve your chances, but even then, the few jobs that do come through are so minor they're not even worth the fuel. Driving over an hour just to patch up a wall? No thanks. I’m not against small jobs, but when that’s all you're being offered — and you’re not even covering your monthly fee — it’s just not sustainable.
They claim you can cancel anytime, as long as it’s 15 days before the next charge. That’s a lie. They deliberately ignore your cancellation requests until it’s too late, then hit your account with another $299. And when you try to get a refund? Forget it. They manipulet you and offer you “credit” instead — which is useless if you want nothing more to do with them.
To make it worse, we found four separate, unexplained $50 withdrawals from our business account. That’s another $200 taken without notice or consent. We had to cancel our bank card to prevent further unauthorised withdrawals.
Trying to delete your account is another nightmare. They go radio silent — no responses, no action. But they’ll keep messaging clients under your name, making you look bad when you don’t reply.
Bottom line: Oneflare is dishonest, manipulative, and just out to drain your bank account. Don’t fall for it. It’s not worth your time, money, or energy. You’ve been warned.

they are thieves! Signed up to test the service only and specifically asked for auto-renewal to be turned off. I was later charged for a renewal I did not authorise!!! no clear renewal notice was provided, and when I raised the issue they refused a refund and offered no accountability. I was hounded by Oneflare to join up as a Marriage Celebrant. I was assured of support from the start and that an account manager would look after me. paying $199 for the first month. 90% of leads were from too far away and I was unable to limit the km area for leads to come from. Each lead cost me to 'QUOTE" there was no way to avoid paying to just contact the customer to find out the full details of the job to give a decent quote. Some leads, the customer never even read my messages, others you could see they had read but never replied. Oneflare offer a refund but you have to put your request in at a certain time for the refund and then that did not work for me. I tried to contact support but never got help. I started to feel like the leads were fake. There is no way any business person can quote for a job when you don't know the full details. I decided to give 15 days notice but they went ahead an billed me $199 for the next month and then accepted my cancellation. I never got one job from it. Waste of money and time. They never did contact me to try to resolve my dissatisfaction as per the document attached to this review. They should be reported to the ACCC.

Report of Complaint – Oneflare I had one of the strangest and most disappointing experiences with Oneflare. and stressful. On top of this, I discovered that many of the “jobs” on their platform appear to be fake, yet they still charge people for them.
Unfortunately, they managed to withdraw $300 from my account. When I realised what was happening, I contacted them immediately, but they refused to refund the money—even for the unused credits.
I strongly believe this behaviour is fraudulent and unethical. Taking money from people, many of whom may be struggling to support their families, is unacceptable. I definitely want to lodge a formal complaint against Oneflare for dishonest practices.
Their conduct is extremely disappointing and distressing, and I believe it should be investigated further.

Do not sign up for this platform. All the negative reports you see here are absolutely correct. Our experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Key issues: No Responses: We did not receive a single response from any leads. The leads were gone within seconds, and those that remained never replied to our messages. Fake Leads:… Read more
We messaged one group, only to be abused because they claimed they had never signed up to the platform. They also mentioned they had over 20 businesses call them, which contradicts Oneflare’s claim that only three businesses receive the lead information.
Terrible Client Experience: It’s clear that clients are being robocalled and overwhelmed, leading to a poor experience for them as well.
No Refund Policy: Despite providing screenshots proving the leads were fake and showing that no one had replied in over a month, Oneflare refused to issue a refund.
It’s important to note that this review is for Oneflare as a platform, not the service providers listed on it. When reading reviews, make sure to distinguish between the businesses hired and Oneflare itself.
Also, take note of how often they respond to these reviews—it’s clear they receive a lot of complaints. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and avoid this platform altogether.

Absolutely terrible experience with Oneflare. We signed up believing we’d receive quality leads and were reassured by their “no win, money-back guarantee.” What we got instead was a complete waste of time and money. 1. Leads were mostly unreachable — marked as “maximum responses reached” within seconds of being posted, giving us no real chance to… Read more
respond or secure work.
2. They pressured us into enabling their auto-quote system, which we didn’t want. I don’t want to bid on a job blindly without even seeing the lead first. They practically forced us into auto-quoting, and that’s when it became clear why I could never accept a job — their system is designed in a way that gives small businesses no fair opportunity.
3. Unfair and misleading access to leads. Despite their claims, we couldn’t access any worthwhile leads before they closed. The platform clearly favours certain users and doesn’t offer a level playing field.
4. Refund refused despite their “guarantee.” We requested cancellation and a refund due to their failure to deliver, but they denied it and only offered credit, which we don’t want. This goes against their advertised “money-back guarantee.”
We will be taking this matter to VCAT, as we believe their practices are misleading and unfair. Avoid Oneflare if you value your time, money, and business.

I used Oneflare for a couple of months and can confidently say that at least 70% of the leads are fake. There’s a clear pattern: leads come through in batches with no context or job description. I even purchased a few just to test it and as expected, the messages were never opened, emails ignored, and calls went unanswered. The small portion of… Read more
genuine leads (maybe 30%) are usually low-budget jobs or small tasks — not quality work. It’s clear there’s little to no vetting process and I strongly suspect there’s some internal deceptive conduct happening with how leads are generated. I’ll be submitting a formal complaint to with Fair Trading and hope they peruse an investigation. I strongly advise other businesses to avoid this platform entirely.

I seriously regret signing up for Oneflare. If you’re a small business hoping to get real leads, save your money. the so-called “leads” never respond, are completely unrelated, or seem completely fake. It honestly feels like a scam targeting hardworking small business owners who are just trying to grow.
I strongly urge ACCC and consumer protection authorities to investigate Oneflare’s practices and audit their lead generation system. If they are deliberately misleading and profiting from innocent businesses, they should be fined and held accountable.
Please – don’t fall into the trap. There are better ways to find genuine work. Oneflare is not one of them.

Absolute Scam – Stay Away from Oneflare! Oneflare is one of the most dishonest and exploitative platforms I’ve ever dealt with as a service provider. back or discover the job doesn't even exist. It's clear that the system is rigged to burn through your balance as quickly as possible, without delivering any real, quality leads. And don’t be fooled by their so-called “refund policy” — it’s a complete mess of contradictions clearly designed to avoid giving your money back. You’re told you can request a refund on a lead, which is already unfairly short. But then the app also says you can’t request a refund 10 days after your quote date. Fine — except when you actually try to request a refund within that period, it suddenly says you're only allowed to request it within 7 days of when the customer posted the job. It’s a trap Oneflare is deceptive, unethical, and built to take your money rather than help you grow your business. Avoid this platform at all costs

This has to be the worst scam ever. To be honest I have used Oneflare before to get jobs and I did get some so no problem there.
