I would not recommend this service, especially for sole traders or small businesses. My experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. I did not receive any renewal notification prior to the charge. The only communication regarding the renewal was provided after I raised the issue myself, and it did not accurately reflect what was actually processed.

I cancelled the service immediately once I became aware of the situation, but the transaction had already been taken without proper authorisation.

In my view, these practices are misleading and deceptive. It appears to target sole traders and small businesses with unclear terms and unauthorised changes. Based on this experience, I believe these practices warrant serious scrutiny, and affected customers may need to consider formal action to hold the company accountable.

I strongly advise others to be cautious. I would not use this service again and do not recommend it.

without pressure. i was told to expect i could book around 4 jobs a month through them. In my first month booked 8 jobs, with 3 of the 8 booking a second service within the same month and 4 of the 8 hiring me for long term property Maintnence. All customers lead forms provided clear descriptions allowing me to choose only the jobs i wish to complete. This results in a very high conversion rate of sales. Further more lukas continued to reach out and check in on how everything is going. Overall this has made a significantly positive impact on my company, i made enough profit off my 1st 2 jobs to cover the yearly fee and i am very optimistic to see how the rest of the year will unfold.
