4/5 years the wings have failed, going to order a couple of new ones. we have been more than happy with the machine never let us down saves a lot of hand mixing wife has RSI & arthritis.

the issue as part of support/service. It's a shame to just let this mixer die as I've grown fond of it and I find all the other mixers very expensive. This was a great buy for what it's worth.

Then I finally received my item, and found out that after washing the utensils (as stated in the instructions), they had this lead like substance coming off of them. Emailed to see if this was normal and if this was still safe to use. Guess what? No response (not even through facebook). No help whatsoever!

Stay away! Spend those extra dollars elsewhere, where customer service is top notch and you won't get ignored.

The warranty that I purchased along with the item seems pretty useless too.

Great Buy – After reading reviews on this mixer I purchased one on special for $89. It's a great buy for the price and have had no problems with it. The mixer is well built and has a 800 watt motor. I would not hesitate to recommend this product. I have just checked and cannot find this product on Avancer website. I hope they are currently just out of stock and haven't dropped this product. 4 months now. The only problem I have is it needs more than 1 egg white to start whisking. And when you make cakes do not add cold milk. The stainless steel bawl will get very cold and the mixture gets curdled. Use warm milk and there won’t be any problems. Thanks Avancer for making my life so much easier. Refund – BEWARE They are a bunch of crooks. The product is faulty it worked only once then next day just did not work. They do not even reply to my emails. They do not take calls, and there "live chat" does not reply, Stay Away from these rouges if you value your money Nothing It does not work

Not recommended – I bought this mixer online, and used it for the first time, after 5 mins it stopped working. I am not sure how a brand new mixer can break down at the first time of use. Very disappointed with the product. I contact the company and Wanted to get a replacement, since they are out out stock they asked me to wait for 2 more months to get the new one. Bad choice... Definitely Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this mixer – Bought one of these mixer and it turned out faulty.....though got a replacement for it but it was really painful re-shipping the item and loads of mails going around FRUSTRATING specially because it was suppose to be my anniversary gift but got to use it after a long time. Brilliant kitchen appliance, excellent value for money – Have had this mixer for nearly a month now, using it at least once every two days and can't fault it's performance. - I bought a second bowl for convenience which has been very handy when I have made two different flavours of biscuits for example. Even when mixing bread dough the machine stayed in place due to the four suction feet on the bottom.

Love it – You need the scrapper blade cost $20 but worth it. I just love it, noise not too bad. I have not had the mixer on full yet no need.outside stand a bit prone to chipping,but I love it. Bowl easy to handle. No problems with delivery. Looks great but of course it needs to mix well, we'll it does, I love it.How it mixes, it so easy and quick. A bonus is the price. demanding my mixer. Woohoo got it and rushed home to unpack this little guy. Test the speeds, noise and dump in some load to check it again. After seeing several and used many different brands. The Avancer mixer are no differ when it comes to noise etc in comparison to some of the higher end price. Matter of fact with doughs, it held up pretty well and I thought it would bop or shake violently like some I've seen or heard but this thing didn't even budge. Did a few runs with icings, creams, cake mixtures and all worked out pretty well. I'm very happy with this unit, saves me loads of time with all the patisserie work I do at home. And the price for the unit compares with others on the market, I don't think you can go wrong with this considering even a pro hand mixer cost much more. Totally awesome! Not too happy – I got mine today and did my first cake mix in it. I turned it on to 1 then 2, then 3 and it didn't seem to be mixing anything (sugar and oil). So i turned it up to 5 and it started mixing, but smelt like it was going to burn out. I turned it off, unplugged it and let it sit for a couple mins. It was ok after that, but i'm a bit scared to use it again. it looks great. Smelt like it was going to burn out, didn't seem to mix properly.

Fabulous mixer – This mixer is great value and looks very stylish in the kitchen (especially the Red). It mixes really well and I was even able to buy a scraper accessory.
