All the positive reviews displayed on this page appear to be fake, as Service.com.au is a platform that doesn’t seem to generate any actual job opportunities. It has been more than three months, and I haven’t even received a single enquiry. They take your money but fail to deliver on their promises. I want Service.com.au to address the promises made and provide a fair resolution, including a refund for services not delivered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

results. What we actually received was 12 months of wasted money, unanswered emails and absolutely ZERO return on our investment.
Yes, leads came through, but I seriously question the quality and legitimacy of these leads. At times, I even wondered whether they were genuine enquiries or AI generated. Not one single job secured and not one cent earned throughout our entire 12-month subscription!
Trying to contact our so called dedicated account manager was an absolute joke. Multiple emails, phone calls and even direct correspondence with Service.com went completely unanswered. Once they had our money, the customer service and support we were promised were nowhere to be found.
Having been involved in the trades industry for many years, I can confidently say this has been one of the most disappointing business investments we have ever made. I have genuinely never felt so ripped off.
My advice to fellow tradies: SAVE YOUR MONEY! Invest your time in building your social media presence, networking and generating your own leads. Social media is free, and in our experience, it actually works!
I would NEVER recommend Service.com to another trade business.

Recently, we trialed another platform but there was no comparison to Service.nsw.com. Follow-up · I had about 12 quotes varying from $5,000 to $17,000. Went with the person my dog liked who was towards the bottom of the range. Took 3 weeks to get quotes and 6 weeks to finish the job.

Absolute terrible experience with this UK company. They lie about the amount of trades per lead as they say 3 when about 10. subscription, they refuse to give you a refund. There excuse was if you pay for Netflix on subscription that is month to month. This how they justify ripping people of. Spend your money elsewhere and maybe google addd might be better. What a complete waste of time.
